We hired Ryan Imus of Prestige Home Services to rebuild a large deck, Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job and it was completed on time, which was essential, they are very knowledgeable of their craft and if I would need more carpentry work, Prestige Home Services would be the first I would consider depending on their availability. Working with Bryan is very easy, he listens and provides suggestions to the work at hand.

Ryan repaired an abandoned and leaking roof vent on our mobile home, removed the duct and replaced the ceiling above the furnace (in a very small and difficult work area.) He also replaced the damaged filter box on top of the furnace, at no cost to us, and replace another vent on the roof. His work was quick, efficient, and nicely done. We have hired him for some future projects.

Ryan had done some work before for us, so when we needed a ramp into our home, we called him. He consulted with us on the best way to do it and researched the best and most economical ramp for us. His installation was perfect. He came when he said he would and gave us a solid installation. We have already engaged him for another home project.

Ryan Imus has completed projects at my residence for several years. He is talented, reliable, versatile and always willing to tackle new challenges. As a professional, his willingness to explain each process when beginning something new is especially appreciated. Among his varied accomplishments, he laid the home’s foundation, built a deck, repaired cracks in the walls and ceiling, installed a water feature and repaired a leaking outdoor faucet. In addition, he designed and built a living room bookcase, installed indoor shutters and installed door hardware throughout the home. His services are recommended without hesitation.

The crew came out for a simple door install and ended up finding (and repairing a decade of rot! While prepping for a patio door install the crew found some rot, the only option was to start removing the damage and get to where the house was solid. What was supposed to be a half day job became two LONG days of HARD work for these guys and they were positive and competent the entire time. They saved the day and fixed everything before the situation got worse. The wall was reframed, framing and subfloor replaced, a watertight door pan, door installed and the house buttoned up better than I could have hoped!
