Loved working with this company! They worked with our insurance company for months to get the claim resolved for us, while remaining professional. The communication with us was by far the best customer service I have ever had with a company!
There were no surprises along the entire process, as well, the quality of work that was done on our roof is beyond our expectations. Thank you for all of your help and work on our roofing project, we could not be happier.

After hail and wind damage to our cedar shake roof from a storm, we were first denied coverage by our insurance company. Travis Monahan knew we had a good case for full replacement, so he was ABSOLUTELY PERSISTENT in following up with our insurance company -- Many times -- Even though the adjustor was very difficult to work with. Travis knew what he was doing and finally got our roof replacement approved after more than a year of back and forth with insurance. If it hadn't been for him, we would have given up, as we didn't understand the process like Travis does. His roofing team even squeezed our replacement job in during a warm week in December so it could be completed before the winter. He steered us to a new upgraded shingle, and the roof looks amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Travis is reliable, responsive, and dedicated to great customer service.

Principal Building and Remodeling replaced our roof in June 2019. Joe diligently worked with our insurance company for a complete replacement and upgrade. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the end result. The entire process from beginning to end was very organized. We were able to choose the new shingle colors, upgraded to peak vents and replaced the existing skylight window. Once all the final details were made the work was completed in one day! The crew was timely, courteous and cleaned all the debris. Principal Building and Remodeling was great to work with and would work with them again.

I have used Principles twice in the last few years on two homes. Excellent workmanship and quality. Travis Monahan was A++! all the way. He knows how to get things done well and in a timely manner. May use again for my siding in the next year or two because it is at the end of its life span. I won’t hesitate to call them.
