Jose is unprofessional, unskilled and unprepared.

The saying, “you get what you pay for” is true and this is why Pro Roofing Solutions bids will always be the cheapest.

Long short story I don't recommend this company at all and I question his business practices and ethics as it pertains to code and licensing.
