Recommended Reviews
Contracted Pro-Craft on the recommendation of the public adjuster we were working with when our house needed remediation and repair in October 2024. The work was completed in December. The crews that visited were incredibly professional, but multiple members of the team that I worked with spoke poorly about my public adjuster's company (the one that recommended this contractor) to the point where I felt compelled to let my adjustors know. It's been about six months and the bathroom tiles that were laid rock in place, the grout has chipped away, and there are huge gaps between our door frames and the floor that don't fully cover where the tiles were cut too short. I was told a project manager would visit once the work was complete to ensure everything was done properly, but as soon as my invoice was paid I never heard a thing from them again. Also, make sure you double-check that what you specified for the job is what is installed. I don't think I would have gotten a credit back on my invoice if I hadn't pointed out where we had asked for one thing and gotten something of lower quality. I also had to clean up the materials they left behind myself, but couldn't get the outline of a bucket they had let sit on the tile during grouting to come up. Their painting crew is spectacular, so if that's the only thing you need done then go for it.
We are very happy with the work that the crews did. Work was done quickly and professionally. We highly reccommend them.
John and his crew have saved our bacon TWICE. The first was when half our house was flooded. He worked with the insurance adjuster to get what we needed, and the crew did beautiful work! The second was when we needed last minute work done on a bathroom before we sold our house, and he got it done lightning fast, and again, excellent work. His employees are friendly, polite, upbeat, and extremely skilled. You can't go wrong with ProCraft.
