I was extremely satisfied with everyone at DAI starting with Trina who was my first contact. I would recommend DAI to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with this business. We had excessive interior water damage from our roof taking wind damage. Had to replace drywall, half the ceiling, insulation, and repaint. Matt and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am also particularly color blind so Matt was kind enough to help me choose the right color to go with our grey floors and white trim! I will definitely be using their services again in the future once I’m ready to get my bathroom done!

I contacted DAI thinking it was a different company at first as I need upholstery cleaning for a large storage ottoman, a cloth chair and ottoman, and a rug. A bit of back history, the chair and ottoman sat on my three season porch for 7 years, the rug was under my dining room table, and the ottoman was in my finished basement. Upon selling and moving the ottoman is in one of the bedrooms and the chair/ ottoman and rug in the living room. I called spoke with a nice person (forgot there name) who forwarded my information onto Dave B. Dave contacted me within a day or two, discussed my needs, came over, took photos and measurements and had me an estimate the following day. I agreed the price was decent and we scheduled a day and time for servicing. Fast forward a couple of weeks and Darnell and Dominic came over to service the upholstery and rug. I was very upfront with circumstances with Dave and the guys relating to the chair and ottoman. I did not expect a new looking chair just a lot better off than it was and it is. I can probably go and do a few touch ups but overall I am very satisfied l. The large storage ottoman was from my dog and there was a lot of dirt on the surface it looks great and I am again very satisfied. The rug looks great and almost as good as when I bought it. There is a slight stain but blends in well however that was from my dog the the guys. Being in close to the office the guys left the fans a bit to continue drying and Dave came and picked them up at days end. I would have probably moved the carpet somewhere prior or space not used for the fact that took the longest to dry and my pup loves snuggling and playing on it even when it was under a dining room table. Overall I am satisfied with the services and would recommend DAI and the team of the three D’s Dave, Darnell, and Dominic (I just made that up as realized first name begin with all D’s! They were all pleasant to work with and professional on top of that. Lastly quick note, I’m on a second floor condo and they were able to park in front (in my spot) and bring the tubing hoses up without a problem and have barriers so it does not scrape walls, doors, etc….maybe something to repay if on a second floor or cleaning items on a second floor, but they handled it no problem. The gentlemen from DAI restore were amazing They took care of the flood in my basement like magic They were all very polite and handled my personal belongings with care Jon Silva the PM. always took my phone calls and answered all my questions I highly recommend DAI RESTORE but more than that I recommend the wonderful people

I had a crew of 3 remove ceiling and wall covering in the basement. They explained the procedure in detail and answered my questions with patience. They efficiently worked together with the removal and disposal of the debris. My basement was totally cleaned and sanitized.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I got water in my basement and of course insurance did not cover any of it. DAI did everything that they could to help me lower my costs, while still providing excellent service to ensure that my home was safe again. They treated me like I was one of their biggest customers when I was not. I was presented with all options and given honest opinions as to what the best course of action would be to get my basement dry and safe again. Everyone that entered my home treated us with great respect and willingness to explain everything that they were doing and when they would be back to do next steps, and what the next steps actually were. They did not leave any messes, and the only way you knew they were there was the walls and floors were taken out from being water damaged. I cannot thank them enough for the help that they have provided me during a time that was stressful enough.

Home inspection found mold in the attic due to improper venting. Had two other companies quote for the job, and DAI Restore were the ONLY ones who could handle our tight attic space without cutting into the vaulted ceilings, and were able to handle the entire scope of work. (The others needed to subcontract 1-2 other companies, or would've left me with giant holes in the ceiling!)

The job was completed within a few days, and more importantly, it was done RIGHT. They ripped out all the insulation, killed the mold, encapsulated, reinsulated, and installed additional ventilation (baffle vents) to prevent recurrence. They're responsive and easy to work with. Left my home as clean as I left it.

Everything was done in a timely fashion and extremely well. I don’t think my basement has ever been this cleaned. The workman were helpful in answering questions I may have had and Lee me informed. A special thank you to Sean.

