I had a great experience with Pro Roofing! I am renting in Tallahassee and had an issue with my plumbing boot. They came and worked quickly and were great about explaining what was going on. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend them for any roofing issues you may be having.

PRO Roofing was very professional and did a fantastic job putting on our new roof. They were very patient with us as we decided on the roof shingle and drip edge colors. We had a delay in our original start date, but they communicated every change to the schedule and the delay was just a few days because of rain.

Once they started, we received updates that changed our original estimate. The additional material needed that they could not see until the original roof was removed was minimal and the final cost was very close to their original estimate.

They did a great job completing the project and cleaning up afterwards. You couldn't even tell they had been there except that the roof looked better than we had even expected.

The roof was inspected, and we got a certificate of inspection for our records.

I would highly recommend PRO Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. I have another property and when it comes time for the roof on it to be replaced, I will definitely use PRO Roofing.

I very rarely submit reviews but I have to say this was one of the most professional, responsive businesses I have dealt with in a long time. I contacted several roofing companies and they all asked me how old my roof was, which I did not know. Ashleigh immediately looked up that information and told me, which none of the other companies offered to do. I had several questions and Ashleigh provided me with detailed written responses to my every one of them. She was so knowledgeable and responsive, at one point I asked her if she was one of the owners- she was not. The quote was on par with the other quotes. Based on how helpful they were, I chose them for my roof. They were efficient, did what appears to be an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards.
I had one problem where a railing I had around my office was scratched when they threw the old tiles off. With no questions asked, they sanded and repainted the rail.

I needed to replace the 18-year-old roof on my rental property. Although the roof was in relatively good condition with minor damage from Hurricane Michael, insurance companies tend to pressure owners of roofs older than 15 years by drastically increasing premiums. Pro Roofing just replaced my whole roof 3 months after the tornados hit and a tree fell through it. No fault to them it took so long insurance is nuts in flordia. I came home after work about 6:30pm. The crew was still cleaning up. They were so kind and sweet. They took great care to pick up everything and swept a few times with a magnet for left over nails. They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. I did point out one small problem and like Spiderman he scaled the side of my house to fix it with in minutes. I can not say how impressed I am on the job they did, the clean up, and how friendly the crew was. My roof is absolutely beautiful and more than I expected. Rarely have I been so impressed with any company's service and professionalism. PRO roofing offered the best price among several bidders, but that is just one aspect of such a large purchase. It has professional and friendly back-office and on-site staff, offered continually fast responses to every question before and after the sale, and followed up for me instantly on a few requests I made well after they had their money and the job was done. The crew was terrific and their work looks great: I have gotten numerous compliments. A friend who didn't know about PRO said his roofer did not cover his plants and vegetation the way PRO carefully did. I could not be happier.

Let me start by saying that Pro Roofing was highly recommended by a friend of my fathers due to speaking with a rep he had spoken with at an earlier date for some repairs on his house. So upon the friend's recommendation my father scheduled an appointment for a Rep to come out to the house to obtain more information and an estimate on having roof repaired and reshingled. Yes, the Rep seemed very knowledgeable and informative on everything that needed to be done. At the end of the day I have learned a valuable lesson. Sales reps of any kind are no different than going to buy a used car that you know nothing about. After a week had went by and we had not heard anything, I started inquiring about the estimate we were told we would be able to access by the following week. I believe it was 4 days from the day we were told we would have the estimate that we finally received it. May have been a lil longer. We went over estimate which seemed fair and committed to have them do the job for us. Gave us an estimated date to when job would begin. Then we got a call that the rep would have to come out to have father sign papers for the permit so the job could begin. Father signed papers. The inspector came out morning of the day work started. Their was not a visible permit anywhere, which if anyone has done any type of construction work, could have stopped the job that was already in process. The inspector then tried to speak with who is supposed to be the lead worker, but unless you are fluent in Spanish it is absolutely pointless. Thank God the inspector was patient. He called to make sure that the inspection was approved.... NOT HIS JOB.... OK, so day goes by and I look at the roofing board. Not very happy with the quality at 100 dollars a sheet. It is definitely the lesser of the quality. D quality.... The Spanish guy believing I have no knowledge of construction work tried to inform me that it was top grade... NOT EVEN CLOSE... The delivery guy tried to get rude with me , but he seen that I wasn't going to be talked to like that so he then changed his attitude. So I literally had went through all the roofing board and told him I did not want what I had laid on the ground to be put up on the roof. They continued to put it up on the roof acting as if they didn't know what I had just said. I then was asked to call the office where they informed me if they had to take any of it back due to me not liking the quality of what I was paying for, I would be charged a restocking fee... Wow, just wow. If my father was not about to sale this place, I would have stopped the job right their and told everyone to leave and they would be hearing from my father's lawyer. He is 81, trying to get everything in order so he can live out his retirement in piece and relaxation. But you always have people that try and take advantage of others, especially seniors. Well I will tell you one thing Pro Roofing. I will make it a point to tell people of your unprofessional customer service and business ethics to everyone I can, on every social media net work available.... Thank you and have a Blessed day....

PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items.

They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate.

When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it.

Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program.

When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all.

As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!

Very happy with the roof replacement that PRO Roofing did on my house, late March 2024. The roof looks great and working with PRO Roofing was so easy. Everyone through every step was helpful and kindly answered my many questions. In addition, after the tornado I had some roof damage to my new beautiful roof and called them. I didn't have to do any more than that. They quickly organized the tree service to remove the trees from my house, tarped the roof, and contacted an electrician that was needed to look at the bent mast. Now I'll be using PRO Roofing again to do the repairs to my roof.

After receiving a Christmas card from these folks, I was reminded to write a review. In July ‘23 my insurer told me I needed a roof replacement within 3 months I’d lose insurance. I live in Alaska and chose PRO after scrambling, getting bids and cursing my insurer for such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From start to finish they were reassuring, competent, professional and meticulous. Despite an intervening storm, PRO helped me squeak by the deadline including all permitting, inspections and paperwork.

We had the roof on our home replaced a few months ago and it looks wonderful! Their work was incredible, but their Customer Service was even better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any roofing work completed.

I have used this company several times in the past 3 years and can confidently say their communication and work ethics have gone extremely down in the past year. I booked PRO to do work on my home on 5/18 for 5/22. 5/22 comes and NO ONE shows up, they then said the work will be complete 5/23... 5/23 comes and NO ONE shows up or contacts me, I contacted James Parker (owner) Monday night 5/25, thinking he would get back to me Tuesday morning with a response, instead he calls me at 5pm Tuesday evening with no resolution or apology, just excuses. They blamed their lack of correspondence on the weather, which was not a legitimate factor as it was not raining on 5/22 or 5/23. (And even if it was raining, convey the delay to the customer!) The job was urgent as I had an exposed hole that needed to be repaired and leaving it open for a week has caused more damage than I originally had.
I have never encountered this much negligence and extreme unprofessionalism from a company before.
If you are looking for a roof repair or a re-roof, there are several other more ethical, experienced and competent roofing companies in Tallahassee. I will never recommend them to anyone. Customers: do your due diligence and find a better company!
