Pro-Long did an excellent job with roof and gutter cleaning. They had incredible attention to detail and I plan to use them again.

I wish I could give Pro-Long Roof Care and Gutters 6 stars. They literally saved us from interior damage during an ice storm and responded to our roofing emergency when no other companies were even answering their messages. Pro-Long came up with a temporary solution right away, before we suffered rain damage, and then bid a reasonably priced, longer term solution. This is a fantastic family business that really cares about their customers.

Professional and friendly, fast, and efficient. Answered questions and were very informative on process and recommendations. Totally cleaned up debris left after the cleaning. Will call them again for gutter replacement/installation.

They just came to estimate a small leak repair, at a skylight. They were responsive and on time. Individual looked at it and said the entire roof, for the entire house, needs to be replaced. I told them to leave immediately. GTFO pretty bold to say that the solution for a single, small leak is total replacement. Here's a tip - say you're fully booked and don't waste everyone's time with this ludicrous upsell.

Our neighbor used this company to clean their roof. The man who was cleaning the roof went out to rinse off the cars after getting them dirty. In theory, this is a great practice. However, he accidently hit the corner of my sibling's rear car window with the nozzle of the hose, causing the window to shatter. We have clear evidence of this, including video footage and photos. Mistakes happen, but when we tried to get the owner, Tony, to pay for it out of pocket or with his insurance, he was very rude, would not look at the evidence and would not take responsibility for the damage. We had to involve our neighbors who were just trying to have their roof cleaned. It was a terrible experience for all involved and put unnecessary strain on our relationship with our neighbors.

This company worked on my neighbors roof and the employee shattered my car's rear windshield with the nozzel on the hose they were using. We had photos and video proof of the damage but they refused to accept responsibility, would not give me their insurance information, and did not pay me for the damage to my car. They never apologized and were extremely rude. I would suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid unprofessional and rude workers and avoidable property damage.

The seamless aluminum gutters installed look great! Pro-Long Roof Care did a nice job for a competitive fair price and I would recommend them.

Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. Adjusted quote to beat out competitors. Was on par with 3 other quotes for the same job. Roof work is expensive, no way to avoid it. They installed gutter guards for me as well. Good product.

The company provided an on sight review of our roof and gutter cleaing needs and discussed options. On the same day we received by email a detailed estimate. I responded by suggesting some changes, which were accepted an a new estimate was provided. The work was done when promised. We have a rubber roof that had special cleaning needs. In addition our gutters also required special cleaning. The job was completed as promised and we were were quite satisfied.

This company is very easy to work with. It was easy to get the service scheduled and it was also easy to pay the bill. Everyone that we worked with were very friendly and helpful. The work was done very well and we recommend this company for roof inspection/repairs.

I used this company once before and the service was great. Unfortunately, this time it was terrible. Requested to have the gutters and roof cleaned and a gutter repaired. Crew left a lot of debris still in the gutters (didn't even get to two gutters), blew off some shingles and left dirt and debris sprayed on fascia board and still in the gutters. They also said they didn't know how to fix the gutter (odd for a gutter company) and had to set another appointment. Took pictures and called to complain . Seemed like Brittanie wanted to make excuses for crew. Sent the crew out again and they drove over my yard twice trying to back a trailer even though we have a huge driveway to fit a semi! They did re-attach the gutter, but didn't not address any of the other issues, including cleaning the two gutters from last time. Crew left without letting us know they were done or we would have shown them the other gutters. Contacted the company again and another litany of excuses. Never again.

Performed roof cleaning for my mom's house. Professional, timely staff. Definitely recommend their services to anyone in the future. They even clean up debris! Thanks!

The techs do good work, Tony however sours the experience for a lot of the customers, who I constantly had to lie to and explain that "he's not money grubbing or anything, just stressed. He had me lie about how many years I'd roofed to make his company look better (which bothered me a ton) and then fired me when one injury caused another injury and I needed to heal. They're great to hire, but I don't recommend working for them, he seems great but turns on you quick. Which is unfortunate because the work is good and the business could be a solid one if ran by someone else.

I have used Prolong roofing for all my roof needs over the years in several different homes. They are kind, professional and responsive.

Update: Dec 2023 fixed minor repairs very reasonably. Other roofing quotes were 5-10x the cost.

Pro-Long gutters installed new gutters in May. Due to snow, a 16 foot gutter broke away from the fascia. They wanted to charge me another $499+tax to come out and replace. I told them it was not installed correctly, but they didn't want to hear it. I had a different company come out and put a new 16' gutter in for $200. They explained the screws in gutters were too short as to why it came down.