This is the second time I have used DAI. I highly recommend them! They are punctual,respectful, and very professional. They did a great job with a basement clean out. A crawl space. Never did they complain. They happily answered my questions. Very hard workers. Cleaned up after they left. Finished in a timely manner . Did a perfect job. I can't say enough about them. DAI Restore (family owned) has the best crew & offers the most efficient & professional flood damage restoration in the state(In my opinion).
We had a backup flood in our basement in 2021.w/mold issues. Their crew (mostly veterans) worked like mules clearing out all the damaged furniture etc into their dumpsters.Then sent in the mold remediation crew & when completed, set up warmers & blowers before they left. Our basement was completely dry.
Not only was the restoration magnificent.they worked w/our insurance co & were so easy to work with.
ANYONE GETTING FLOODED THIS YEAR WOULD BE WISE TO CONTACT THEM AS SOON AS THIS DARN FLOODING HAS RECEDED!

Due to the recent storm for the first time my elderly parents had water in the basement. Both have physical limitations. DAI was quick to respond, kind courteous and reasonable. DAI services our commercial property. They always answer the phones and respond very quickly. Working with the Project managers and crew chiefs is always pleasant and easy.
Unfortunately for us, we have had them multiple times, but their service has always been consistent. Pricing is fair and well explained up front. I would highly recommend them for any disaster restoration needs.

we had a attic fire on july 30 and DAI came out right after I called to board up the opening and take pictures as well as tape up plastic so the smell would not travel to the first floor. I explained to Tim that I am a Station Nightclub Fire Survivor and he did everything in his power in that first day to assure me that they would take care of it all! they have been nothing but quick and professional taking care of all the damage as well as cleaning all the affected items in the house. this is the best team I have ever encountered! My wife and I were renovating our house, and we came across some mold in our attic. I contacted DAI after hearing their ad on the radio and doing some of my own research. My insurance company wasn't going to help us, so it added to my wife and my stress. Tim T. who I worked with was able to help my family out in getting this job done. His crew came into my house, with the upmost respect and courtesy. They worked tirelessly to throughly mitigate my mold issue and re-insulate my whole attic. When the job was done, it was like they never stepped foot in my house. The attention to detail that DAI has is impeccable. They really treat your house as if it were their own. Outstanding company . I had another contractor assigned to do the work and got no response. I called DAI on Thursday and they had a crew onsite that Friday and finished the clean up. Great team, great project management and great customer service . Don't call anyone but DAI. They answer your call with care and compassion .

We had a 40# turkey fly through our second story foyer picture window and got in our home. Broken glass, feathers, droppings everywhere-up our stairs and into our bedroom on the second floor as well as the first floor living room, hallways, kitchen and family room.
After filing a claim with my insurance company, which recommended another firm, I started calling them. Response was terrible. I had a 4’ X 4’ window gone.

I called DAI Restore, got a response from Tim, the project manager who put together a crew and we’re here within 90 minutes. Tim, Julie, Alex and the rest of the crew were highly professional, courteous, thorough and hard working during the nearly 5 hours on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend.
We can only say that this is the only way to go if you need mitigation.
Thank you for getting us back to some sense of normalcy.

I cannot speak more highly of the professional, courtesy and quality of this company. I have used them several times for damages to my home and have never been disappointed in any way. They are prompt, thorough and produce amazing results. They should be your go-to in any moment of crisis.

I feel really fortunate that I found DAI when I did. Second floor toilet started leaking after 6mos of a new toilet install. I already had damage in the house from the first leak but insurance never recommended water remediation. The second leak wreaked havoc through 3 floors including kitchen and living room ceiling. I called on a Saturday morning and they were at my house in 45minutes! Over the course of the next week, Tim Talley and his team (Steve, Kiki, Big Mike) remediated all of the water and the mold. Down to the studs in Kitchen, Bathroom and basement. This team was to say the least - impressive! They were friendly, professional, courteous and clean. They were patient with me answering all my questions and concerns. They worked HARD.
Tim, as project lead, helped me stay calm and informed through-out. He even brought the owner, Tom, over to see things and introduce us. I am hoping to have DAI do all of my reconstruction as well. I will write a separate review once that is complete. Net net, I would highly recommend DAI to anyone in need of assistance with remediation of any kind. It is never easy to experience these life interruptions but I feel very fortunate to have had DAI on the case!

