I was in a pinch and needed my driveway sanded for a next day oil delivery, (my driveway is steep, long, and very icy.) Micah responded quickly, did a wonderful job, and at a reasonable price. Thank you Micah.

Called Micah last minute for driveway sanding on a long, steep driveway. He had someone out within the hour to take care of it despite me not being a regular customer and it being a tricky job!

Our driveway was dangerously icy and difficult to navigate. Micah was highly recommended by someone whose judgment I trust. When I called him, he came right away, assessed the situation, and returned immediately with the right equipment. He not only made the driveway safe, he went the extra mile by plowing the right and left entry points to allow excellent visibility. He is a true professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Micah is a really great guy, very prompt, detail oriented, and supremely flexible. Appreciated his help in snow removal and all of his professional advise.

I called Micah for an emergency driveway situation. I am slightly disabled and my husband was out of town. Micah immediately responded to my home and within 30 minutes had plowed me out. We are not current customers, but sure hope to be in the future. His rates were reasonable and fair. Being a Military family it meant a great deal to us that Micah supports Wounded Warriors. Said he would come plow my driveway no called and no showed. Unreliable. Micah communicated via text with me, this is last year. He had done it several times before and if he continues to lie view this thread, I'll post the text messages from him including letting him know if he didn't respond I would write a review. Call me a liar again sir, I have proof.

DO NOT trust Micah. If you do work with him, make sure you get in writing exactly what he'll be doing. We did work with him last fall and he was supposed to come back this spring and finish the work. There were 3 of us that remember him committing to this but this spring he said he didn't owe us anything. He is also extremely overpriced - make sure you get other proposals. We have someone re-doing the work this summer that Micah did last fall, at a fraction of the cost, and much better work.

In response to Micah's response below, yes I did change my mind and we paid extra for the extra work. And I was never rude, we had very good interactions until this spring when I reached out to have him come back to complete the work that he promised last fall (again, 3 of us heard him promise that he would come back and finish the job). I'm just encouraging potential future clients to get in writing exactly what will be done, and get other proposals.

We needed our driveway sanded as the oil truck wouldn't deliver. Micha put on his boots and came right over. He was the only plow service willing to help us out. Great service and a nice guy

Professional and kind! I called for a one time plowing and explained that I couldn’t shovel with a new baby at home. They came the next day and did a great job! Even sanded/salted without being asked. I recommend this company.

It was very nice working with Micah. He was polite, thoughtful, and helpful in getting a driveway clean from a large snow storm while the owner was away on jury duty. I’m an out of state property owner and have used Micah’s crew in the past and was pleased . Then I called this week and not being on his schedule at all and asked if he could do two lawns for me asap grass was getting out of control, he went out and did both lawns for me within a day of contacting him I am beyond grateful for his help thank you to you and your crew for the great service on this busy Memorial Day weekend

Micah's team showed up and descended on our yard like a small army. Within minutes the lawns was mowed, clippings cleared away and weed whacked. Huge time saver and looked much better than it does after I spend hours with the push mower and rake. The crew was courteous and professional. Top notch service!

He was the only one taking new work asap. Put me on the schedule and showed up pretty much when he said he would- this being the mountains of NH, weather permitting. Leon and the guys did a great job. We just jad some heavy rains and my yard is draining properly. Grass is coming up and it looks great!

I called Micah at 10:30 AM and the tree was trimmed and cleaned up by noon. Kind and responsive and an awesome job all around!

I had a ditch for a waterline and another for electrical that needed to dug. Micah's Property Maintenance did a great job, followed the plan. Ditch for the water line was over 200 feet and it was done in a day. Very knowledgable, professional crew and machinery was ran safely.

Let me share my amazing interaction with the fine staff and proprietor of this Plymouth, NH local property management company.

Like any other lakes region local the late spring is the time when the snow-blind recedes and the mud season has completed its hellish torment, and like the local I looked forward to mowing my lawn. I took my modest lawnmower from its slumber, cleaned it up and pulled the cord, eager to relive the fresh cut glory. Much to my chagrin its pull fell short with a uninspiring quiet. Not once, not twice, not even thrice did my pull produce the sweet, sweet roar of freedom. After the normal swearing, angst, and an even harsher beating of the mower I was flummoxed. What was a man to do? the night near and my lawn seemed to mock me in its unwavering growth? A smarter man would come back tomorrow with fresh eyes I say to myself, and i let it lie.

As the morning sun crested above the horizon I returned to vanquish this 4-Stroke motored foe. With a mighty a pulling, worthy of the Asgardians of lore, I prayed to Thor himself, with a guttural try it seemed to turn over, for one sweet moment i claimed victory upon the bladed opponent. Eight feet (or two glorious strides) it sputtered, gasping... clawing to hold on...it failed... With all the anger flowing forth i cursed the sky and the old gods within.

My resources exhausted I was left alone, with a horrendous lawn, a lawn so tall i worried for my children's safe passage through the field, my youngest may not have made it through alive without the assistance of her sibling. "WELL I will not stand for this!" I say slamming my fist into the mower. After bandaging my wounds incurred in the battle i decide to call a small engine repair shop. I reach one close to my house, closed by corona, i call another further and was told they had no availability for the next five weeks, too far to deal with the inevitable tenants that would take up residence in the tall grass (be it Ticks, Pygmy's, or Lions).

Lost, scared, and without direction I pondered what other avenues may be explored... Eureka! Call someone else to come mow the lawn in the interim. I scoured the internet and after some sleuthing came upon Micah's Property Maintenance LLC. The reviews, astounding. The pictures of previous work, breathtaking. Without further delay i called and was answered but the owner himself, after moderate pleasantries on the phone I informed him of my woes and wayward spirits. To Micah these worries that vexed me so were trivial to say the least. He responded with "I got ya bud, my crew will be by tomorrow."

Elated and nervous I drove with unexpected vigor home to see handy work of Micah's crew. I pulled into my driveway and immediately slammed the brakes as the tears of joy flowed from my weary eyes. Not in the ten years I have owned the property has it ever looked so well done. I crawled from my car to caress the freshly cut grass and laid there in awe at what Micah had saved me from, and how happily I would employ his services and would speak of his prowess to any and all that will listen.

Excellent service. There when I need every time. I had to get my drive way ploughed quickly and they had sorted it within 10 minutes of the phone call. Does a splendid job. Highly recommend.

Maintains my property year round so that I don’t have to worry. Has been very proactive in recommending areas that need attention and providing excellent service when a decision is made. Terrific snow plow service in the winter and my driveway and yard are always ready to use. Good pricing and has proven to be an invaluable resource. These people suck! The crew they send to our house is unqualified and don’t know what they’re doing , they also have no respect for personal items. One of the ladies weed whacking was throwing rocks at the the cars and thus we ended up with scratches in the vehicles. They came for 10 min to do a job that normally takes at least 2 hours. Nothing about them is professional and they are smug and rude.

I recommend Micah’s Property Maintenance and have rated his business with five stars. It is very difficult to separate Micah from his business. He has brought his personal work ethic to his business, and the people he employs.

The work he and his crew have done for me-has always been beyond expectation. He has always met his stated deadlines.
