Wonderful customer service with excellent work. This company renovated my mom’s entire house for me and came out beautiful. John stands behind his work and I would use them for any home improvement projects.

I previously used Pro Craft Construction to paint all of the interior of my home except my FROG. I knew it needed more than just painting, so I had put it off. I finally made a decision and contacted John and went in for a consultation. I took pictures from the internet to show him what I was looking for. He was just as excited as me to start the project. He has an awesome team working with him. They consulted with me during the whole process to make sure I was happy with every detail. I will always call Pro Craft for my home projects. They are the best!!

John and his team with Pro-Craft Construction did several major improvements and renovations in our home last year.
They redid the floor in our kitchen and half bath after flood damage caused by a leaking hot water heater.
After that work was finished, they completely gutted and remodeled our primary bathroom.
This transformation included putting in recessed lighting as well as tile floors and a shower.
The folks at Pro-Craft guided us and made valuable recommendations during the entire process. They also gave us daily updates on the progress, what would be done next, and when it would be completed.
I’ve been in construction sales for almost forty years and know, and have worked with many, many contractors and builders insuring this time.
John and the folks at Pro-Craft are as professional as they come and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Their integrity and devotion to excellence are second to none.

I wanted every surface in my house painted, new LVP throughout the entire 2,886 sq ft home, a new shower, ceilings refinished after asbestos removal, and a lot more light. I found Pro-Craft through a good friend’s referral who had a beautiful bathroom remodel.
John got my renovations done quickly even though it was around the holidays. He is a contractor that actually comes back out to address any concerns. He always gets back to me quickly too. My home is beautiful, clean, and fresh now. He works with an awesome electrician (Wiroll Electric) and my formerly extremely dark house is now bright and cheery with 27 new recessed lights and all new light fixtures throughout the house. Pro-Craft also installed my beautiful LVP floors throughout my house (which I could afford thanks to Rivers at Fennell Discount Flooring who sells top quality flooring at incredible prices).
My vision for my new home has come to life thanks to John and Pro-Craft Construction. I hired his company twice and still give him a call whenever I have a house related concern. I think John can fix just about anything big or small. As soon as I save up again, I’m going to have him build me a garage!

I've worked with John and Pro Craft 4 times now for our condos. He's been quick to respond, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. We will definitely use them again when our needs come up and recommend them to our friends often as well. The photos I've attached have one before and one after!

I had Pro-Craft Construction come redo my master bathroom and kitchen, Octavio and his team did an amazing job. Octavio was there to answer any questions I had and always very respectful to my kids and my home. I could not recommend this company and Octavio enough!

They did an amazing job! I had Octavio helping remodeling two bathrooms for my parents house and they came out beautiful. His job was definitely perfect and we got exactly what we wanted. I will come back to him for my next house projects.

Had Octavio stop by to inspect our home after a water loss. He was very attentive and checked every corner of my home to ensure everything was dry. Got our estimate in and was very communicative with me and the insurance company. He had everyone on the same page which allowed the process to go smoothly.

Ordered some cabinets from here, and got them installed. Our kitchen came out great, John is reasonable with his prices and ensures quality on his job sites. Would recommend this company 10/10

When we decided to do a head to toe gutting and remodel of our home, we did not know where to turn. Everyone we found online was giving us expensive quotes and not agreeable to the requests of our tiling projects. A friend referred us to Pro-Craft Construction. When I called, the owner John made an appointment to come to our home for an estimate and consult that same day. We wanted new flooring and new paint on both floors, a total kitchen makeover and a total gut of all 3 bathrooms, which included taking down a wall and removing bath tubs which were replaced with customized tile showers and a stand alone deep tub. Not only was John able to do everything we asked for, but his quote for the entire house came in $20k lower than what another contractor quoted for only 2 bathrooms! We were in! We went to their office to make our material selections with Lori, who is wonderful. Then they began our project within 3 weeks. Everyone else was 6 months out to schedule our jobs. They communicated well every step of the way, and their work is of true integrity. They even finished EVERYTHING a week earlier than projected. Our home that was built in 1992 now feels like a brand new house, and we are so happy.

