Cascade Roofing was wonderful to work from the estimating phase to the final cleanup. We have a manufactured home in Sedro Woolley that had several roof issues and needed to be replaced. The estimator arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We got the quote and it was very reasonable. I did however call the owner as we wanted to add some insulation ourselves to save some money. Chris the owner was very willing to work with us so that when the old roof was removed we were able to add the insulation. The project manager Kyle, who I can’t say enough good things about, was on time everyday and always took time at the end of each day to inform me of the progress made. It took them four days to do the whole roof and it looks fantastic. What was the icing on cake that make them such a great company is one of the workers actually slipped off the truss and put his foot through the drywall ceiling. Kyle informed me immediately of the situation and said not to worry they would take care of it. Shortly after that I received a call from the owner as he was sending a drywall guy to make the repairs. The repair was made quickly and they covered all the expenses. I can’t say enough good things about Cascade Roofing although I would recommend them, and have to all my friends.

Cascade roofing came out to do flashing on a new roof. Upon inspection they discovered the roof was faulty. They came back and replaced the roof in a few hours. We couldn't be more happy or thankful. The crew were great, someone was even whistling in 88 degree whether on a roof and I couldn't beat the cost. Cascade just finished installing my roof and did an amazing job! Our project included complete tear-off, replacement of some compromised OSB decking, improvement of several challenging valleys plus safely climbing two 24/12 pitched turrets.
The whole work team – Gabe, Jay, Omar and foreman Kyle – were pleasant, super safety conscious, efficient and respectful. Our guys got back on schedule with help from Ismael, Joel and Gonzalo who had a bit of room in their work week to help us get to the finish line. We just had Cascade Roofing complete a second roof for us. The first roof was installed in December of 2022 with no issues and everything was completed on time. We just had our second roof installed and we ended up making some last minute changes to the product and to the flashing size. No problem! The changes were made and everything was installed as planned. We received exceptional service from everyone we encountered at Cascade and cannot recommend them enough for your next roof.

We own a six-year-old home within a Mount Vernon, WA new housing development. I will share our two very stressful roofing emergencies where Cascade Roofing Company (CRC) located in Burlington, WA quickly came to our rescue and saved our home from extensive water damage by expertly troubleshooting and correcting our failing roofing system. Our roofing system issues were first discovered during a rainy period in early December 2022. First, one of our four original flimsy plastic roof “flapper vents” had developed a cracked nailing flange. This created a serious pathway for water leakage into our laundry room. Desperate for help in assessing the leak’s root cause, in stopping the leakage and stemming the damage, we had the good fortune of going online and finding CRC. To our great relief, we learned that the company owner was to be in our vicinity later that day. Within two hours from the time of my call, he was standing atop our roof, in the rain, while quickly and correctly pinpointing the source of our ongoing leakage. He explained that his company will not install plastic flappers for the very reason ours was leaking. As a temporary fix, he caulked the cracked and leaking area. I was impressed that without hesitation, CRC’s owner placed our best interests over his. He urged us to go back to the original roofing contractor for a just resolution. However, aside from us not being our home’s original owners and warranty holders, we weren’t enthusiastic about dealing with the same parties who installed inferior goods in the first place! Envision the owner of a good-sized roofing company standing upon your roof in the rain, quickly finding and stopping the source of your leak under emergency conditions and then not charging for his services. This reality confirmed that we had just found our competent, responsive and trusted roofing contractor! Within two days, a crew of three CRC roofing professionals were on our roof, during threatening weather, replacing the failed flapper. In addition, we had them replace our other three, suspect plastic flappers. Two of these were also found to be cracked and likely to leak in the near future. All flappers were replaced with high quality, powder-coated, durable grade steel vents in a color exactly matching our roof shingles. Within two hours of the CRC crew’s arrival at our home, this repair was successfully completed. Superb cleanup. Fair and reasonable price. End of problem! The next, and much more serious chapter of our original roofing system woes recently emerged. During warm weather months we’ve been astounded at how oppressively hot our attic space becomes and remains long after outside air temperatures drop. Then came the “perfect storm!” During one and a half days of light, continuous rain falling upon our home in early June 2023, the routinely trapped, extremely warm air mass inside our attic reached its water vapor carrying capacity. The relentless outside rain gradually cooled our roof, and in turn, this mass of water-vapor-laden attic air trapped beneath it. Our fate took a nosedive when the dew point of this high relative humidity dead air mass was reached. This condition resulted in large amounts of water vapor being transformed into liquid water (dew) throughout the attic. Our original continuous roof ridge venting system had essentially failed. Given the onslaught of our second roofing crisis occurring so soon, the decision to replace our failed and failing six-year-old roofing system was easy for us to make. Just the observance of attic condensate threatening our home’s main electrical service panel, notwithstanding the home’s very existence, begged the question…”How soon can we have the roofing work completed?” In a timely manner, and within CRC’s reasonable cost estimate, a CRC crew of four roofing professionals completed our roof replacement in just two days. We now have an eye-appealing, high quality 50-year warranted roof of our dreams. Thank you, TEAM CASCADE ROOFING COMPANY for making yourselves and your customers PROUD!

