The insurance company sent an auditor to give me an estimate of the damages that were done to my roof and siding. They told me that they only wanted to patch work the roof damages. I called All Elements and Justin Smith came out to look. Justin was able to work with the insurance company and we were able to get everything on the roof replaced plus our house re-sided. Even though this was a smaller job, Justin went out of his way to find time in the crew’s schedule to get it done. Once work began, the crew was efficient, professional, and did excellent work. The pricing was fair and competitive, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Justin and his team!

This is a two part review. First, I'd like to thank Shane Setzer, the project manager for All Elements Roofing. Shane is clearly an expert in his field. He not only knows the roofing business and trade well, but he is well versed in explaining it to people like me who don't have a clue about how it all happens. He is also an expert in dealing with insurance claims and insurance adjusters, which was very helpful to me, as they don't always want to pay for everything that's needed, and, I really didn't understand the insurance claims process. He was also able to work within the timeline that had. Shane is a great guy, you would enjoy working with him.

The second part of this review is about the actual process of my roof replacement. Jim, the project manager, and, Sergio and his crew were all very professional. They gave me plenty of notice as to when and how they would do the job. And, the process went very smoothly and quickly. The tradesmen were quite skilled and professional. The clean up was better than I expected and the finished product looks great. Also, I was expecting some damage to my gardens, and, there was a little, but it really was quite minimal and to be expected. I don't know how they were able to do that. My thanks goes out to whole crew!!

Overall, working with All Elements was a great experience and I'd like to extend my thanks to the whole company.

All Elements was great. They did shingles siding metal roofing and other things. They were great about keeping us informed when they were coming to do the work. Clean up after was also very good. John one of the owners even helped us with some paperwork. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

No nails or trash left behind and they were on a little bit of a time crunch due to late day rain. No leaks either..lol.. The roof and siding look great. I have only good things to say about the job Shane Setzer, Senior Project Manager, and All Elements did to re-roof our house after hail damage to our roof. Shane inspected the roof thoroughly and then came back when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the damage. Shane was very diplomatic in working with the adjuster and pointing out damage that the adjuster had overlooked. When the first insurance estimate came back with some major items missing, Shane requested a supplemental estimate and documented the damage not included in the first estimate with multiple pictures, so that it was covered.
When the insurance company miscalculated their final payment to me, Shane was the one who was able to point out exactly what their error was, and helped me fight it for three months until the insurance company finally made full payment to me.
Our house is high and very steep--the crew had to be roped in at all times. I had a very good view through a skylight of the painstaking work the crew did with the tear-off, the re-decking and the re-shingling. I have recommended Shane and All Elements to my neighbor!

Used All Elements for decades, always had great experiences! They’ve covered nearly 400,000 square feet of roof for us with Duralast over the last 15-20 years… I don’t even bother checking the quality of work anymore, it’s always spot on… John - Paul - Fritz… etc… everyone is professional, meet deadlines, and make jobs very worry free.
We have many ventilation pipes that protrude through our roofs, and we move them around frequently. Justin has tied countless pipes into the membrane, and repaired the open holes left behind. We have never had even one leak using the Duralast / All Elements solution.
We started out using this as an overlay to roofs that have reached their life span, but now use All Elements / Duralast as our roof of choice on our building expansions as well…

A very good experience! All Elements put the roof on our new addition as well as replacing the roof on the old structure. We were always kept informed of the various stages of the process and felt they were on top (no pun intended) of things.

I have been recommending All Elements, particularly senior estimator Shane Setzer, to all of my friends since All Elements replaced our roof shingles and siding due to hail damage and also added new gutters and gutter guards this Fall and Winter. Shane was so great at explaining the process of dealing with insurance and also was a great contact throughout the construction process, as were all of the staff (Jim Ortman!)--nearly all very good communicators. I thought the roofing team in particular was very careful and considerate in order not to disturb plantings or other house features and lead Sergio was a wonderful communicator. All of the teams answered questions while on-site and went above and beyond. Since we live in close quarters with old houses, I appreciated that particularly the roofing team was very considerate about protecting my neighbors' properties and cleaning up after their work each day. Lastly, I want to bring this back to Shane, without whom we probably would have received much less from our insurance company--we are switching insurance companies, but will come back to All Elements if we need roofing and siding again!

I would recommend the All Elements team for any commercial roofing job. Recently we had some leaks in our roof and Justin Marsh stopped by to survey the damage, once he finished and explained what needed to be done, he said he would have a quote by the next day. The price was reasonable and when asked how soon they can do the work he said 1-2 days. They did an excellent job at fixing our roof and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. My gutters were not able to keep up with the rain and would commonly over flow washing out my paver patio.

Shane came out and took a close look at my current gutters and noticed that based on the size of my roof I did not have the right size gutters. He took measurements and some photos and went to work with his designer to come up with a plan to install new gutters that would look great. About 24 hours later he emailed me a plan and called me to go over the plan, cost and timeline. I loved what he proposed and moved forward.
His installers came out a couple weeks later and knocked the job out in just a few hours.

I was very happy with the service and highly recommend him and his company. When other contractors don't return calls or show up as promised Shane comes through and provides amazing service.

I worked with Shane and was initially told that it would be "a few months" before the siding would be done. Well, within 2 months, from the approval of the scope of work to the finished project, my house was done with all of the work! Shane was in contact with me throughout this project, was incredibly compassionate and supportive throughout the project, in addition to taking over the daunting process of dealing with the insurance company. This company hired me as a sub contractor and I was on a small job for them and I had hired a couple of guys that had not worked outside like I was use to to so, they were always crying that it was to cold and I knew that I was wasting money so ,on Friday I said it will be 24 degrees out and we would meet at the job 7:30am.monday morn. Well Monday came around and I had stayed at my daughter's Sunday night and was leaving for work Monday am and walked to my van and it was towed and this was at 6:30am. My phone was in the van as well finally got a phone called someone to get my van out from tow and called all elements after first call no answer so when I finally did get a hold of them they said they thought I was not going to complete the job. But I had the job 80 0/0 complete and sent there people to finish it. Told me they would call me right back which was a lie. And I called them back about 6 times and they would not answer or call me back I had to call from another number for them to answer I did not get a fair shake. No talking or anything I think that is very unprofessional.then I went there and I was treated like a criminal.they were very rude and unfriendly. I felt like an alian like I was an enemy. . I have never done anything to them in any way ever for them to treat me this way. And there was nothing wrong with my roofing I've been doing this type of roofing for over 25 years and have a certification in the materials they specialize in and the material I was using. Also I was only paid for 40 0/0 of what I had completed. I'm just letting the pubic know about this company and don't know if you would want people roofing for you that treat there people this way! Also some of my tools are still missing and was told they would get them back to me. Still have not.
