Just discovered they reinstalled my keyless door opener incorrectly so my door hasn’t been locking since they did it

I enjoyed working with Prime. Divante selected his teams and supervised them carefully and professionally. After dealing with other matters, which took an almost ungodly amount of time, I really appreciated when Prime took over. Then, the project moved like clockwork. The individuals working for them are friendly but definitely professional. Remediation projects are never fun, but turning to Prime worked out well. Divante’s general responsiveness is also very notable.

Prime Remediation responded within hours of my call into my insurer AMICA. Prime’s almost immediate response identified the root cause of our water leak. A mitigation team arrived the next morning to remove water saturated walls, ceiling and insulation. Furnishings in the room were protected, and Prime thoroughly cleaned the house upon completion of their work. Prime Remediation team was polite, professional, knowledgeable and most of all effective. Great company and awesome people to work with.

While on vacation we had a shut off leak and it leaked through our 2 floors into out basement. Out insurance company sent Project Manager Nandy Santos to assess the damaged. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel at ease. He sent 2 of his employees to start demolition the next day. All 3 men were very courteous and and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up every day like there was never anyone there. It was a breath of fresh air to work with all 3 gentlemen and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We experienced a flood on Dec 18, 2023 with an unprecedented rainfall. We didn’t realize it until 2 days later, with a basement full of water. We called PRIME restoration and remediation for assistance, (who were already helping the rest of the state that were also under water). We had a team at our home within an hour. They were professional and extremely reassuring that this would be taken care of….and it was. They pumped us out and had a number of fans and de-humidifiers with a full plan of restoration. Soon after, our basement was dry. I can’t express our appreciation for their ability to rectify such a personal catastrophe.

Compared to other companies that I have worked with for this type of work at other churches, I have been literally blown away. We haven’t less than 10 workers on site T any given hour cleaning our space. Literally wiping down each and every book and toy in the preschool and nursery. On top of the big scrubbers and mold work. I used Prime Restoration for my crawl space. We had 8 inches of standing water which created mold. Prime did an excellent job cleaning and drying out the space.

We had a dishwasher leak which destroyed our kitchen cabinets and the hardwood flooring that runs throughout the main level. It also leaked downstairs into a bathroom damaging the ceiling. Prime Restoration was contracted to replace the kitchen cabinets and flooring as well as restoring the bathroom to its original look. Divante and his team were assigned to do the work. There were a few bumps in the process like the granite counter needing replacement as well as the backsplash. They worked with the adjuster to obtain additional funding where necessary. The guys were meticulous and readily owned any issues that arose. Being a project manager myself, I would sometimes contact Divante concerning the next task only to find that he had already taken care of it. When situations arose, he was right on it to get the appropriate teammates out to deal with it. For a somewhat young project manager, I was impressed with his responsiveness, thoroughness, attention to detail and his calm demeanor through it all. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with him and his crew. Thank you for making us whole again!

Project manager Steve was fantastic. Always on top of things. Wanted to know about any and all concerns we may have had. If there was an issue, he addressed it right away. Results were great. Wilson, the contractor was also very good.

I've known about the quality of PRIME Restoration for more than 20 years through various projects they have done. Last month after getting more than a foot of water in my basement, I needed them for my own house. They were amazing. Jessie, Ray and the rest of the crew were professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. They spent the time necessary to make sure all of the water was gone. They set up dehumidifiers and fans. They quickly and efficiently got rid of my damaged possessions. They sanitized the basement and everything that was salvaged. They cut out the bottom of the sheetrock to ensure no mold grew up the wall.
They dealt with the insurance company for me so I didn't need to worry about that. This being the week before Christmas, they were extra diligent in making sure my house was clean and safe before they left.

I am profoundly grateful for the hard work and attention that they provided to me during what was a difficult time. It could have been much worse without PRIME.

After speaking with my home insurance Prime was at my home with electricians on a Sunday morning. They were very professional and very friendly. The job could not be finished on Sunday but the left a generator so my husband could use his oxygen and my refrigerator would be working. They finished the job Monday morning during a rain storm. I would not have anyone else but Prime and their workers. Excellent work!!