We had a very positive experience with Cascade Roofing Company, Inc. and would recommend them to others! Our home is older, so the project required removing an old roof, adding plywood to the ship lap, adding flashing where there was none, and removing two old chimneys. The crew was polite, showed up on time each day, and worked tirelessly on the project, even coming in to finish on a Saturday. A new roof is always an expensive project, but we felt their quote was fair given the scope of work provided. Other companies weren’t willing to remove the chimneys, so we were glad to have found Cascade for the project.

After numerous high pressure sales quotes from other Roofing Companies I found Cascade. I asked them to come and provide a quote, and when they showed up it they introduced themselves, jumped on the roof and left a quote with me. This quote beat all the other competitors by a long shot, and was not high pressure at all.

On the project date, they showed up with the materials needed, introduced themselves and were very friendly. The job they did looks amazing, and they did a full clean up after each day and once again at project completion.

After going through so many useless quotes and sitting down with other company's "salesmen" for hours I honestly wish I would have just started with Cascade and saved myself the hassle.

Admittedly I had a couple frustrating mishaps with this company at first. They weren't big- mainly scheduling and lack of communication with one employee. The moment I expressed frustration, the owner Chris was called upon and he hopped into action. I was truly blown away with his generosity and integrity. He made sure my job was well taken care of, and in a very timely manner.

He really wanted to make it right- and he did. The crew of guys who came to do my skylight back pan replacements were awesome. Very kind, adept at their job, and went above and beyond to wipe down my skylights while they were up there. The roof seems to be holding up nicely and no leaking. I would definitely work with this company again.

I have used Cascade Roofing Company twice recently. Excellent communication from the bidding process to completion. Thorough and kept the site clean and orderly. The team of hard workers seemed content and happy…which a a big deal. This is a well run and executed company.

I found their staff to be stellar in customer service from my first call to the office until the job was completed. When I made my initial call to their office I was pretty stressed because I had hired a another company to do some maintenance to a low pitch roof, which resulted in some serious leaks and damage. I was looking for someone to make repairs after they "fixed" my roof, which some companies don't want to do. The woman that took my initial call was so kind and understanding of my situation. I felt much better about things right from the start. The project manager and crew foreman came out to inspect my roof, and give me an estimate for repairs. They were so thorough, and explained everything so that I understood the problem and their recommended solution. They were in no way responsible for my predicament, but they showed real compassion, which was very appreciated. It was clear that they felt bad that I was going to have to pay twice to have my roof repaired. Their estimate was a very fair price for the work. Once the work started I was again impressed by their efficiency, workmanship and customer service. The crew was excellent!! They were here when they said they would be, the job only took two days, and the area was spotless when they left. They did a beautiful job!! We love our new roof and appreciate the top quality materials that were used. We definitely recommend Cascade Roofing. They came out within 2 weeks and completed the roof in a few days. We had requested an extra layer of insulation be added to one section of the roof and they were the only company who listened to our concerns and took on the additional project. Unfortunately, it was a new crew and the flashing in some areas needed to be reworked which took an additional month before it was corrected. Everyone at Cascade was wonderful to work with and we never lost confidence in their commitment to make us happy. We understand and expect that scheduling in the roofing business is inherently fluid, however the communication and follow through on commitments leaves considerable room for improvement.

Cascade Roofing replaced our roof last month and were a pleasure to work with. Not only were they the competitive bid, but because of the impending weather, they brought an extra crew out and finished it in two days. I highly recommend them.

6 months ago my roof started to leak and I contacted cascade roofing. They came out assessed the damage from the leak and informed it was time for a new roof which I very well knew but wasn’t financially ready. They went above and beyond and where able to fix the damage and stop the leak. Well I finally got my finances in order and contacted them to let them know I was ready for my new roof. They came out like an army and got it done, They did an amazing job. Great craftsmanship and very clean work. They where very pleasant to work with. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

We needed a chimney removed and a patch in our TPO roofing where the chimney was taken out. Not a big job, but not all companies can work with this type of roofing material. They sent Juan up to our cabin on Guemes Island last week and he did a fantastic job! He even found a small area where it appeared there was something poking up into the roofing material that would eventually pierce it and compromise the roof. It was just a tiny rock, but he fixed it and saved us from having an issue later on! The invoice was very reasonable and I will use them again!
