I recently hired Prime Exteriors NW for a home project, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. From the start, communication was lacking, and it felt like I had to chase them for updates. The quality of the work was subpar—there were noticeable issues with the finish, and some areas were left incomplete or poorly done. The crew seemed unprofessional, and the project took longer than expected without any real explanation. Overall, I expected much better service and craftsmanship for the price paid. I would not recommend Prime Exteriors NW to anyone.

I had my roof done by Prine Exteriors NW. From the start this company was very professional and completely open and upfront with everything. Caden was super friendly and not pushy at all with the sales. After I got a quote from them, that was thousands of dollars cheaper, I showed him the other quotes. While they had their preferred roofing materials they used, he was more than willing to quote me using the other materials if I preferred them. I did go with their preferred roofing of IKO. A date was set to have it installed. Prior to installation I received a call from Antonio. He was very polite. He explained when they would be there. He ask if he could drop a trailer off and very politely said he could absolutely work around our schedule and vehicles. I was not in town while the actual roof was done but very thankful for Antonio because he kept me up to date with pictures and short weather delays. When I returned home I was very pleased with the work they did and even more pleased with the clean up that was done. Antonio called me and came over. We talked and walk the job. He was very concerned and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He also said he could be reached at his number. Prime Exteriors NW has great people in there company who are very professional and great at their jobs. I thank Caden, Taylor and especially Antonio who did a great job. I would highly recommend them and even referred my dad who saved money and got his roof and gutters done by them also.

Getting a new roof is such an expensive endeavor, I hope you find this helpful. It’s a long review, but wanted to be thoughtful of all the instrumental people and work that went into this professional experience.
We went through three roofing companies for bids. The last bid happened when a young man from Prime Exteriors knocked on our door to ask about needing a new roof. He was kind, very genuine and respectful - not a high pressure salesman. I didn’t mind agreeing to follow up with the owner, Taylor Root, to learn about their company and get a quote. When we decided to go with Prime Exteriors the process went relatively smooth as they worked well with our schedule. First Dustin came and did a walk around the house to recommend to remove anything that might get damaged. The roofers were professional and respectful. There were at least 6 roofers who worked hard to do their jobs well, efficiently, and safely. Luis and Ed connected with us when they would first arrive and again when they were wrapping things up-explaining what was to be done and where they had left off.
When the roofing was completed, the Site Coordinator, Antonio Delgado, came by to assess the work and to check to see if any issues needed to be taken care of. We walked around the home with him addressing some minor issues as he noted them down and assured us that they would all be taken care of to our satisfaction. These were mainly adjusting the flashing under a window, replacing and painting a piece of hardy wood that had minor damage, removing some preexisting wood rot on an eves board, and two damaged plants.
Knowing that the busy roofing season is upon us, it did take a couple of weeks to get a scheduled time firmed up to have the workers come back and fix the issues - but they were very thorough, explaining their approach and showing us their work. Antonio would then follow up to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction.
Antonio continued to follow-up as each issue
was resolved. When he came to do the final check, he brought us two beautiful replacements for the plants that were damaged. He took the time to ask and make sure the plants replaced were exactly the same. We really appreciated the time he took to listen and follow through with what was discussed and then ensure that we were satisfied. We couldn’t have asked for more - a reflection of a well run company! Thank you!

We had Prime Exteriors NW put a new roof on for us. Communication was great, pricing very good, and the crew that worked at our house was great. Recommend highly!

Competitive price, fast work, and kept their commitments. Been almost a year since they did the work, and a recent trip to the attic made me remember how good they were to us.

Our interaction with the Team was amazing. They responded quickly, arrived promptly, and provided great work to patch our roof where the old chimney was!

We had some strange bubbling in our shingles. Prime came right out and quickly figured out what was wrong and remedied the problem. It looks great and Dustin was wonderful to work with. Very happy overall!

We needed a reroof and new gutters with gutter guards before we got a solar array on added to our roof. These guys were communicative every step of the way. We had an HUGE pallet to choose from to match the color of the gutters to our house. These guys even came out almost a year after the project was done to add some flashing where I had noticed the rain was building up too much speed in one of the roof valleys and jump much of the gutter on one corner. So far I haven’t notice the problem again but we haven’t had the really hard rains yet since they repaired. I was assured they would accommodate me if the fix needed some adjustment. I highly recommend Prime Exteriors NW for your roofing and gutter needs.

Met with Jeremy to get a quote on my downstairs windows. Great guy who doesn't push you to sign anything which I really appreciated. They have awesome prices as well!

I have not worked with Prime yet but I asked for a bid and they came through within an hour. Very nice folks too.

The Prime Exteriors NW, LLC has done a fabulous job for one of our houses new roof installation. They were fully transparent on the cost side and the quality of the work was very much competitive. Jeremy and his team delivered what they promised on time and to the superior quality. If someone would like to do roof work then I would definitely recommend this team.

