We called Pro-Shield to repair our roof from the 2020 hail storm based on all their signs we'd seen in our neighbors' yards. Travis was professional and responsive in communicating by email and text. He helped in meeting with the insurance company and provided good information when choosing our materials. We also had them do a few things outside the scope of the insurance repair (a roof over part of our deck) and everything looks great. They were thorough in removing a few rotted wood spots under the shingles so we are well setup for the long haul. I had also inquired with another company who was not nearly as organized. Also, our materials arrived very quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The guys on the crew were very nice.

Highly recommend Pro Quality!! Travis was great to work with and he was always available for any questions that need answered from myself or my insurance company. Also did a great job on the roof including clean up!
