Andrew is a true roof whisperer! He is extremely knowledgeable and both his prices and his customer service are superior to the bigger roofing companies in Southern Maryland—he was far more responsive than some of the big-name companies that I contacted.
He was patient with me and answered all of my questions and he and his crew were fast, clean, efficient, and affordable. He performed a pre-sale roof inspection for me and was kind enough to take the time to explain his findings to both me and my buyer! Priority truly goes above and beyond. If you are in Southern Maryland and need of any sort of roof work done, I can’t recommend Andrew and Priority enough!!!

Priority did a fantastic job on my roofing project. The staff were very helpful and professional as I had a lot of questions which they answered with ease. Very professional and does not trial to oversell. We had a leak in our roof and called several vendors. The others just tried to sell us a new roof since it was 16 years old. Andrew from Priority Roofing did a full inspection and indicated that the while roof was older, there was still several years of life if we didn't want to do a full replacement. The source of the leak was a rusted nail from the ridge vent but he also noted a few areas where the shingles were loose from wind damage and one broken shingle. He provided a very reasonable quote to replace the ridge vent, seal the loose shingles, replace the broken shingle, and recaulk all nails, vents, etc.

I really appreciated that while he offered a replacement as one option, he did not try to just immediately upsell us.

Andrew and his team were great to work with. Very professional and did a great job in restoring water damage in my basement.

This company handled a job for me and was very professional! After explaining I needed repairs before an inspection, they arrived on time with all the necessary equipment to handle the job. Priority roofing came out and gave me a fair quote for what another company was going to charge me double for. I had two ridge vents replaced when I requested them. That didn't cure my roof leak but priority came back out quickly and patched my roof. Priority is at the top of my list when I need I need my entire roof replaced.

The company itself was pretty good, I would say three to roughly four stars. What really made the difference was Andrew and his commitment to keeping up with us and especially my extremely busy schedule. He was never high pressure, and always very straightforward with expectations as well as what he could or could not do for us.
If anything, it was a pleasure to work with Andrew and how clear he was with the next steps as well as how honest he was about timelines and hurdles. There aren't many salespeople left or account managers that are both efficient and honest while still maintaining an air of professionalism. I really appreciate all of his help and so far, our roof still looks great, too!

Andrew and Priority Roofing has been a blessing. A more popular company did my first estimate and I knew inflation had not affected prices that much!! Andrew did a thorough inspection and was completely honest with what work was necessary and what wasn’t. His team did a fantastic job and was quick. We wanted to take the time to share our appreciation for the professional, quality work of Andrew and his team at Priority Roofing & Restoration for their work on our 100-year old farmhouse and small animal farm.
They completed a difficult job on the farmhouse, involving new shingled roofing to replace ancient aluminum-tiled roofing over old cedar-shake structure and repairing old, custom-built wood soffit too. Blending in the flashing with the angles of the old, wood siding must have been especially difficult. Then they redid and improved the shingle roofing on a shed, a gazebo, a barn playhouse, and a play fort structure, repaired the metal roofing on the shelter in the mini-goats' pen, and added modern vinyl soffit and metal trim to a separate modern structure. All for a much better price than their competitors.
From the initial contact and walk-around for project estimate, to the daily work, to the clean-up and follow-up, the whole crew was very professional and the work was great.

The entire team at Priority Roofing was amazing. We worked with Drew, who even when the insurance company didn’t want to cover what was he needed kept calm and kept pushing until he received what was fair/just for our case. Ultimately he was able to get a whole roof covered for us! Once we got the approval for the roof, we were scheduled and even completed within a week! Drew and his team are fantastic and I would/will recommend them to anyone needed a new roof!

We had Priority Roofing replace our roof a few years ago, so we reached out to them about our deck. The crew did a great job replacing our deck! When we noticed a few of the top rails had warped, they came back out and repaired them. While they were here they noticed one of the stair top rails had cracked and they came back and replaced that board as well. My husband asked Andrew if the crew could cut down the holly tree stumps surrounding the deck, which had to be trimmed to fit the deck in the space. They did an awesome job! We would highly recommend Priority Roofing and Restoration.

