I needed a roof inspection. I called around to find a roofing company to inspect my roof. Pride Roofing was the first to respond and come out. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping with an insurance claim. Once it was approved, the roof was put on within 48 hours. They were great to work with.

This is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. The staff is so nice and professional. Their works is immaculate! We highly recommend for any roofing repairs you need.

I had my roof replaced this summer, by Pride roofing. Their rep Cody was very nice and helped us choose the right roof for our house in Holden. We had no insurance claim so we were very choosy on price and efficiency. The roof looks great! They did a good job and installed the vents, painted all the old metal parts to match the new color, I was impressed with the flashing around our chimney. The only thing I would suggest is one member of the crew to speak English. My Spanish is from high school and so communicating was a problem. All in all I think Pride roofing would do a great job for you.

If I could give zero stars, it will be -0.

If you want the roof done incorrectly then hire them. If you want damage done to your property because of their shoddy work that’s incorrect, then call them.
If you want to be threatened by Mike the owner if you publicly tell others about their horrific job they did, then hire them.

They were hired by me in January of this year. From the start, there were big problems. After having two different roofing companies come out and do paid inspections to find out just how bad the roofing job was, they have not taken care of the problems. They lie, they ghost you, and they don’t use knowledge installers.

If you want a headache, hire them because they do not honor their contracts, or their workmanship.

I spent $23,000 on this roof, which is worth very little. I paid that money cash out-of-pocket. It did not go through my insurance.

I know posting on this page will make MICHAEL go crazy and finally stop ghosting me. Which is good because he only has about a week left to resolve this.

At this point, I don’t wanna talk to Michael. I want to talk to the other owner.

I worked with Johnny Gab to replace my old roof, which was damaged by a thunderstorm a little over a year ago. Johnny is knowledgeable, responsive, and the team was timely and professional. The job was completed in one day, and I had a couple of water spots on my ceiling appear a few months after that. I contacted Pride and they immediately sent their reps out to investigate since I was still within the 1 year warranty period and addressed the issue. Very good company to work with and Johnny is the best!

My name is Freddie Mae Robertson. Pride Roofing replaced my roof after Hurricane Ida. Noticed 2 small leaks recently and contacted my David Johnson who did the roof. He came to my house in less than 2 hours and fixed the minor problem the next day because he didn’t have what he needed on his truck. Not only that he called a few days later to make sure everything was still ok. I would recommend Pride Roofing 100%!!

I received a call from a woman who worked here. After saying hello back and forth, I realized the connection must be poor and she must not be able to hear me, so I decided to hang up and call her back. When she answered I said, "who is this?" She replied, "this is so and so with Pride roofing, how may I help you?"
I explained to her that I was just simply calling her back, then she said the same thing, she was calling me back. I said I never called this company. I was just prepared to laugh about it since this has actually happened to me before a handful of times (both ways, me having a missed call and someone having a missed call from me). Sometimes companies sell your info and things happen, it's life.
when I say this girl had the worst attitude I've ever heard...yall. she very rudely responded, "oh okay! So I just got a mysterious missed call from you and you never called? Got it, have a great day ma'am," then hung up.
I don't care WHO you are or HOW GREAT your company is. I would be embarrassed to have someone like this work for my company, and this alone would make me hesitant to ever seek business here.

I had a new roof installed this week by the workers with Pride Roofing. They guys arrived at 7:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm and completed the entire installation in just one day, They roof looks great. We are very happy with the quality of the installation. When they were finished with the roof, the workers spent time making sure everything around my house was picked up and cleaned. I would recommend them.

David Johnson came to our home after hurricane Ida pretty much blew us off the map! Lol. After having several bad experiences with hurricane poachers we were a little jumpy about talking to anyone about anything! The roof had to be replaced. We had a couple of other estimates but David sat down with me and took the time to explain every detail. The price was literally thousands less than any of the other companies. THRILLED with the work, constant communication and all around great guy, company and workmanship. I have recommended them to others already. Don’t get any other roofing company to do the job! Trust me, this is the company to go with. Good, local and honest! If I could give them 10 stars, I would have already done it.

Pride roofing replaced my roof several weeks in advance of Hurricane Ida. Their workers were pleasant, professional, and kept the area clean constantly.
What really impressed me was that following Hurricane Ida, I fully expected the 120MPH winds to have blown off some of my new roofing.
The fact is there was not a single displaced shingle or roof leak. That speaks volumes regarding their workmanship. Call Ozzy or any of the Pride Roofing managers if you want a quality, reasonably priced roof replacement.

I used Pride Roofing on several of my rental properties. Pride Roofing is absolutely the worst company to use. Every single person there that I dealt with lied every time they opened their mouth. They do not care about their customers nor their product of work. We have had to pay other companies to go behind them and fix all of their mistakes on every property. I highly recommending running as fast as you can from this company, especially when it comes to construction.

The Pride crew did a great job after Hurricane Zeta damaged my roof. They worked with me in getting insurance approval and then through the whole process of reimbursement and payments. The crew finished my 3200 ft2 house in about 1.5 days. Got it all cleaned up nicely. NO PROBLEMS. Everything done was as smoothly as one could expect in a project this big.

They showed up, resealed my roof, took my money, and now that I still have leaks, I can't get anyone back out to recheck the roof. I have contacted my salesman several times and left messages on the office phone number. No one has ever returned my calls or showed up to recheck. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Pride Roofing LLC installed a new roof for me after Hurricane Zeta. The field tech and the regional manager came to assess the roof damage, and a week later they arrived with a trailer full of materials and a full crew to replace the roof with architectural 50-year shingles. They also repaired old termite damage on one corner of the roof out front. The crew did a really good job clearing off the old shingles, wrapping the roof and installing the new shingles. I have definitely recommended Pride Roofing to others in my community who received roof damages from the hurricane. I am very pleased with their professionalism and service!

Pride Roofing did a great job! They were easy to work with, professional, and the workers were respectful of our property. The process was easy. We picked our shingles and a date and they arrived on time and completed the roof in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Our home now looks great!! Highly recommend!!
