All Dry Services came right away when my ice maker hose broke and leaked through the cabinets and flooring in my kitchen. Ed Smith and his crew did an excellent job removing the damaged cabinets and flooring and then brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. They were all very professional and cleaned up so well after they were finished that I didn't have to do anything except wait for the next step in the process. Ed and his employees know what they are doing and they do it all very well. I was impressed with their work ethic and highly recommend them if you ever need a remediation company.

The guys came in and were very professional and FAST.
They were also very knowledgeable about leaks and floods and were able to prevent serious mold build up.

Waited nearly 3 hours for them to show. Never showed. Had to call them. Got hung up on. Called back twice got voicemail. Left a message to cancel. Got a text back. They gave the usual ‘the last appointment ran long’ (as if they had no way of letting us know that). Pretty sure we would have been waiting til sundown if we hadn’t reached out. Waste of a day.

Called All Dry on Valentine’s Day in need of cleanup for a backed up sewer pipe in my basement. Spoke with Ed, who was extremely helpful. Within about 2 hours Felix and George arrived, and they did a really outstanding job of dealing with a giant mess. Felix in particular was extremely detail oriented.