We used Priority Roofing & Restoration recently for Basement Mold Remediation services. The owner, Andrew Lawrence, and his staff, at the office (Jessica & Lauren) and on the work crew (Cody and Nathan) that we dealt with were very professional, responsive and patient with us and our requests. Special kudos to Cody, who did most of the manual labor, and could not have been kinder or more courteous and thorough. The only reasons this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is that 1) a few times there was a communication disconnect on what day or time work should be expected to be done and 2) there is a processing fee added if payment is done by credit card, making it more cost effective to pay by check or bank withdrawal. We would have preferred to pay at times by credit card if there had not been the added fee. We definitely recommend this company.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this company is. From the moment they came to look at our roof, they were 100% committed to what we had to go thru to have our damages fixed. Through many, many hold ups and mistakes from our insurance company, they were able to work things out on our behalf. Lauren and her comprehensive knowledge of not only the business she represents, but of the Insurance world, claims, policies, laws and services were outstanding. She knew things that the Nationwide Insurance adjuster did not. Our entire roof was replaced, inside dry-wall repaired and repainted walls and ceilings were all done beautifully and professionally. The company encapsulated my crawl space. They had to kill wood fungus first. And they replaced and sistered some boards which were too damaged from the moisture. Jon and Liam were amazing to work with. Our insurance company gave us the runaround for months but they never gave up nor would they allow the insurance company to give us just a patch job. We inherited what we thought was a new roof when we purchased our home and it was done with recalled shingles. Once everything was approved it took less than a week for us to have shingles delivered and put on. The crew here the day of were all very nice and considerate that I’d be in and out of the house with our kids and made sure nails were picked up as they went so no one risked stepping on one.

Deanna is AMAZING! I called the office & Jessica was so helpful and very responsive to what I needed. Deanna came to check out the crawl space the same day & had the estimate to me that night. Andrew and Liam were absolutely amazing. I was in a pinch to get my roof replaced during the sale of my house and they all the confidence in the world to get the job done in a timely manner. Liam was spot on with his confidence to help represent me in filing my roof claim wuth my insurance. My insurance only wanted to patch my roof, but Liam and Andrew both said it wasn't a patch kind of job and they proved it to my insurance company. Outstanding service!! Responsive, Knowledgeable, Professional!!!

Parson’s Restoration did an outstanding job on simultaneous repairs to two properties we own. The first house required crawl space restoration, sub floor repair and replacement of the kitchen tile. In the crawl space the insulation and sump pump were replaced and a vapor barrier and a dehumidifier installed. They did a fantastic job. In fact, a home inspection officer stated that this was the best “crawl space restoration he had ever seen”. In our second home, we had water damage inside the house on the main floor and basement. The Parson’s team arrived within an hour of the phone call to them to assess the damage and immediately sent out a team to provide mitigation efforts.

All of the Parsons employees were extremely polite, professional and highly responsive to our needs and requests.

I cannot say enough about Deanna. She was very knowledgeable regarding the services offered and our requirements and was great in helping us navigate the process during a very stressful and complicated repair process. She is the consummate professional. Communications with her were effortless. Between phone calls, text messages and emails, she kept us fully informed of the work schedules and progress on both properties and was very thorough in informing us on material, equipment, cost and manpower issues. Andrew, Taylor, Joseph, Bret and the rest of the team were equally knowledgeable, professional and polite. Such pleasant people to work with.

The Parson team had the materials delivered on stie the day before work was to be stated. The team came the next morning at 6:30 am. They informed us that they would get started. They completed the job in one day. They had a team of 5 men. The guys were professional and they did quality work. They were careful not to harm shrubs. They placed large Tarps on the ground to capture debris. The team removed all of the shingles and trash from the property. They swept the entire area with a huge magnet and picked up all of the nail that may have fallen.

Ryan was extremely helpful dealing with the insurance company filing the claim. Company crew finished the roofing job the same day the material was delivered. Which I was amazed, since they had to remove the old shingles. Did a superb job on removing debris as well.
