The Pro Roofing Contractors team was great to work with. They handled getting the claim filed with my insurance company which saved me a lot of time. They were on-time for all appointments and they did absolutely great work. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with this very knowledgeable and friendly team. This company was amazing from start to finish. We are first time home buyers and we bought an older house that we love! They came by our house and did a roof inspection. They handled all the information and conversation to my insurance company. Which I liked because I didn’t even know where to begin. It was a long process because of us and some misplaced information but it could have been completed in a month or so. They were patient and called to update us and ask any following questions. I loved how the contractor Angel was always nice and very informative about life span and even the roof warranty! Him and the office team were so pleasant! Once we picked out the color they were ready to install new roof the next day! If you’re looking for a roof company then LOOK NO FURTHER!
They are great! The work speaks for itself!

I had a complicated re-roof: a sloped area that required new decking and a flat roof over an addition that had an end of life cap sheet to be replaced with 5+ inches of insulation and TPO. The roof is complete and looks great!

The worst experience roofing contractor we have ever seen! Left my roof leaking and never put on any tarp even did not answer our phone call and message for half month. And no any explanation to us after sudden disappear. NO responsibility at all . Not trust-able! If you like stay away from the trouble then do not use this contractor.

Why not phone reply and text reply for 3 weeks? Totally disappear from the earth!!! There is no response AT ALL for 3 weeks!!!!!! How could you treat your customer like this?????

Horrible service. The worst experience ever! My roof was leaking and no tarp covered and they suddenly disappeared without any notice. We called but nobody answered phone, we left message but nobody replied, we also texted message, still no reply. This company is totally a scam. If you do not want to be involved in more trouble with dealing your damaged roof already. DO NOT USE THIS contractor!