I used this company for a year and they did 3 remediations for me. Got to a point the staff knew me by name. At first, they were very professional and openly shared their knowledge on mold and water issues with me. Now they are refusing to communicate or talk to me further to address my concerns as a customer and homeowner. They have had to come out and correct work that wasn't done the previous time. I did some research and there's something called the "stack effect" and I think that is my issue. So the first job was done in a timely manner, and they were professional, then we realized corners were cut and the next person I interacted with was also very professional, until things started to become open to opinion in their eyes the professionalism and timely responses and abundance of knowledge disappeared, so I am disappointed.

I had Tim Tally and his team out here I called the office in a panic not knowing what to do. They came out 30mins on a Saturday and took care of thing I highly Recommend them !! were Fabulous I can't not say enough great things. I am Ma Resident would not go else where.

I had a cigarette smoke damaged apartment. It was in the walls, the floors, the cabinets. Everything had the smell. DAI came in from the very start and detailed their recommendations plus the cost. The project was delayed on my end and DAI stayed available. They really understood my tight timeline due to rent loss while they were working. DAI completed the project in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maxx was readily available by phone. He returned calls. I can't say enough good things about this company. They seem to really enjoy their business. They certainly know a lot about the construction industry and restoring property. The end result was fantastic.

In a world where customer service is non-existent, it was a joy to speak with them. I called for some information on handling a damp basement. They were very helpful and patient with me, even though I did not need their services immediately. Truly a class act. Highly recommended!

Though only the first part of our work was completed based on the crew of Shane, Anthony, Nick I am confident of the work left to be completed. Shane, Anthony, and Nick were on time, professional, personable, communicative, friendly, and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure to have them in our home for a week and they did everything to make us comfortable with the work being done. They always took time to answer any questions and lets us know what was on schedule for each day. Once they completed the work they cleaned everything up and we were left with newly painted walls, ceilings, and rebuilt closets. We would highly recommend DAI based on this experience.

Tim came to our home reviewed the damage and implemented a plan to remove the water and moisture. He returned the following morning with his crew. They began the process of opening walls, drying and removing floors.
They were all professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. They were neat and clean and took pride in their workmanship. Tim and Holly are excellent communicators. They helped make this very difficult time easy.
We had a roof leak. The water came in a recreational room down the wall, onto our hardwood floors and down the stairs to the basement. Then out to the garage ceiling and wall.

This year is the 3rd year I have used DAI to clean my sorority house. I was happy with them the last 2 years but this week well….. let’s just say it was different. The team led by Dave Hagen and his crew Connor Vass, Mike Barker, Dave Bajakian, Gerardo Marrero and helpers for half of day one Holly Hearn & Alex Holt. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and their eye for detail was well over the top. When they left I felt and smelled a sense of cleanliness that only professionals can leave. We called DAI when we had a leak in our kitchen and bathroom ceilings. They came out and assessed the damage and told us exactly what we needed to do and who to communicate with when it came to resolving the issue. We ended up needing a new roof and had extensive mold and water damage in our ceiling, walls, and kitchen cabinets. While we waited for insurance to approve the work and for the roof to be replaced, DAI kept in contact with us weekly to touch base so they could start as soon as our roof was done. They were able to work right away and the entire team from demo to recon was amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. They explained everything to us every step of the way and did an amazing job redoing our kitchen and bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they’ve done. We had our bathroom redone 4 years prior and I actually like the bathroom DAI built for us so much better. I would highly recommend DAI to anyone.

The team at DAI have been amazing, we had water damage from shoddy roofing work the previous owner had done and ended up needing whole new roof, ceiling, insulation, lighting, you name It. We had some water damage that necessitated that the plaster and insulation come out of walls and ceiling in our 1883 home. These guys came the next day, measured, bid, and ultimately did a wonderful job that had us fully restored and cleaned up in less than three weeks. Truly professional.

We hired DAI to tackle basement renovations after a mild flood. Professional, courteous, quick - three of the qualities you want when recovering from an unplanned disaster. Maxx Gervasio and his team provided some of the best communication I've seen in this era of ignored emails and phones that ring and ring with no answer - Maxx was right there to work with us and our insurance adjuster, and we not only recovered from the flood but have a beautiful basement to show for it. Thanks again to them and their entire team of talented workers. Added bonus: Maxx has most of his team on staff, so we didn't have to deal with different subcontractors coming in and out of our house.
