Tony was very professional and personable. He does a very thorough job with extreme attention to details. We had our driveway seal coated due to having it only be three years old and it was cracking significantly. Tony came over and gave us a very reasonable bid and pretreated the cracks and any other blemishes.

I recently had some restoration work done (not by Pro Custom Builders) which passed the city inspection. But I noticed a few things that looked wrong to me. The contractor wasn’t responding to my questions promptly, so I hired Pro Custom Builders to check out the construction work. Tony at Pro Custom identified a few key issues that should not have passed inspection, and I sent his report to the city. With that report, the city was able to get the construction company out to quickly rectify the issues.

On a separate job, Tony also advised me on a couple important points to ensure the contractor was doing the job the correct way. Armed with that information, I made sure the contractor was doing the job right and not taking shortcuts.

I will be using Pro Custom again on an upcoming renovation project.
