After finding out our propane gauge was not working, I called and spoke to Les. He answered all of our questions and walked us through different troubleshooting that we could do so that we could continue our camping trip. We’re so grateful for the time he took to explain all the information to us. It put our minds at ease and gave us the confidence to continue our vacation. Operator error, a funny story! After five years and 45,000 miles in a Tiffin Class A Diesel, we downsized and traded to our 2023 Tiffin Wayfarer. We rarely used the water pump in those five years. Now, we're on a five-month "full-time" road trip again. I had the water pump replaced on the Wayfarer before leaving home, but two days into our trip, it stopped working again! We plan to go to Alaska and will need to have dry camping water. We planned to stay in Burlington WA, for a couple of nights, so I looked up mobile RV repair and came across Les Meader, President of Action RV. He suggested I stop by his Burlington place of business to have it checked out on our way to the RV Park, so we did at 3:00 p.m. Within ten minutes, one of his Technicians (I sadly don't recall his name) was there to check it out. So, the story is the pump is fine, I haven't used dry camp water enough to know the wet bay valve must be turned to dry camp. Viola! It works great for me. Les didn't want any payment, but I said that wasn't fair to him, so he said, "Well, give me $50.00 and I'll split it with my two technicians". He also answered a couple of questions I had about the Truma Aguago water heater. Les is running a business with excellent employees who are knowledgeable, honest, professional, and responsive. If you need RV service, I highly recommend Action RV in Burlington. They also have locations in Mount Vernon, Stanwood, Oak Harbor, and Marysville.

Action RV Services came to the rescue today, we lost water pressure inside our 35 ft Rockwood Ultralite, turned out to be a super dirty water filter. I only get five stars to rank Les and his team but if there were more, they would get them. I had a water pump go out unexpectedly as I was leaving for a trip. I stopped in without an appointment. Les looked at it personally, determined it was faulty and assigned a technician to replace it. The shop was busy, and I was apologizing for taking them away from their work and Les said, "this is what we do." They had me on the road within an hour with no extra fees or charges. Action R.V. has replaced an awning and an exterior plumbing fixture. Les and his team are the real deal, trustworthy, good at what they do and excellent customer service. 10 stars!

We were in a bind. On the way from MT to WA our water pump quit. We called Action RV and talked to Les. Although he was booked solid with Memorial weekend coming up he worked us in the next day. Les and his technician immediately started installing the new pump and checked it all out to make sure it was working properly.

I’ve had to take our trailer to Action Rv for a few repairs and have great service with them. Les the owner is personable and upfront about what needs to be done. My recent repair required my seams and joints around windows and doors and roof to be cleaned and recaulked. Excellent work from these guys. Les has years of experience and knowledge.

We've brought our Airstream trailer to Action RV several times and each time I feel like we receive personalized service. Les Meader and his staff actually answer and return phone calls and try hard to work you into their busy schedule. I feel very confident about the quality of their work and their professionalism.

Action RV is an excellent RV repair shop. All the mechanics are certified. They repaired the propane furnace in my RV and charged me fifty cents for a part and the minimum one-hour service charge. An unethical shop could have told me the furnace needed to be replaced for several hundreds of dollars. I trust Action RV to do the right thing.

Action RV has become my 'go to' service department for my Dodge Sprinter. They are super knowledgeable, professional and have reasonable pricing. The team took care of an electrical draw issue and resurrected my fridge too.... I'm back on the road! Thanks folks!

Super customer service!! We are in a park model in a recreation park Our hot water was not working. Husband phoned and was asked to send pictures of tank,valves ect. Within 5 minutes he had called back to say to close a bypass valve that was open. Bingo! He helped up in 5 minutes over the phone. Husband had tried many things,,, but did not notice that! We are very happy with the efficient service that we just received from Action RV Services. We were in a very difficult situation with our furnace failing us. Action had a quick solution and we are nice and warm now.. The technician, (Jeremy) was polite, knowledgeable and worked fast to get the job done.

Action came out to my site to troubleshoot electrical problems with my Class A RV. I had been having issues with the electrical system since April and had ongoing problems with another company. What a difference with Action! They tracked down the problems, offered solutions, explained everything in detail to me, from what the problems were to what I should do to properly maintain the systems, and triple-checked all lines to make sure everything was running as it should. I plan on going to them again and highly recommend them.

