My wife and I recently bough a hose in Waterville Valley and have used PREP for our renovation. I would highly recommend their services. They do excellent work, communicate well and always show up when they say they will be there.

Ryan and Eric are the tops. We called a number of contractors to undertake a small drywall project for us - repair of a garage ceiling, and only PREP answered the phone. Ryan took the information and Eric followed up shortly thereafter.

Needless to say, we were able to schedule this small ceiling project in around our schedule with no difficulty . Eric not only came out for the estimate but also came out with the crew to meet with us when they started. Net result - a very great project.

We would definitely use P.R.E.P again and in fact we are going to schedule them for some renovation work we need done!

From first call, got an estimate pretty quickly, paper work was quick and easy, and crew showed up when promised and knocked out the job without delay. New roof, good price, did a great job. And, the whole crew were great guys to talk to....

In the process of a total hotel renovation, we asked these guys for a quote on some work in our indoor pool area. They were able to hold their pricing down to match their original estimate even though over a year had passed since they initially looked at the project. After the start of the project our key maintenance engineer hurt himself and was unable to work on a related part of the project and P.R.E.P. was able to step in with very little notice and bring us to a successful completion of this part of the reno. Eric, Ryan and all of the crew were not only very professional, but were a pleasure to work with. We have received numerous comments and compliments on all the areas they touched!

The workers were very pleasant, efficient and left my property spotless.
Completed the job in day and a half and it looks fantastic.

I have used Prep Contractors several times over the past few years and won't use anyone else. Eric and his team have proven themselves to be completely trustworthy, not to mention efficient and reasonably priced (to say the least). I like the fact they are local, and they are just plain good people. My wife and I are planning a large addition/remodel project and are excited that Prep is going to build our home.
