Banner Power Solutions is our choice for generator service. I would particularly like to recognize their technician, Daniel, for his thorough and professional service. I appreciate the additional time that Daniel takes to answer all my questions, going out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the operation and status of our generator system.

We had to have our generator serviced, Daniel came out and did a really great job. We are very well pleased with him.

We have a new construction home and wanted to add a hot tub. The hot tub company gave us a sub panel with 30A and 20A breakers. We had to find an electrician to run 220V/50A power to the opposite corner of our house. Luckily we hired Banner Power. Leonard showed up on time on the day of the hot tub delivery. He scouted the best path for the conduit, as well as the code-mandated bonding of an adjacent metal railing for our deck. He kept me informed of his plans and progress throughout the day. He even built in a little extra line in case we moved the hot tub to a different location on the concrete pad in the future. When the Skagit County inspector came a few days later, he said that this was a quality job. Good pipe work, fully code compliant. I say it looks good, too. And we got a nice soak that night in our new tub. Thanks, Leonard!

The crew worked like a well oiled machine and the installation looks very clean. They finished ahead of schedule. Aaron the electrician walked us through the components and explained the remaining steps with respect to inspections and monitoring software . Banner Power Solutions installed a Generac 26KW generator at my home in Anacortes 18 months ago. From start to finish, the process was fast, efficient, thorough, and professional. Before the initial visit, they sent me a quote of the various size generators. I had the opportunity to think about what I wanted before they came out. Their quote was fair and better than the other two quotes I received. I was kept informed by email or phone every step of the way. So, I've had the generator 18 months now and it has worked flawlessly with two power outages. I also got the service plan and I had no issues when scheduling Banner for the service visit. This a highly professional company which installed our somewhat complex solar and battery system without a hitch. They promptly made some electrical amendments too, without charging extra. They were careful to take into account our shading issues in locating the panels and suggesting an inverter and battery brand that fits our situation. The solar output has so far more than met our expectations.

Excellent annual service of my Generac generator. Changed the oil, new spark plug, tested battery at 100%. Started the generator and it has turned on and off as needed a number if times this past winter.

We are forever thankful to the staff at Banner Power Solutions for there fast response to repair our generator during the extended power outage as a result of the bomb cyclone. Tanner even left us with a loaner battery for a temporary fix when he found ours to be defective. He made a special trip and had power returned within hours. We value their continuing service.

Banner Power did an excellent job designing and installing my solar power system making sure I knew all the details I needed to know along the way including how to get my federal government credit at the end of the year. When I asked questions they were quick to get back to me with answers.

I chose Banner Power because of the 10 year cleaning program they offered at half off the normal price. I saw this as very important to assuring the panels continue producing at design production.

Working with Banner was easy and efficient from beginning to end. Guy Knoblich sat down for the initial consultation and we went over a lot of details about how the system would work, how it would connect with PSE, and the best layout for the panels. Working with Mel and Tanner in the office we were able to configure and install a system that was both affordable and made the most sense for the roof area available. The installation took a little longer than expected due to wind and rain, but otherwise went smoothly. Banner also worked out the connection kinks and delays with PSE, relieving me of the bureaucratic morass. I would highly recommend Banner for your residential solar installation.

Guy, was excellent in talking us through what he recommended for our home. He set it up and everything was completed with precision! There were several steps with: bringing the unit, gas lines, electrical, inspection for gas and inspection for electrical.

Banner Power Solutions was an easy company to work with in the process of getting our solar array. From explaining the size of system we would need to answering all our questions regarding financing and incentives. We installed them on the out-building which required digging a trench for the wiring which they are equipped to do. Our system was installed in a timely and efficient manner which we appreciated. Banner had a very good price. I know this to be true since I got four other bids. The best part was that they started the job shortly after I accepted their proposal. All of their employees (the office people, the installation crew, and the electrician) were very professional and friendly. The crew always left the house area clean and picked up at the end of each day. They finished the job within a few days. The inspection and net metering sign-off all got completed by Banner, Labor and Industries (for electrical sign-off), and Puget Sound Energy with no problems. Banner took care of everything.

Banner Pwr Solutions kept us informed and did a terrific job of getting the panels installed really quickly and there was almost no delay in getting the work inspected and then having PUT install the new net meter. I have read so many reviews of people using other companies where there was a long, long delay in getting the net meter installed. Ours was installed very quickly and we love the way it's operating now.

Having lived with periotic power outages for the last 18 years here on Camano island, we were tired of them. So we called Banner and were given a professional and informative sales meeting. We decided on the whole house generator. It took a little while for the install but it was their busy season. They worked with SNOPUD to secure power and the install was done in a day. The technicians were were very knowledgeable and professional as well. The propane connection was done another day again by a professional company. The generator fires up bi-weekly. And although we have not had a power outage yet we are comfortable with these results.

I can’t speak to the quality of what the business is but I can speak to the quality of the employees. This morning there was a younger gentleman in one of your trucks at a gas station looked like he was getting breakfast and an elderly lady needed help pumping her gas and he was so quick to offer his help and go out and take care of it for her. We need more people like that on this planet.

From start to finish Banner went straight on down the line. We had a generator wired to house. Banner was transparent and honest not to mention on time.

We've had Banner put up two Solar systems on our house, one about three years ago and one just last month. Both systems work great and we've been really happy with the installation. They explained the options, walked through the system differences and benefits, and even had finance options for those who were interested in that. They also do other electrical work, if needed, at the same time. So that was nice. Great work, would recommend for anyone who needs solar or electrical work done.

We had a great experience with Banner Power Solutions. Our 60 panel system has been up for a year and working well. So thankful for all the help we received on the custom design guidance from Andy Bourne. They are animal shelters below and solar above. The install team was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Great work Banner team!