I hired Procraft to do some exterior painting for me. The crew showed up on time. They were very efficient and professional! I would highly recommend this company.

I needed major renovations in most of my house, which including carpet ruined by pets, and "what was I thinking" wall colors. I was so nervous about getting a reputable company to do the work. I saw another customer's referral of Pro-Craft Construction on Facebook. I privately reached out to her, after seeing pictures of their work, and her great review. After talking with her, I felt at ease to go ahead and give them a call. I spoke with John, Owner of Pro-Craft, about setting up an appointment for him to come out to discuss what my hopes were. Upon arrival, John made me feel like he truly cared and wanted to bring my vision to life. He took the time to walk around to each room and we discussed what needed to be done; answered ALL my questions, without making me feel rushed. Over the next few days, John sent the quote for the job. I was pleasantly surprised to see that with everything I wanted done, the total price was fair and reasonable, in fact, less than I had anticipated.

John's crew, from day one, was top notch, kind, courteous, and always on time. I mentioned to John, that he had one of the hardest working crews I'd ever seen. After the job was completed, the crew made sure everything was clean and back in order.

I am so thrilled at the excellent job Pro-Craft did. They took away the ugliness, and gave me back my beautiful home. I highly recommend Pro-Craft to anyone who needs a trustworthy business, with the highest standards of quality and care. They will always be my go-to when I need work done.

If there was a 1/2 star I would’ve chosen that! We contracted Pro-Craft through Alacrity bc this is who our insurance had listed that dealt with restoration (we had a garage fire).First of all the girl they sent to bring paperwork out to sign that she knew nothing about! 3 different forms that she didn’t even know what they were or could tell me what they meant! One of the forms was the Auth to Pay (hadn’t even started working yet mind you), and the other form looked like it came off Google, it even had at the top “your company letterhead goes here”, she left with only 1 signature on the Auth to Repair and she’s lucky she got that! Looking back I wish I had told her to just leave, ALWAYS trust your instincts and READ what they try to get you to sign. Second, these guys literally lost items and couldn’t account for things we had in our garage! Their “inventory” list looked like a 5 year old typed it, didn’t bother to do spell check either which only made them look even more incompetent! Lastly, when we got their estimate it listed things THEY DID NOT DO! My insurance company even came out to see what they considered “cleaning” bc I refused to go forward with the project when I saw what they were billing for! It’s fraud, no matter how you look at it. I fired them right then and there. I didn’t care about anything except keeping this joke of a business away from my property! I have ring cameras too btw, and saw everyday what they did, or should say didn’t do, and refused to be a part of such a shady business.
Please don’t hire these people! At least not for restoration purposes. The other reviews I read mentioned doing basic house remodeling, not fire restoration and mitigation! What a joke.

I’ve had John and the Pro-Craft team do a few projects for me. The first time was to make my house ready to be listed for sale and they did a fantastic job made it look better than it did brand new when I had it built, then again at my new house I had them do an accent wall in my dinning room that my wife wanted and came out superb. Highly recommended I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I contacted pro craft for an estimate on my house repairs. Someone came out to do the estimate but before the worker started going around my house to measure and take photos, I signed a document titled “work authorization.” I read it briefly but it, to me, didn’t seem like me agreeing to them performing the work in my home. I would never agree to a company to do work in my home unless I knew the estimate first and their plan. They came under the pretense that I’d be getting an estimate only, not their business. The worker did not explain what the document was and what it entailed. I feel blindsided. My husband had already agreed and signed a contract with another company unbeknownst to me but had received payment from USAA for what he thought was for Pro-Craft (it was actually for the initial company he signed with). So I called Pro-Craft to let them know I would not be going with them and we chose another company. They let me know I have to pay 5% of the overhead for cancelling even though I didn’t realize I had signed a contract. This was some shady business practice that I will not be apart of. As a veteran, this is appalling treatment.

If you choose this company, don’t sign the paper they hand you without an explanation of what it is. I’m an RN and ALWAYS explain my consent forms to my patients in case they don’t understand what they’re reading.

I have used Pro Craft Construction twice. Lori, John, and Lynn are SO helpful. They are invested in your project, will give you expert advice, & get beautiful results.
I absolutely recommend.
