Priority One Roofing

Great guys, exceptional customer service, quality product. We needed a roof and I wanted to get it before it got hot in the summer. Oklahoma had a rainy spring this year but Chris and Cal kept us updated really well on when they could get it scheduled around the weather. We have a 3,000 square foot house. They dropped the shingles in my driveway, and came out and got it all done the next day by 2!! The gutter guy came the next day and we were all done. These guys are amazing.

My experience with Priority One was great. I had a fireplace that was leaking when it rained so I called Priority One to see if they do those types of repairs. Kyle was able to come out the next day to take a look. He was able to fix it for me during the inspection and sent me before and after photos so I could see what was done.

Kyle and Cal were awesome to work with. Their crew were able to get our roof done in a day. Kyle was here for most of the day overseeing the project and Cal came for part of the day. The roof and gutters look great and we couldn't be happier.

Cal since day one when I first talked to him through the phone was super professional, helpful and super nice. He kept me updated about everything and tried his best to help me out with this new roof and gutters situation. His work crew is honestly the best super helpful guys. I had trouble taking down one of my bedroom certains from one of my rooms and I asked Raul to help me out and was super nice and helped me get it down. Since they were working outside in a super sunny day. I ordered the guys food so they can eat something after a long hot day. They all got along with my guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone if they need a new roof installed 100/100. I'm super happy with the end results my new home is perfect now. Thank you cal and your crews work they did an amazing job. Also, big thanks to kyle as well for helping me choose the color of my gutters.

I cannot say enough about Priority One Roofing. They were personable, knowledgeable, accommodating and very thorough about all details of the claim. My wife wanted a different color roof, and they accommodated us with a selection of choices which matched the “Class” of the roof. Our backyard gazebo was damaged, and they ordered another and painstakingly assembled it in a few hours. They were thorough even down to the tedious details of the claim, like damaged window screens! Oddly, the damaged screens would not come out naturally, but Priority One cheerfully embraced the tedious problem of removing them and then trimming down the replacements. There was a holdup on an insurance check, but that was not on them, but rather, the insurance company. I had full confidence from the beginning that everything would be completed satisfactorily. I would wholeheartedly recommend Priority One Roofing to anyone with a roofing or other claim.

Cal and the crew are really great! I called Cal to do some exterior renovations to our home. Two days later there was a hailstorm that compromised our roof. So we just had Priority One do it all. Priority One was assigned to, and became the contractor for, my case. It involved property damage after a tornadic storm.

There were many types of damage including roof, chimney, gutters, fence, and windows.

The experience I received with Priority One was as much, if not more, than I could have asked for.

Chris Armold, my project manager, always kept me informed about status. Best, though, was that he was patient, respectful, and courteous. I felt like I was being well taken care of.

There were lots of workers in various jobs involved. They were all professionals.

We used Priority One Roofing for a full roof replacement. We were closing on our house and needed it done in a timely manner. They came out quickly and were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. They also needed to replace some wood underneath the roofing and they made sure to get a good look at the whole roof before we purchased our home. They were affordable, professional, and local. The full replacement was done in less than a day and they made sure to come out the next day to be sure everything looked good and there was no trash, nails etc. I recommend Priority One Roofing and feel they went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our roof.

Logan and his team did an excellent job with our home repairs! We replaced fascia and soffits, painted, and added new gutters to our house. The work was completed quickly and it looks great! The team was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t figure out the paint color. Give them a call - you won’t regret it!

I hired Priority One National Oklahoma to do our roof and storm damage restoration. Dealing with Cal “ the owner” I was blessed to work with such person and he surly delivered with her promised. First of all I want to say Cal and Chris run a top notch roofing company! The communications I had with them from the start were very responsive and timely. The work was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof! Lets be honest, roofing is a messy job, but these guys took extra care to make sure everything was cleaned up and I couldn't believe they got a 2100 sq ft. high pitch roof done in 1 day! Really had a great all around experience! Tried to file a insurance claim last year with no success. We put it off all of 2023, had a buddy tell me about PRIORITY ONE. Talked to Logan on phone next day he was on my roof doing inspection! He even came back to meet with the insurance inspector.. From
there we picked colors and had a new roof in 1 week. Logan always answered questions and took great care of us.. Best of all the installers were in and out in 6 hours!! They Cleaned up and roof looks amazing. Team worked great! Highly recommend. They are doing my sister this month as well!!

I have known this family for many many years and I had a new roof put on by Priority one. When they (Callahan and Chris) visited with me they told me what was what and were willing to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t praise them enough by how neat their crew was. I left my house when they started and when I came home I would never have known anyone was there except I had a nice new roof. I have seen posts on the internet asking who the best roofer in Piedmont is, in my opinion it would have to be Priority One roofing. From the company as a whole I would give them a five star rating along with each of the sub contractors used to complete the job. The roofers, gutter company plus the men who did the work under my eaves. All were totally professional and efficient in that all trash was picked up and disposed off after the work. My house actualy looks better now than the day I bought it and I am totally pleased with all that they did.

I would highly recommend Priority 1 for your roofing needs. We live in Rose Creek and had our roof replaced with a beautiful Priority 1 roof. Our roof is very steep and fairly large. The cost of replacing our roof was around $40,000 and all I did was select the shingles. Priority 1 took care of every other detail, beginning with meeting with the insurance adjuster. The workers were very tidy and careful to not damage any landscaping.
