They replaced my entire roof due to water problems. They also replaced my flat roof under my upper balcony and my upper balcony. (A year ago they also replaced my front porch) great deal and the owner jack knows the city codes for the city of wyandotte (which are crazy in comparison to other cities) to make sure I would pass my inspection. We have worked with ProCare on a number of projects over the past few years. They have by far exceeded our expectations with each experience. Their level of professionalism and reliability is hard to come by.
UPDATE: Within a year we had several leaks from the bathtub into the basement. The first one happened a few months after the work was done and Jack did not address it. There have been several problems since then. The only thing that has been solid about this work was the tiling. I cannot recommend this company.
We just had a partial bathroom remodel with this company. Jack was professional and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions. The crew that worked on our bathroom was efficient and professional and the finished room has exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend.