Les was great to work with, we had issues with the manufactured supplier for the door which was not his fault. He did get my leak resolved and was great at communicating with me through the entire process. He was very patient dealing with me as a simple door swap became a much more involved process as the manufacturer of the trailer did not send a properly shaped door. The replacement door ended up not fitting but Les and his guys did get the leak fixed to prevent any more damage while I work to get the right parts. I would definitely recommend action rv.

They are currently working on my 2003 Fleetwood Discovery, and they have been upfront with me about issues, as she was gifted to me from the previous owner's family. They have worked out a listed of priorities and are working with me toward the best course of action. Their upfront honesty is what will keep me bring her back to them as I catch up on maintenance and other items.

We bought our new 2016 27’ Airstream that year from the dealer in Covington. We live in Anacortes, WA. So far we have put about 44,000 miles on it. Without checking the brakes or bearings, gulp. My conundrum was who could I find and trust doing such things, or anything on our Airstream? The ‘Streams’ have no-no’s on some things like where to jack and not on the axles like most trailers.

So one day, I looked for places nearest to our area and had good ratings, no bad hearsay’s. I liked the reviews of Action RV, and their 40 year family business. I talked with Les and decided to trust them with our trailer. I have always heard how long it can take to get service taken care of. But Les had my trailer checked out with no issues and just needed brake drum cleaning and testing - and I picked up my trailer 5 days later.

I was thrilled, and I now know if anything comes up, I will be going back to Action RV, my local go to place. Thanks, Les and Susan

After losing power in my trailer, I called Les who took the time to trouble shoot a few things over the phone with me, even though it was close to closing time. He told me to run an extension cord through my window to my heater, and another to hook up a charge to my battery for lights, then to call him back afterwards, at which time he fit me into his already tight schedule for a tech to come out to my trailer as soon as was possible.

At a little later time, Les took the time to answer a few questions and try to help educate me some on RV's, then after finding out he also does RV Inspections he squeezed me in on a pending purchase of a trailer for me. After having mistakenly done a full inspection due to a computer mishap, he only charged me for the lesser second inspection option.

Finding Les and receiving help when in such need and to be treated so kindly has truly been such a blessing!
I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me and for being such a wonderful human being!

I needed help with an electrical issue on my 5th wheel. Action RV was very busy and booked out but he did make time to return my call the same day and spent a fair amount of time on the phone with me. He gave some very good advise which really helped. I will definitely use Action RV in the future.

By far the best customer service I've had, they went above in beyond helping with a roof leak in my living quarters trailer. Les was so helpful, thorough and efficient and even checked in on a few extra things that I hadn't noticed to make sure my horse trailer was heading down the road safe, highly recommend them for any of your RV/Trailer needs!

Les and his crew inspected my rv for a water leak coming from the a/c. They found the a/c roof sealed had failed and replaced it. They also recommended a roof and vent reseal. They provided a estimate for both repairs. They called me when the rv was complete. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was completed as promised. Was traveling in my Roadtrek and had a propane issue. Even though Action RV was booked for a month Les called me back and worked my RV in the next day and I was able to get back on the road. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I give Les two thumbs up and five star rating.

9/17/24, Our Norcold 682 RV refrigerator quit cooling after I replaced a badly corroded burner with a new Chinese burner from Amazon back in June. Original parts are no longer available online. I spent an additional month troubleshooting the system, even replacing the new burner with a second one from Amazon, and still no cooling. I was ready to throw in the towel and order a new fridge but gave Les a call at Action RV. After leaving a message, Les got back to me AFTER BUSINESS HOURS to discuss the symptoms and the work I had done so far. He suggested replacing the burner again with OEM parts, saying that he still had one or two in his inventory. I bought a Genuine Norcold burner from him and installed it. I have cold beer again. Now Les could have said I needed a new fridge and turned a better profit after the sale and install, but he recognized that if the fridge was working fine on 110 volts, it was salvageable. Action RV has earned my trust and my respect. Skagit County is lucky to have them.

My tank began leaking Les sent someone right out to assess the problem.

After it was determined to be a faulty tank Les went to work.

Highly recommended. We needed two springs replacing on our trailer. They had them in stock, then moved their schedule around to come out to us and replace them in the field. They then gave us great advice about what else needed replacing, and were again flexible with their schedule to get us in and out of the shop quickly.

