Dakota arrived on time and did the job incredibly well. Installed two new skylights, cleaned the entire two story roof, gutters and power washed all concrete. Cleaned yard and neighbors yard of any debris. Neighbor happy too. Start to finish, an impressive display of professionalism and work ethic. Will use the company again .

thorough job cleaning our roof. great clean up afterwards. we recommend them for roof cleaning and we definitely would hire them again.

I am leaving a review to warn others about this company. While they seem to have done a good job on the roof itself they charged me twice for the remainder of the Bill. Oh it was a mistake they say, we don’t have the 16 digit code to reverse the charges. We tried to call credit card company. They managed to use that card number to charge me twice. They had the card number from us charging the down payment previously we didn’t have to provide it a second time. I am not inclined to give them a credit card number again. No apologies just excuses and likely lies.
I paid the bill literally within hours of the work being completed. I even helped the guy who was picking up the big tex dumpster redistribute the load so that he could more safely drive it away. an hour of moving old shingles and wood.
No good deed goes unpunished.
Only avenue left to me is social media so here it is.
We have yet to receive the warranty information from the shingle manufacturing GAF. A bad and frustrating experience

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
