The gentlemen who came out were polite and quick. However, we still have alot of grime and grit in the gutters. I know this was a Groupon purchase and maybe we got what we paid for, not sure. There was damage to a downspout where it was hit several times with the blower.

Overall they’re not bad. I have mixed feelings because they have did work in the past that I was satisfied with even though one of their workers urinated on my fence and then lied about it, I still gave grace and continued doing business with them.
The last incident is a result of them coming out to make an assessment and never after almost three weeks, never sending the estimate after requesting it multiple times by text and phone.
Just as you should with any business, remain cautious, professional and graciously disengage when it appears you’re not being valued as a customer.