Very happy with furnace replacement at Action RV. I'm a full-time rv'er so it's tough to get repairs done because every shop is booked 2 weeks or longer. I don't camp in area long enough to get into a shop. Les understood my situation and made room for me on the schedule. They also had the replacement furnace in stock. Dropped off trailer at 830am and picked it up around 1pm same day.

I had a new entry door with lock and keys that i purchased,installed on my 24 foot Tracer Air ultralight RV trailer. And it looks great! Les and his crew came all the way from Bellingham to Oak Harbor to install my RV door! My wife was home at the time. They cleaned the duct tape adhesive off the trailer, took the old damaged door, cardboard and packaging with them as well!! I appreciate that a lot! I called Action RV and left a message on a furnace problem. Les called back within a minute to discuss. Drove out to his shop to find out my furnace model was not one they can work on, but Les said he'd give me advice to work on it and see if I could get it going. I would like to give a huge shout out to Les and Action RV! Before I was even a paying customer, Les took the time to help me troubleshoot my refrigerator over the phone with my Keystone Montana 5th wheel. I had wiring issues. Made an appointment and they solved the issues the same day they came.
And then I started having other electrical issues. Again, helped me troubleshoot over the phone and I was able to resolve the issue with his guidance over the phone at no charge.
If anyone needs help with their trailer and don't know where to go, Action RV, is the right choice.

Our coach is a 2023 Winnebago View (fresh out of warranty!)and along with inspecting our roof seals and servicing the generator, Les and team expertly and efficiently troubleshot and fixed our OEM leveling system. It is really rare these days to find good RV service but Les and his crew were the absolute best. We had a hot water heater leak and the unit had to be replaced at our RV park site. They arrived as promised with the replacement unit and made quick work of the install. We also asked them to install a missing foot pad on our leveling system which turned out to be more complex than thought. Les assured us they’d fit us into their busy schedule and sure enough the next day - done! It is fantastic to have an RV repair service so diligent and caring which actually does the job and does it well.

Les is extremely knowledgeable about rv parts and made us very confident that the job would be done to our satisfaction. They replaced our refrigerator and removed the stove and replaced it with a cooktop. He didn't like the looks of the cover so he made some changes to the old one to make it fit. It looks beautiful. I left a pizza stone and in the oven and they delivered it to my doorstep the next day. We'll worth the 25 mile trip from our home to get great customer service. I highly recommend Action RV.

We had bought a 2008 Monaco motorhome had Poulsbo RV do some work to it they said the roof needed to be resealed wanted some ungodly amount of money to do it got a hold of action he could do it gave me a really good price got it done in a day and a half it's perfect it doesn't leak and his guys and Les are awesome he even came down on a Friday when they are closed to give our motorhome back to us because he knew we were in a real hard situation with getting our motorhome back

I had been having trouble with my furnace in my 2019 Montana fifth wheel, did some research and cleaned the sail switch, that worked for a while, then changed the off/ reset switch worked again for a while, after a lot of frustration my wife and I decided to call a professional and see if they could come out and fix it, I called Action RV and spoke to Les, he was quite sure I needed a new sail switch and didn’t want to charge me for a service call if he didn’t have to, I brought the old switch in and he matched it up with a new one, took it home and installed it, furnace works like new!! Wish I could give him ten stars!!! I highly recommend him to anyone needing rv work done! I really appreciate him saving us money from a service call! We will be going to Action RV with any repairs needed in the future!!

My mom lives full-time in her RV, so transporting to a shop really isn’t an option with all of her homey comforts set up inside. I called into a few shops for a mobile repair tech service, and Action RV was the only one that followed up on having a tech call me back as promised. Les was so helpful and friendly! He actually solved my problem by reviewing a photo I sent by text, and was able to assess that no tech service was needed at that time —saved me a service fee! I will definitely be calling back for any future services needed. Good customer service is hard to find post-Covid and I am super appreciative to have found it here!

Called Les to replace my dying furnace. It was installed by that afternoon. Great workman,experienced tech. Good product increased blower output by 40%. Labor price was pretty high but
"Skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled"

I needed emergency work on my travel trailer. (Replace toilet) I called Action RV and they came the same day! They did excellent work with no surprise fees and quick too. As a senior citizen, it was such a relief to have no stress and reliable service. Thank you!

