I used priority builders to get my home inspection done when buying my house and paid them over $700 to ensure I knew what was going on in the house before making the investment, as I was a very inexperienced new homeowner. Among other smaller indiscretions they mislabeled my waterline as being made of copper and totally overlooked that it was patched up with spray foam. My waterline was in fact galvanized steel and upon being told the entire line needed to be replaced before my water meter could be switched out I contacted them about this oversight that was made. This was a multiple thousands of dollars job I was facing that I should have been able to properly plan for had I been given the correct information during the inspection.

When I called looking for their assistance in resolving the matter I was given the runaround multiple times and never had my calls returned by the person who the receptionist told me was supposedly going to be in touch who had the “decision making power to help me”.

Extremely upset with their quality and even more upset with their customer service.
