Mario and his crew did some work in our home after we had water damage in our kitchen and basement. They did great work! Mario was helpful with helping us pick out new flooring. Mario answered all our questions quickly and responded to all our texts/emails promptly. The crew is very detail oriented and did exactly what we wanted! These guys work hard and their pricing is reasonable. We plan to have them return to remodel our bathrooms. I highly recommend Mario and his crew. You won’t be sorry!

Mario did my living dining room floors but the floor two weeks later started to pop up. I contacted him and told him about the problem. I needed him to come back and fix it but he never came to help me fix my new floor. This was very disappointed and will never hire him again.

M & M Remodeling is the best renovation team we’ve ever used. Mario was great and super knowledgeable about the job. We gave him a vision and some pics of new washroom, bathroom, and hallway renovation, and he hit a home run. They were great communicators, friendly, and easy to work with. We’ll be using them for now on.

We have used Mario and his company 2x now and will continue to do so. The first time, he finished a room in our basement (framing, drywall, flooring) even correcting something a previous contractor failed to do properly. The second time we called him back to completely renovate our 1 bedroom rental unit (new subfloor, flooring, lighting, painting, bathroom gutting, etc). Truly a jack of all trades. Honest, reliable, efficient, and quality work. Highly recommend!

Mario and his team were super! We had most of the interior of our house repainted including all the doors and trim as well as our deck. It was a large job and the team did it in very reasonable timing and for a very fair price. We are looking to them to do additional jobs again soon!! We are very pleased with the work completed by the crew from M&M. Mario was very responsive to our inquiry and was able to meet our needs when we wanted the work done. Mario and his crew were polite, courteous and efficient. M&M repaired, replaced and painted the wood trim on our house. M&M also power washed the mold and mildew off our house, front walk and drive way. We were so pleased with the work that we hired M&M to power wash and paint the carport at our parents house and clean and install gutter guards. And, just like at our house, they did a great job! M&M is flexible as well. As they were cleaning up at my parents house I asked Mario if he could take away a pile of stuff accumulated over the years (wood, mops, paint, etc). He gave me a very reasonable price and took everything as part of their cleanup right away! We highly recommend M&M to do any job around your home. Mario and his crew are very responsive, respectful and have reasonable prices! We will definitely be using M&M for more projects! Mario and the entire M&M crew, many thanks!! Great customer service!
