Prestige Builders did a huge knob-and-tube removal and insulation job at one of my multifamily buildings, and they were awesome to work with. They helped me take advantage of the MassSave program, which covered about half the cost. The whole project went smoothly and they even finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them if you’re doing major work on any residential or commercial property!

Installed mini splits just before the heat hit. They were a blessing and didnt cost more than 1 a.c. unit in the window usually costs for the summer.
Baseboard heating was well over 1k a month but the mini splits were maybe 200 if it was snowing alot.
In love with the mini splits and the installation process was easy. Took 3 days max.

Josh and team helped us build our patio. So happy with the results and the patio was well constructed. It was built before the pendanmic and Im glad we got that project in. It's still in perfect shape and we enjoyed it every summer

Prestige and its employee, Ryan, were informative of mold problem in my attic - the diagnosis and proposed treatment plain. Their technician was courteous, respectful of my house, always notified me of any changes in the schedule of the 4 day mold remediation. They will be doing another project at my home when the snow clears and I highly recommend.

Despite taking longer than anticipated, the Carpenter’s work was great! Both he and the plumber were great to work with. Have a new kitchen that I love!

The electrical crew at Prestige are phenomenal. I have a very old house(1880's) and it was lots of knob and tube tied into to some updated outlets.The crew had quite the task of knob and tube removal along with the service panel upgrade. It seemed every day there were new challenges and the entire crew were friendly and professional throughout the process. I have tin ceilings that I am very protective of as I am trying to keep the house as original as I can. This made updating the overhead lighting a huge challenge. We settled on having some wire moulding and the guys did a great job at trying to make it looked like it belongs. I can honestly say Kevin, Brandon, Ray and Tom were great to work with. I felt like they actually listened to my concerns and didn't laugh when I asked stupid questions or had requests or concerns throughout the process. I feel safe in my home knowing that the guys complete quality work.

I also was lucky enough to have the insulation crew from Prestige insulate my house. Julio and Juan did a wonderful job insulting from the outside and even though my siding is 140 year old clapboard it looks as if nothing happened. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fair, quality work.

We hired Prestige to prep our house for sale - Prep and Paint the entire exterior and deck, and replace a sider door. Communication and work was excellent and professional! They got the job done quickly and did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend!

My husband suddenly fell ill last December so we needed someone to complete the rental apartment renovation. We contacted Josh from Prestige Builders. He was very responsive to all my questions, gave us a good price and completed the work on time.

Guys came in for insulation, did what they needed to do, and were positive and present for any questions on the job. Tackled a large job well.

Excellent communication and work. Very prompt, easy to work with and we are very happy with all the jobs they’ve done so far. Our 25 year old hardwood floors were sanded and polyurethaned and look great. Would recommend them for deck work also. The Trex looks great. Looking forward to our next job coming up soon.

The contractors were very kind and professional. They did an excellent job insulating my house, and installing ventilation fans. Answered any questions I had thoroughly. They worked fast and cleaned up good. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
