George did the inspection very good. He showed me everything that needed to be fixed. He is very Good at his job and good person as well.

George was on time and setup ready to go 10 minutes early. He was very throw and detailed and took time to explain and point out all issues. He even called and got a quote for the major issue with electrical in the moment. After the inspection George sat down and went through the whole report with me and sent me a copy 2 hours after the inspection was completed. I would 10/10 recommend and will be using him for any inspections in the future!

In fact I called the place the view. George showed up and let me know from the get go I was about to be screwed ,glued, and tattooed on a money pit I didn't want or need. George Sadowski was so thoughough and kind in his home inspection. He captured very clear photographs of any imperfections and drew arrows to point out any tiny thing. He took his time and finally sat down with me to go over his notes. I feel so comforted knowing any small details that need to be taken care of in my new home have been noted.

Just moved to Birmingham, fortunately the realtor recommended George. He did a fabulous job. Got me scheduled timely, got the report done quickly. I was in the house during the inspection, he really knows what he is doing. Consummate professional. Best inspector I have ever used for sure.

George is the BEST! He walked me through everything and was very patient since it was my first time buying. He explained it all and then spoke to my parents about it as well. He also gave me recommendations for remodels!

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. Previously we were out of state buyers before we bought our home, we had George inspect it for about $800. George knows home inspecting as well as an arts major understands medicine. He missed several in your face issues that even a day one tradesman would have caught. The list of items that he missed/overlooked or was too lazy to do a correct inspection on would be longer than his nose. When we tried to get our money back, he flaunted the contract in our faces and claimed some of the issues weren't "surface level". Like not noticing the water heater was on a 15 amp breaker. Or that the roof had no exhaust vents for the three exhaust fans that he tested himself. By far though, is how lazily he inspected the piers on a pier home citing "it was too difficult to inspect." If you want a genuine inspection done, contract a tradesman for a FREE inspection.

George was great, can't recommend him highly enough! He was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave recommendations for several contractors should we need work done. The full report was delivered promptly with numerous pictures and in-depth descriptions of all findings. Thanks, George!

This was my first home purchase for a 1940 Craftsman home, so older home. The home had been renovated well, with new plumbing, new windows, and other upgrades by the seller. But you never know about the hidden things like structure, beams, crawl spaces, roof, etc. George went to the highest degree of inspection in my opinion. He kept me informed that day as he checked on things. When he was through, we sat down and went over his report. I would strongly suggest you meet him for the inspection because the face to face meeting was particularly helpful. He’s honest, highly experienced and very gentlemanly with integrity. Highly recommend!