A very rude and unprofessional man, who stated he was from this company and wore a patch on his clothes with this company’s name on it, ignored the “No Solicitors” sign at my door and rang my door bell. When I answered the door he started giving me a sales pitch for siding. I pointed the “No Solicitors” sign out to him. He ignored me and continued with his sales pitch. I would never do business with a company, such as this one, whose employees do not respect others privacy and conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner!

We had doors, windows and new siding installed and our experience with Prime Exteriors was disappointing.
We had a number of issues throughout the project.

Cleanliness – Left a pile of trash in driveway up against our hedge. We were repeatedly told they would take it to the dump, but it took almost a month.

Windows – We agreed more than 3 months before the project, I would get the door and he would get the windows. Over a month into the project and windows had not arrived. Their plan was to finish the siding, remove it later and then put the siding back. To prevent this, I had to come up with a plan to find and pickup the windows.

Damage-
o External air conditioner – Covered while running, used as a table for tools and even had people stand on it. This caused the unit to break during the heat of the summer. Thankfully we had a camera that caught the damage being done. Taylor did replace the unit, but it shouldn’t have happened.
o Overcutting on the door removal leaving large gap and cuts in hardwood floors.
o Small fridge stacked on chest freezer causing damage to door. Taylor did replace.

Time – We were told it would be 2-3 weeks from start to finish, but took almost a 3 months. Poor communication and everything took longer than they expected.
In the end the project was done to satisfaction and damages restored, but it was a long rough road. There were delays and damages that could have been avoided with some simple planning and communication.

I spoke with Caden over the phone and he helped me understand what my next steps were with my roof. Ultimately my projects didn’t fall under their scope of work, but that didn’t stop Caden from walking me thru each step I might take to talking with another company and which parts I could do myself.

Prime Exteriors NW did a great job on our roof. We were happy with the price and the quality. Everyone we dealt with was professional and pleasant. They guys worked very hard in really hot weather. I would recommend them.

The crew worked tirelessly, were very courteous and did a wonderful job. The day after the job was completed their inspector came out and pointed out one minor cosmetic flaw that would be fixed that I didn’t see after several walk arounds inspecting everything! Nice people to work with!

It's been a few years since we had our leaky roof replaced by Prime Exteriors NW and we have absolutely no complaints. Their bid was reasonable, they got to us quickly, they did exactly what they said they would do, there were no hidden costs, the roof looks great, and most importantly, no more leaks. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I shopped around for different companies to replace our roof and were initally blown away by how in-depth the inspection was. The price was about the typical rate, but they never pushed any extra costs onto us and even worked with us to get the price in our budget. They made sure we understood what the costs went towards and the whole process.

They got the job done in under a week while we were on vacation, starting mere days after we booked with them.

The finished product looks amazing, including a new sky light and new vents, which have been phenomenal for the hot summer months.

I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had bids to replace our roof, multiple bids. We decided to go with Prime Exteriors, the work was good, the people were friendly, and the workers who showed up to actually do the roof were extremely friendly.

The thing here, the sales person failed to mention that they *DO NOT* have roofers of their own. My project was contracted out to a 3rd party company. This actually made me very disappointed in this company. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have gone with them.

Long review alert, but worth the read.

Loved Taylor at first. Was super fast to call back and come by and take a bid for our current house (small project) and a complete re-side on our rental. He completed our house first and job was good. Painter he used was terrible. Runs in multiple spots-nail holes not caulked, and paint lines from either not doing two coats, or not pressure washing before properly. Pics attached.

We also gave him a large deposit for the rental work. (Totally normal). We were told the rental would start a week later. That’s when the communication basically became non existent. A week went by past the start date and I called, texted, and got forwarded to his assistants multiple times. Was always told that the messages will get forwarded. About a week and a half of this I finally got a text saying his worker fell off a ladder and they’re running behind. I didn’t care when the project started, I just wanted communication. I texted back saying this and I never got a response. This went on for multiple weeks. My wife and I finally contacted the CCB and we’re told to send certified mail to let him know we plan to file a formal complaint. We did this after more attempts to contact him-trying to avoid this all. Magically in about 30 minutes of saying we sent a letter we got a text. To his defense, he stated his grandpa in Texas has passed and none of the calls got forwarded. I’m sorry to hear that, but text messages went straight to his phone. It’s a complete lack of leadership. If he’s gone, he should have communication or a project manager letting people know. It’s just odd timing of his worker and grandfather, but receiving a text so quickly after letting him know we plan to file a formal complaint is odd. To us- it felt he took our money and ran. It is extremely unprofessional, and I felt every time I was just being fed excuses. I felt this could have all been avoided with communication from either him, his assistants, or a project manager. I didn’t care when it started, but we just need some sort of communication. If you over extend yourself and continue taking work, but can’t keep up, then I feel it deserves reviews like this.