If you wish to deal with a professional business.. don’t chose this one. Any good business owner would listen to your concerns then work with you to come to a resolution. Not this one, within a couple of minutes he (Jason) is yelling at you, things like “Your not gonna rip me off and if you review me negatively I will sue you for defamation of character, I will see you in court” I hung up after that statement and realizing this was a guy you would get nowhere with, it would take legal action.
His gutters completly fell off of our house 2 years after they were poorly installed. He wants to blame this issue on a metal roof and snow, but the truth is that his business was notified long before there was much snow accumulation on the roof and that several feet of gutter had already pulled away from the house. So over a week later they inform us by phone that the gutters are not covered under their warranty and that its in their contract! What contract? Haven’t seen one. They never even attempted to come out and inspect the situation. He also stated that we were the 5th person he had talked to today complaining that their gutters fell off. Well obviously he’s installing gutters on houses with metal roofs knowing that they won’t hold up. Its clear that this man has an anger problem and you can’t work with him.
Take your business to a reputable place unless you want to be gutterless and out thousands of dollars.

We have had Pro-Long out to our house a few times. They’re always friendly and professionally and get to my estimate quickly. I appreciate the straightforward, down to earth approach. Their business is streamlined and efficient and they always make it easy to get the work I need done.

Staffing Quality Control Issues

We hired Pro-Long to clean the roof, remove debris from roof/gutters, and apply a moss treatment. I worked from home the day of the service. The junior tech arrived on time at 8:30 AM and started the job. Happened to step outside to hear him swearing profusely a few hours into the job. After lunch, a supervisor stopped by and was giving him tips (and I learned he had only been doing this for a few months). At 3 PM, the tech left without notice. Walking around the house, it was clear the job was unfinished as there was still moss on the roof, debris in the gutters and the moss treatment had not been applied. That evening, I emailed Pro-Long the details of the day along with several pictures of poor workmanship.
The following day, the manger of Pro-Long called to apologize, made excuses for the junior tech, and stated the following week the job will be completed. He also acknowledged that if I hadn’t complained, they would’ve thought the job had completed. The following Monday, a senior tech and assistant arrived at 9 AM to begin the job – again -- and completed around 3:30 PM. This time the job was correctly performed and no complaints.
Several days later, the bill arrived via email. When I inquired about a discount for the issues and hassle, they eventually sent a new bill with a $25 discount, which is insulting. Eventually spoke to the manager on the phone again was unwilling to budge stating this had cost them more than expected already and his staff need to be paid fair wages. The bill included links to multiple social media sites if one was ‘delighted’, so here we are as a heads up for other customers.

Currently working at Place 7 condos, sevear damage to 3 units, we have a ceiling light fall but they fail to repair.
1 unit the entire kitchen beds and carpet are destroyed.

Great now broke a satelite dish, two familys put up in motels units unliveable.
Must be 10 gallons of cigarette butts on roof.

Update. One tennant paid $5000 to have his unit repaired Prolong refused to help.
They distroyed a security light, one of thier workers attempted to fix it.
No conduit kept throwing a breaker.
Just had a electrician inspect it.
He said its a fire hazard nightmare.
Proling must think out of sight out of mind.
Many attempts to contact company, no response.
They finally installed drain pipes all are very crooked.
Crazy stop and see for yourselfs.

You should never do business with such irresponsible business!!!
Pro-Long Roof Care promised to finish the work during 3 days. The work took more than 3 weeks. Some people were coming and going but work was very slow. The weather was not an issue.
The original estimation included new gutters. At the end the told they are not doing gutters. The company sent me invoice and told the work is done when the gutter was on my back yard. I had to find the gutter guy myself and at the last possible moment. They did not have the courtesy to even call me about this in advance.
When I asked to go through the work done, there were several unfinished works.
At the end they did not replace the HVAC-s that were rusty and still added their replacement to the invoice. They painted the completely rusty HVACs to make it look good from the ground.
The owner and the manager were very rude and inconsiderate.
You can find a lot more reputable companies than this one. They also were the most expensive.

Just completed my re-roof. The new roof looks fantastic and I've already noticed my house is much cooler with the ridge vent. The roofers were great, finished the project on time and zero mess when done.

New gutters were not installed in same configuration as existing. Instead of draining through downspout to existing in-ground drain they let half my roof spill out onto a lower roof and run across the shingles. I asked to have it corrected. They responded it was a good install and if I wanted to change it would cost $200 extra. After many phone and email exchanges they agreed to pay for half, but it still cost me an additional $100 to get the system put back the way it was before they removed the old system. VERY disappointed in their level of customer service.

These guys were AMAZING. I called them the week of Thanksgiving in a panic after another roof company didn't show up and we were trying to get our house on the market. They came out immediately and gave me a quote and them cleaned the roof on their vacation day. They did a great job and I will always recommend them.
