I really like this company. The people who came to inspect were very friendly and responded promptly. They also had someone on their roof crew who could communicate with me directly. They repaired my roof in just two days, and it looks great. They handled everything professionally, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Prime was recommended to me by my neighbor and I am over the moon with how things went! I was absolutely dreading the 'getting a new roof' process, but they have made it so easy!

Always answered my calls, walked me through forms and working with my insurance, and always kept me in the loop. I am so thankful I found this company and 10/10 would tell a friend!

We used prime and it was the best experience. They covered everything before starting and made sure to clean up any mess, cleaned up things they really didn’t have to just to give us the full experience.
I have children so making sure nails and such items were thoroughly cleaned up was super important to us and they did!

This spring I knew my roof was needing to be replaced but I was hesitant to contact anyone. Prime Roofing stopped by and offered to see if I had any hail damage to my roof. I am so thankful they did. Very smooth experience. Bill is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. Communication was excellent. The crew that did the work were here by 7am and worked quickly and efficiently to get the roof done. The cleanup was very thorough, and they left the property without debris. They even replaced an outside flood light that was too high for me to get to.

A tornado hit my home. This was a large repair contract. Prime did excellent roofing, rain gutters, carpentry, painting, and flooring work.

Prime Roofing did a very good job, as far as I can tell. It looks that way. Cleanup was thorough. They did the job, as I recall, in two days. The only “complaint” I have: the work crew damaged the screen door to our patio when they tried to reach an electrical outlet.
The door is still not fixed.

The Prime Roofing team was prompt and professional, from project management all the way to cleanup. Tear-off and relay of 45 squares on a 12/12 high roof, they knocked it out in a day and was performing final cleanup the next morning. This was mostly due to late season sun. All interactions with the insurance claim were a breeze. No headaches and was like they weren't there. Expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend Prime Roofing.

He helped us file a claim with our insurance carrier and we got the roof replacement covered. The morning the roof was to be replaced he texted me with a google map over my home and told me exactly where to park so I could come and go throughout the day! The overall process went smoothly. Communication was great throughout, and Bill and Trey were very helpful and very flexible to work with us in accommodating different schedule related issues on our side.

Once we were finally able to get the roof scheduled, the crew showed up and worked extremely hard. The new roof was essentially completed in one day. It looks good and showed no signs of leaks during recent rain. After the work was finished, the crew cleaned everything up very thoroughly.

I was familiar with Prime Roofing because they have replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. Bill with Prime assisted me in getting my insurance involved due to hail damage. Prime completed the project in a day and a half after estimating one to two days. The new roof looks great and the crew also did a very thorough job of clean-up. Salomon came by a few days after the project was complete and took care of a couple of very minor requests. I really could not be more pleased with Prime! If you need a new roof you should consider this company.

We worked with Bill Spencer with Prime Roofing throughout the course of having our roof replaced. He was very professional, very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping us make sure our roof was covered by insurance and that we received all that we were due. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance process and roofing in general. He helped talk us through how to get the most bang for our buck as well as ways to lower our insurance premiums and electric bills. We were able to get a fortified roof (lowering insurance) as well as added vents to help cool down the attic (helping lower our electric bill in our 2 story home). The actual roofing removal and new roof process took one full day. The workers kept everything very tidy and did a great job cleaning up any messes made. I would highly recommend Prime Roofing and so grateful to be able to work with a company that had our best interest in mind.

I have had many companies work on my house since 1999. I have been a business owner since 1994. I personally want to be sure my clients get what they want and need. It is important to be honest, trustworthy, competent and mostly do what you say you will do. It is a fiduciary responsibilty in any business to provide positive customer serivice.

With that being said, Prime Roofing and Restoration gave me all of that and more. They were very clear and succinct in completing what I contracted them to do. The contract itself was inclusive and professional. Each employee from the President down to the individual workers were friendly yet diligent in their work ethic.

I didn't have to clean up anything after they finished the work. They roofing and guttering was perfection. They also have associate companies that provided other work such as screening my back porch, painting, other home repairs and yes even yard work.

The pricing was very competitive with other companies as I got several quotes. I would have paid more for the work they provided.

Prime Roofing is the best! This company is so easy to work with. From the time they fly the drone to evaluate your roof until the last nail is driven, to the clean-up, they are first class. They show up at your house when they say they will and work very hard until the job is completed. May I add, at my house, they worked in the very hot August heat and completed the job in one long day.
This is a very well run company from people that actually care about the customer.

Great service and all-around experience from start to finish. I worked with Jacob Dunham and Bill Prime throughout the entire process, who were both very responsive to my questions and guided me through everything as this was my first time getting my roof replaced. Jacob made sure to take part in the roof inspection with the field adjuster from my insurance provider to make sure every detail was considered.