I called today extremely stressed due to a potential water leak in my RV. They had me do a few simple tasks to narrow down that I do not in fact have a leak and helped me resolve the issue within a couple of minutes. I know that if I ever have an issue that they will be the first service I use. I am beyond grateful for the assistance and for them to take the time to help resolve the issue. The Action RV Team is trustworthy and accommodating. I needed a quick turn-around and asked if I could wait onsite during my RV's service and they were lovely and amendable. Customer service at Action RV is number one and that is a dying breed I've found. They went out of their way to answer my questions and fix a problem I've had with a poorly engineered factory product AND they didn't charge me for the solution! We have been going to Les since we purchased our first trailer in 2016. He has helped us through annual maintenance of bearings, brakes and systems as well as awning replacement, refrigerator reset, hot water relief valve, propane regulator replacement, water pump repair, converter charge module, better valves for winterizing, purchase of a new and much higher quality trailer. He has never let us down. This business is a favorite resource for us. We highly recommend Les at Action RV.

I contacted action RV and told them my furnace was randomly turning on and their was a clicking noise behind the fuse panel. They called me mid day to tell me they could not get my motor home started and was blocking their doors. I came done a d asked what th3y had do e to see if they may have possibly moved a wire etc. The owner was very rude, started dropping F bombs on me atold me I had to get my motorhome out of "F" ing way. He them brought out a battery which he charged me double what had paid for a truck battery 2 days before at Costco. I asked if I could run over to Costco to purchase a battery and he lost it and became very belligerent. So, I paid $500.00 dollars for a service I did not request, paid twice as much for a battey, and additional $200.00 and he never addressed the issue it was brought in for. JR Rv was unable to squeeze me in and had recommended them. I let JR'S know how I was treated there. Can't say enough good things about JR'S, and wouldd drive my motorhome over a cliff before I would ever take it to Action Rv. I never swore or raised my voice to the owner, yet he was fine swearing at me.

Fast , courteous and excellent work. Les took the time extra time to explain what needed to be done. We had a chassis battery that needed to be replaced. We called them on Tuesday and we picked up our RV on Thursday!

Action RV is well worth the drive from Seattle. The service was extremely personalized, with Les calling to update me and assure everything I requested to be done was completed just as I requested. SO glad I found them - I will never take my camper anywhere else!

My husband and I took our newly purchased motor home to Action RV for an inspection. We could not be happier with our experience! Les found a few things that needed repair and explained in detail each issue. After doing an excellent inspection and completing the repairs, Les explained how each system works and how to hopefully extend the life of our traveling home. Les & Susan at Action RV really impressed my wife & I when we experienced a refrigerator failure while traveling in the PNW this August. Les took the time to troubleshoot over the phone and was proactive in getting a replacement unit sent overnight, so we could drop off our camper for his team of technicians to install that next day. Today (1/8/24) was the 2nd Time I've needed help from ACTION RV.......Once again they came through within an hour, I had a real emergency. I luckily got Jeremy again and he fixed my Motorhome hot water problem, Thank you Les and Jeremy..........Highly recommend Action RV. My tech was Jeremy, very thorough and informative. Was able to fix my issues. Les, the owner was able to schedule me in a timely manner. Really appreciate their service.

I had an issue with my gray water and I called them on the phone and we were able to troubleshoot the problem on the phone without actually not bringing the RV in this company is the best in Skagit valley hands down thank you again Les awesome!!

I stopped by Action RV to see if they had a electric converter. Les came out to check my pickup camper, after I told him what was happening he agreed I needed a new converter. He didn’t have one in stock. I then told him my batteries were not holding a charge, he said he would check everything out, ( this was at 4:30 pm they closed at 5:30). To get me by they replaced both batteries and installed a battery maintainer to use when I am hooked to 120 volts. They went above board to help me out, their people were very professional. If I lived in the state of Washington I would continue to use them.

I drive from Oak Harbor to Burlington. I can always count on them to do a great job ALWAYS!!!! You want the Best, go see Les!!! 10 Stars!!!! I love it when Les' team goes through your whole trailer and tells you if there is any problems. He calls you and let's you know!!! Been going there since 2019 and have never had any issues with our Trailer.

Les conducted a pre-sale inspection and finished the necessary repairs faster than expected and less than quoted. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
