Nothing like the AC going out on a late Friday afternoon on a hot summer day…a friend recommended we give 3D Air Service a call.
First, the lady who answered the office phone was so sweet and helpful. Asked some troubleshooting questions and while I was expecting ‘we can have someone there tomorrow or Monday’ she said ‘we can have someone to your house between 6-8pm tonight’. I was floored and extremely grateful for them to have someone at our house the same day.
Austin got to our house around 6:30pm was great w/ explaining what he was doing and what caused our issue. Got our unit back up and running and said if we have any other issues, to give him a call and he would be right back out.
We’ve tried many other AC companies and have not had this kind of experience. Price was beyond fair. Communication and service was great. And the best part, our house is back to being nice and cool on a Friday hot Alabama night. Thank you all.

3D Air Services will get the job done in a very professional manner. My technician's name was Austin S. and he was very helpful with discussing my options with the service provided. He was straight forward with me which I respect a whole lot. I trust my A/C unit with 3D. Ask for Austin. Great guy!

3D Air Services is awesome. Called them at noon, technician at my house at 4:30, AC fixed and running by 5:30. All this during their busiest time of the year (late July). The tech Brad Ianniello was very professional and FAST! Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call these guys again. Oh, and the office ladies you speak to when you call, A+++.

We had an outstanding experience with 3D Air Services. Our outdoor unit stopped working out of the blue yesterday evening. 3D answered the phone when I called at 9pm, and had a technician out here at 9am today. Our tech was Audie Wynn and he did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, and had all the necessary parts on his truck to complete the repair right away. He was also very professional and personable, he took the time to point out some other issues we may run into in the future as well that we can prepare for, all without pushing any additional cost on us.

I highly recommend Mr. Wynn and also 3D Air Services.

We have used 3D air since we moved to Alabama. We have owed 2 house that 3D has put new heating and cooling systems in and their maintenance plan is great. I feel like family when Erica answers the phone. All the techs have been great but I do have to give Brad a shout out for always being friendly even with all my questions. Ps they just installed a Hot water heater for us.

Our service technician Mr. Audie Wynn was amazing! He was diligent, patient, nice, and an all around professional! Knew exactly what he was doing and got me and my family taken care of! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Would definitely recommend his service to others. Need more like him! Needs a promotion ASAP

3D Air Services has been a great pleasure to deal with. They are always on time, wear shoe footies when entering the house, and clean up any mess they make. I am very pleased with their service.

I received the visit from the service tech but didn’t get the feel he really attempted to diagnose my issue. I got the sense he wanted me to spend $600+ dollars guessing at the solution without a true diagnosis of the problem. After a long discussion trying to narrow down the issue, I may a professional decision to pay the service fee and move on. I called a different company out and they found my issue within 20 minutes of diagnosing it and fixed it without me being out of a lot of money.

I started using 3D around a year ago, I’m so glad I did. They find the issue and fixes it.
Our technician yesterday was Audie he was great. He fixed the issue and showed me where the issue was. He suggested putting vinegar in the pipes once a month.

I came home to discover an 87 degrees house! While others had gone home for the day, 3D Air Services was still taking care of hot situations.
Cole came in, asked what was going on, pointed out a couple of things and then assured me that he do his best to get me some relief. That's exactly what he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable.He explained the issue and answered any questions I needed answered.

My AC was starting to struggle but was still running so I called a few places to come out and clean the coils and add refrigerant. I have a slow leak that requires filling every several years. 3D was the first on I was able to speak to and they said no problem. I also said I probably wouldn’t be able to be there as I was shorthanded at work. The lady I spoke to said she would call back with a time. I had to call back 2 more times myself to get a time(not an issue). They said 4-6 which I then said I might be able to make that. So the tech got there right after 4 and was very courteous. I told him the AC was running and barely cooling and that I needed the coils cleaned and refrigerant. He went to the unit and looked and told me he couldn’t do that and that my unit is old and needed replaced and he could quote me a price. I said no then he went in and put a tool on the air handle to tell me my return air was too low. I’m not an HVAC tech but I knew that. Anyway I said no thanks and I would call someone else. He then said it was a $133 fee. That was unacceptable to me. This was 5 minutes. I already knew what I needed and was told they could do it. That was not the case. I spoke to his General Manager/Salesperson who asked me what it was worth and I said I understand paying a trip charge but 133$ for 5 minutes when they can’t even help seems ridiculous. He started telling a story about going to the doctor and paying a copay so I hung up on him and paid the fee. The tech was very nice and understood the job and what I was asking so he gets 5stars but the company just seems to want to sell units and fix anything. Next company(rhymes with Classy) that I spoke to came out cleaned the coils and loaded refrigerant the next day with me not being there and my AC is fine. If a company can’t/won’t help they should tell you upfront. I didn’t ask for diagnostics to be performed. I knew the issue and was told they could accommodate me but that was not the case. I think intermediate heating and cooling is more appropriate than expert

Response to owner....On my initial call I said what I needed and was told 3d could handle it. I did not ask for a diagnostic. I have this happen every few years and know it needs cleaning and refrigerant. I will admit I should have made sure you could refill R22 on the initial call but the person on the other end also should have asked and told me the fee for showing up. Calling it a diagnostic fee isn't being honest when I tell you upfront what I needed. The other HVAC company had no issues with this.