We had some water damage in our home - our dream home. PRIME came out, assessed things, gave us an accurate appraisal. They did a superlative job, simply put. It was taxing work, but they did it with considerable skill and care. Our belongings were handled tenderly, and the remediation work - of its nature intrusive, even semi-destructive - was done adroitly, even gently. If it is possible to do water remediation work with tenderness, PRIME did it for us. If I'd had the considerable skill set needed to do all that work in this home that we love so much, I would not have been able to do a more thorough, more thoughtful job than they did.

Prime responded quickly, arrived on time and did an amazing job. After the mold clean up, they provided pictures and a detailed estimate.

Modest seeping of water through cellar walls and floors over the years created mold accumulation. PRIME removed all the contents, did remediation work, sealed joints, installed a reverse air filter, and epoxy painted the floors with drylok coating on walls. Koslow and his crew were professional, responsive, and stayed with it until the entire job was completed. Most of all they gave me the "courtesy of communication", by keeping me informed as the job progressed. I give them my unqualified recommendation.

I have worked with them twice for emergency remediation/demo/cleanup. Both times we had great communication, prompt service and good quality. Connected us with the rebuild contractor and left the jobsite in outstanding shape for them to come in.

Floor was redone twice in my bathroom by this company and it's still failing. Project manager was supposed to do material research on the vinyl flooring we chose and never did. First time flooring came up after a week- 2nd time flooring is coming up again. Didn't even caulk around to where the flooring meets the shower. Contractors didn't use a licensed plumber to install my pedestal sink- which ended up leaking and they sent out the guys who did my floors who weren't plumbers to look at this? Eventually the project manager hired another contractor to finish the plumbing and it came out great. Kept being pressured by the project manager to use the subcontractors that messed up my floorsthe first time. My wife and I had to refuse them coming into our home multiple times from the project manager as their quality of work was too poor. 2nd Contractors who installed the flooring installed it even worse than the first time. Giving up on getting this corrected by Prime Restore as there is weeks between communication. First time they came out to see the water damage was in September and now its March-6 months later with inadequately installed floor but hey- at least we have a sink in the bathroom now!

In our business there is nothing worse than getting a call from a client that has suffered a significant fire, smoke or water damage loss. Being able to reassure our clients that Greg, Joe, Jesse and the PRIME team will respond immediately to their home or business to assist is quite frankly something that we depend on. Terrible experience. They used sub par painters and carpenters. 5 years later discovered they just covered a water leak with a new piece of plywood and painted it and called it a day we are now dealing with leaking all over again and mold. When working on my home they had carpenters using skill saws inside my house in same room as a painter. There were more errors than I can count. Do not use this company

We have been over the moon pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of Prime Restoration. Not only did they call us within moments of our insurance contacting them, but they came to the site that needed attention within 30 minutes of talking with them— and on a Saturday.

The process of restoration is not meant to be easy, so the fact that they have made the process so smooth has been such a gift! Every step of the way, they have been communicative as to when they will arrive and how long tasks will take. They mitigated the area in a professional, neat, and efficient manner as well as took pictures to inform us of the steps taking place.

We had mold in our attic and I contacted a few places, but Tom Contillo was by far the best candidate for the job. When his crew came out, they were very professional and they did a fantastic job removing the mold. I was then able to sell my house with ease. I highly recommend this company. I'd give zero stars if I could. They hired terrible subcontractors who ruined my house. Supposed to be a week job and three months later I'm now fixing their mistakes after firing them. Sue who runs prime could care less. Rug had to be replaced twice! Then fixed a third time! Walls and floors they had to come back 8 times and still messed up. Don't waste your time with them!

Never let this bunch of hacks in your home it will take a lot of time and effort to fix there “ work”

We had an commercial air conditioning unit let go all its glycol (probably 400 gallons) from above our space. I was on the phone to Prime as it was cascading through the light fixtures and down the walls .
Prime was the best took care of everything from start to finish . Simple and quick .
