Preservation Plus

No question — Mike and his team are the best at what they do. They recently handled an extensive bathroom remodel for us, involving the removal of walls, gutting of old fixtures, tub, wiring and plumbing, and the installation of all-new everything — including custom shelving and carpentry. I cannot recommend Preservation Plus highly enough, both for the company's professionalism, as well as for its attention to detail, timeliness and realistic budgeting.

Single room remodel that couldn't have been a better experience for my pregnant wife and I. Mike was timely, professional, respectful and very communicative. The work came out great and we will hire them again if there is any other work needed.

Mike built a huge deck around a massive 200 year old oak in my back yard in River Ridge
The deck is around 450 square feet and the trunk of the tree is 9 feet in diameter.

He worked with me on the design and made sure all of my thoughts and ideas were addressed in making my deck extraordinary.

The deck is 21 inches off the ground and is designed in a semicircle around the front half of the tree facing the house.
The 17 post are 9 feet high above the deck to accommodate the hanging patio lights and 10' x 10' triangle sun shade sails.

I have had neighbors stop by and compliment me on the grandeur and extraordinary design of the deck

Conman Michael Malcom appears to be running a fraudulent business here in Preservation Plus after refusing to pay the contractor I'm in business with for the work done to his properties 138 Presque Isle (with it's subsiding foundation) & 156 Casa Dr.
Michael had an emotional meltdown on a jobsite & then fired off productive workers who were getting a lot accomplished for the nonsense his "best employee" did with demoing finished work 2 days before the house was to be shown. That's right, for someone else's mess ups. That's who we're dealing with here. He is incapable of facing the fact that his contractor John is detrimental to the progression of the jobsite at Presque Isle. He literally refuses to believe photographs and videos we sent to him of how we found the jobsite, with timestamps on them!!! Mental illness at it's best!
This gentleman was given several opportunities to make his wrong doings right again, all of which he planted his feet into the ground and refused to cooperate. Joint claims are being filed against him, leins on the properties, & complaints against his licensing. He knows he owes us money & blocked our phone numbers saying we are "unnecessary drama". That's how he'll treat you after quitting two jobs to work fulltime on his properties. Beware!
