Price Construction - South Deerfield, MA

Well, unlike Dyson Schultz in his evaluation, or I should say with Price construction is outrageous!!!! I know Erich Price and I know he works hard and he is a good general contractor. So if you just call if you see something wrong I'm sure that he would be more than happy to fix it for you.

The work that was performed (window replacement) was acceptable, but the problem turned up afterward. While they were at our home they volunteered to install a metal awning that we had on hand. We discovered that one of the mounting brackets was missing, so Price took the support arm to see if he could come up with a bracket that would fit it. Some days later he returned and asked for the other support arm (with its bracket) and left, now with both in his possession. I then managed to find a bracket to replace the one that was missing and asked Price to bring the support arms back so we could install the awning. That's when the problem began: We were unable after many, many tries to reach him by phone, either leaving messages or being told that his mailbox was full. He could not be found at his HQ because he had relocated to some unpublished location. We finally came across him by chance and he had some song and dance about his phone service acting up, but promised he would send one of his men around "on Tuesday or Wednesday" to put up the awning. Nothing. Again left a phone message. No response. We suspect that he has lost or thrown away our property and lacks the honesty and responsibility to replace it. It doesn't say much about his trustworthiness and character.
