They came out to provide an estimate promptly, were incredibly thorough and professional during the quoting process, were very responsive with all questions throughout the entire process. We used Priority Solutions based on a recommendation in my neighborhood app when I was looking for someone to replace our fireplace brick. It ended up turning into an entire living room remodel. They took down our popcorn ceiling, they replaced the carpeting, they painted the walls and all the trim, they gave us new baseboards, they hung a new ceiling fan and all new blinds, and they demolished the old fireplace brick and put up veneer. The communication was excellent- when I texted it was promptly returned or when I called, the phone was answered. They walked us through the process from beginning to end. They told us who was coming to do what and what time they'd be there and they always showed up. We're already planning on using them next summer for our kitchen remodel. It was an excellent experience working with Priority Solutions. I highly recommend them.

Reed and Priority Solutions did an amazing job turning our outdated house into our vision, drastically modernizing the look with their expertise in paint and construction, and we are loving it! During the project, Reed listened to our concerns and helped close out our punch list items, absolutely loved working with him. The paint team were extremely nice as well, thank Priority Solutions!

Liked that there was enough manpower to complete most of the job in one day and that follow up on a few remaining areas was followed up on and completed. Also, communication throughout the process was very good and timely.

We had Priority Solutions paint our two story family room and upstairs and main level hallway. The work his people did was phenomenal, they did an excellent job and were courteous, respectful, and you could tell they took pride in their work. Older 1978 home with original popcorn ceilings on vaulted ceilings and dry wall settling cracks. Other contractors couldn’t handle the repairs needed before painting or unreliable. They showed up on time and worked overtime to get the job done not only correctly but in a timely manner, cleaned up every day and put me at the least inconvenience possible. Being new to home renovations, I had no forethought about also getting my hardwood floors buffed and polished before moving all my furniture back in and asked if they could help me and they are taking care of that also so I don’t have to move furniture back and forth. Not the cheapest -but the quality work, service and professionalism of each and every person that worked on my home was so worth the peace of mind. Definitely will use again when I am able to get my kitchen redone. Recommending to all my neighbors. Thanks guys!!

Talk about the complete package. Priority does it right. Service, build quality, customer satisfaction. This is my second time having them work on my house. We got a new fence this time and we still get comments on how amazing our house looks from the painting they did.

Roy and Reed are great to work with. They were prompt and professional and answered all our questions.
The work crew, led by Antonio the Drywall god, were hard working and very pleasant to be around.
All in all, it was a good experience and left us with what looks like a new home.

Priority Solutions did an amazing job sanding about applying a beautiful stain to a huge deck for us. They were professional, kept the job site clean and were very knowledgeable about the products and different options/decisions that needed to be talked through. Highly recommend!

I was refinancing my house & needed a little painting done in a short period of time. I reached out to Priority Solutions on a Thursday, I heard back from them that same day, then I was given a very reasonable bid on Friday & the work was finished on Monday. The workers were quick & courteous & did an excellent job. The project manager, Reed, was great about communicating everything from breaking down the bid to explaining what the workers would be doing, then following up after the work was done to make sure it met expectations. I got the work I wanted done for the price I wanted & in the time frame that I wanted, with excellent customer service. I would recommend Priority Solutions to everyone I know & will definitely use them again when I need painting/remodeling work done.

Priority Solutions fit us in quickly for a fence replacement (ours got knocked down from a storm). They did the work quickly and thoroughly and were very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend Reed and his crew, they are like a Jack of all trades with all they can do.

Reed, Matt, and the remodel crew did excellent work on some major exterior wood rot repair and siding replacement. A previous addition to the back side of the house had severe wood rot on a structural post, the surrounding joists, and much of the connecting siding boards. They were thorough in exploring the options to best repair while also clarifying my expectations. The work was completed in one day and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I opted to paint myself so don’t let the finished pictures fool you, this was some intensive work done by the crew and I can sleep soundly knowing it’s been done the right way.

I had some wood rot repaired last year and was having trouble getting anyone to even come out to look at something that wasn't a whole house paint job. PS came out almost immediately to take a look. We also ended up hiring them to sand and paint our ailing deck. Got the job done quickly even with working around the weather. Everything looks great. Couldn't get any other bids to compare pricing but I was satisfied with what they charged. I would absolutely use them again.

PS did quality work in a timely way including small jobs in the next day or two. They fixed another company's work that had not been finished or done to the expected standard of quality. I will be having them paint the inside of my house in the future. You would be doing yourself a disservice picking another company.

We Hired them to re-stain kitchen cabinets, as well as remove popcorn from ceiling (yuck) & repaint about a third of the main floor. Their removal of the prior finish on the cabinets was so impressive it needed no new stain; they agreed just to clear-coat. As such they turned out great. They were in & out quickly, and never took on other jobs or slowed down. The other impressive part was their new tech in masking, protecting, and dust collection. I think we were in their way more than the reverse. They have more experience than one would think, and have a great work ethic. Will have them back soon for more projects.

We used Priority to completely repaint our basement, including some drywall repairs. Their crew did an excellent job, were on time each day and communicated very well. They also re-hung a couple of TV mounts and TVs and did an excellent job with that. We will definitely use them again for future projects!
