Preserve Services is an awesome company. Carol the Owner of the company was really fair with the estimates she gave, and allowed us to make a decision without pressure, that was very professional.
When it came time for the work to get done it was started and completed as promised the same day. Carlos, the employee that was assigned to my property, did a great job. There was a language barrier, but we managed to communicate.

I highly recommend Carol and her crew at Preserve Services. We recently purchased a fifty-year old house that not only needed painting but quite a bit of external carpentry to repair rotted boards and sills in areas where water had damaged the shiplap siding. Carol visited the property multiple times even BEFORE we signed a contract, helping us decide exactly what needed to be done. When we identified what needed repairing, she went out of her way to find a lumber supplier who would provide a match for the original siding used on the house. Both the carpentry and the painting were completed on schedule, with Carol keeping us informed about progress every step of the way. We were very happy with the work, and the house looks great now! Throughout the project, Carol’s proactive communication and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out, and we would not hesitate to hire her again (which we probably will, when we tackle repainting the interior.)

Just finished some repairs to our house. Repaired woodpecker damage to siding and repaired some rotted trim. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

We recently completed a project with Preserve Services. We had several rotted clapboards and some rotted trim replaced on our house. The quote was extremely reasonable for all the work. Carol was a dream to work with. The team showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic job!! They touched up the paint and the house looks great. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. We will be using them again to paint our house when it is time.