3D Air's team is amazing? Austin was our initial contact who helped explain what was wrong with our system and our options. He was great about making sure we understood everything! Jose and Jessie installed our new unit and they were very professional and friendly. Pablo and Tyler came in and cleaned out ducts, and they were able to make their trip out to our house work with our schedules. Cant recommend this business enough. You now have a lifelong customer.

I’m very pleased with the service Cole provided and the excellent customer service from him and their office staff. Cole throughly diagnosed the issue with my hvac and presented several options for repair and cost. I feel he went above and beyond for us and 3D Air has earned all my future business. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of service and price. Definitely recommend them for all your air needs.

Austin was great! He took the time to explain everything to me about my system. His work was excellent, above and beyond. I think I’m close to being a 10 year customer now.

Brad was very professional and friendly. He was very kind to my bullmastiffs. He had treats for them too. Issues were resolved completely and quickly.

Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable….he pointed on things with our HVAC system that no other service technician has ever done. He arrived in a timely manner and exhibited excellent professionalism and customer service.

Cole was super prompt and kind. Helped with a part that slipped off during a storm or with the yard guy’s mower.

We noticed a water leak in our ceiling which ended up being due to the main drain line being clogged. I called 3D Air Services about 7PM and they promptly answered and were able to send Brad out within an hour. Brad quickly assessed the situation, educated me on the problem and solution and had the issue resolved within a few hours. I would highly recommend 3D Air Services!

I can’t say enough good things about 3D Air Services. When my water heater went out, they responded quickly and got the job done right. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was great, and they made what could’ve been a stressful situation really easy. It’s such a relief to have hot water again—highly recommend them for any water heater or Heating and AC issues.

3D Air is always quick to respond to calls, service technicians are very polite, pleasant, and considerate while in the home. They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them when needed for HVAC needs, dryer clean outs & routine maintenance.

It was a pleasure working with Rick. I contacted 3D Air Services because I needed a second opinion before a complete replacement of the unit, and he gave me a straightforward, honest assessment of the situation and how to address it. The original installer did not install the system correctly, and cut many corners during the installation. They recommended a complete replacement (the system was just installed 3 years ago). Rick explained his plan to address the faulty installation and to address other issues caused by a tenant. Very satisfied with the service I received, will be using him from now on.

My upstairs unit went out on an early Sunday morning. Highs for the day were forecast for the 90s. I phoned and received an immediate response and the attendant was friendly and understanding. She established an appointment for Sunday afternoon. The technician, Isaiah, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with the unit, and made repairs. The technician was polite, patient and explained the problem. I was impressed with the entire process, especially Isaiah and the phone attendant, Emily, I believe was her name. Thank you both very much.

Once again, I experienced problems with A/C unit on a hot weekend. I called and received a prompt return call from the attendant. She was nice and listened to my problem. She immediately placed me in the queue and was told the technician would arrive shortly. The tech showed up on time and was personable. Audie diagnosed the problem and quickly corrected the issue. I am sorry I cannot recall the telephone attendant’s name, but she was terrific, too. 2 for 2 (on separate units) and on hot weekends!! I have complete confidence in 3D.

3D made it very easy to schedule an appointment on short notice. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and quickly resolved the problem.

Thank you to 3D Air service, i have high-efficient AC and tankless water heater. The crew worked so hard and neat. I feel totally safe and comfy. They are very nice and friendly and responsible. I strongly recommend.

7/21/2024- update after AC unit quit working. 3D Air provided fast service and tech was out promptly yesterday but didn't complete service as the fan motor was working when he came but it went out completely today so we had another tech from another company out that did give slightly better pricing for the motor but ultimately we decided to replace our unit as it is old and no use patching on it. But would still recommend highly.
10/13/2022 - uodated review after heating system fall maintenance. We love 3D Air. Always on time, professional and they do a great job. Everyone is very personable and make you feel like a friend. They provide advice about additional needs but they are not pushy.

We called on a Saturday and the service man was here within a couple hours. Fantastic service! We couldn't be happier. Roger was personable and very informative. We will be getting their service plan and good riddance to our old company. Their dispatcher Erica was friendly and very helpful. Now we know why they get such high ratings. They may not be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. We can highly recommend them with confidence.

I am Helen's daughter & keep her happy, healthy & fed. She turned 91 in May 23... we have used 3-D Air for 18 years, beginning as Freedom Heating & Air. Jeremy has taken care of us that long. They are prompt, caring, knowledgeable & compassionate. I recommend them every chance I get!!! Thanks for giving me a chance to brag on them

Jay was prompt and stayed until the app on my phone was working. He walked me through the process several times at the thermostat and the app on my phone. He was friendly and very kind.

The tech was punctual, friendly and professional. He places socks over his shoes before entering my home. He explained his findings and recommendations.

First of all they gave you a time that they would be here and it was on the money!
Kevin was courteous and pinpointed the problems immediately and had the issue solved within minutes.
My unit is pretty old and on its last leg , there was no trying to sell me something I didn't need or any kind of crookedness that you might get from some places. I will definitely be buying my next unit from Jeremy and 3D Air.
I don't recommend many things but I can honestly say that I recommended this company to everyone...A++++

Again...a few years later the new system lost a capacitor. 100 degrees outside when I get home and the fans not turning. I call at 130...He's there at 330 and I'm running by 430... unbelievable!

3D answers the call 24/7 and they are always timely in getting out to evaluate a problem. We have used 3D for years for maintenance, repairs, and new product installation. We have always recieved excellent service!