We are very happy with the siding that was done. Everyone was very nice and courteous, and respectful to our property. We enjoyed working with Taylor .

Great communication, they kept us updated on when they would be dropping off their dumpster and when the guys would show up to start working. The roofing crew were hard workers! They finished in three days and kept us updated with their schedule. I also appreciate that someone came in behind them and did a final cleanup, it was like they were never here. My roof was in really bad shape and needed a lot of additional work, but even with the extra layers of tear-off and the additional plywood it needed they still beat all three of the other bids I received, so it’s fair to say they price competitively. The short version is, the roof looks awesome, and the guys were great to work with.

Jeremy came to our house for an assessment and bid on a full roof replacement. He viewed from exterior and interior and even snapped pictures of the attic to further elaborate on the issues present. During his presentation and bid to us, he went above and beyond. Very professional, enthusiastic, and most importantly, knowledgeable about the work. My wife and I proceeded with the IKO Dynasty Plus package. You cant go wrong with wanting the best and I believe these guys will get the job done right.

Troy and Taylor showed up at our door just as we were in the market for a new roof. This was our first time ever getting a new roof, so we were not expecting to enjoy the process at all (especially via door-to-door), but they made it very low-pressure, informative, and easy for us.

They took the time to talk to us, answer all of our questions (about everything, since we were new to the process), and really got to know us a bit to help them better suggest what they thought would be a good fit for us. After much discussion we were able to pick something we felt comfortable with in both value and quality.

Troy and Taylor kept us frequently updated during the whole process (if there was a delay, where things were in the shipping process, etc.) and showed up bright and early on the scheduled installation date. Both of them were there every step of the way to supervise and make sure things were going as expected so that we didn't have to.

I also enjoyed their use of drones to help us better see the condition of our roof and track progress, as well as get good shots of the finished product from different angles (our house is even used in their promotional materials!)

We were one of the first homes in the area to use their services, but we certainly weren't the last, as I have found over the years that other neighbors think highly of them as well.

They have even left us little Halloween treats for the kids, etc. over the years to let us know they are still checking-in.

Almost 4-years later, and we are still very satisfied with our roof.

Prime Exteriors NW put a new roof on our house as part of us getting solar. They did a wonderful job and were very responsive to my questions (I had a lot of them). They arrived on time and got the whole job done quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves, which is something easier said than done for such a large undertaking (and something not all contractors do).

I had Jeremy come out to look at my roof to give me a estimate. He professionally got up and inspected the roof and found several areas that were bad. Cadens friendliness, professionalism and knowledge proved to me that I’d get the best roof with the best price.
I didn’t need to compromise price or quality with him!
My roof looks fantastic and I didn’t have to pay other companies inflated prices.

We had Jeremy A. come out yesterday to take a look at our roof and attic to see if there were any issues. He took a number of photos and videos as well as showed my wife some key issues he saw in our attic space. He was very personable and honest about what should be prioritized and didn't push us towards anything we weren't comfortable with. We have had bad experiences with roofing companies in the past, but working with him was a breath of fresh air.

Caden from Prime Exteriors NW did a standard maintenance inspection of my roof - checking for any current or potential future issues I may need to resolve. He was incredibly thorough, super professional, and delightfully un-sales-y. He went into my attic and onto my roof, took pics and explained them to me, let me know that - while I didn’t have any concerning roof issues, there was some water damage in my attic that should be addressed. He then suggested an inexpensive “do it myself” approach *and* promptly set me up with a professional service to check it out and provide me a quote for professional remediation. He followed up after the remediation company came out, and was all around wildly helpful and informative. We got three quotes for a new roof. Prime Exteriors was right in the middle price wise, with one being a lot higher and the other a lot lower. We were harrased and pressured by the first bid company. After that I had stopped getting bids. Jeremy came and offered a free quote. He was awesome, extremely friendly and professional. No pressure and extremely informative. Most of all he was honest, unlike the first bid we had recieved. Ultimately we went with Prime Exteriors based on the quality of materials, warranty, and the installation package they offered.

A salesman came by my house and offered a free inspection. I agreed but assumed that they would try to sell me something. Boy was I wrong! Caden showed up on time even though it was pouring rain. He was extremely professional and asked me what I was hoping to get out of the inspection. He conducted the roof, siding, and gutter inspection, pointed out a few problems and recommended solutions but told me I did not need Prime Exteriors NW’s services at this time. Caden even cleared out a clog in my gutter! I am very pleased that I don’t need any major repairs right now but Prime Exteriors NW will be my first call in a couple years when it’s time for a roof replacement.
