I had a small section of my living room where under the carpet there was a depression of about 12 inches. Premium Construction David inspected and said that he was sure that their crew could repair it and still put back the existing carpeting. This was really wonderful news for me! He gave me an estimate of what he thought the supplies and the labor would entail. I thought that this estimate was very fair. The time to do the job also worked with my schedule. In the end the worker did an excellent repair job and even cleaned up any debris. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing indoor or outdoor construction work.

We have been really happy with Premium Construction. They started by doing a couple small jobs for us around the house, and we ended up working with them for our kitchen renovation. The work was done quickly, and the quality is top-notch. Communication with David has been great from start to finish. I don’t have enough words to say how pleased I am with Premium Construction. I came in weary of other contractors, but they made me feel like I was the boss and were able to guide me from making choices I would regret later. Really great experience working with Premium Construction. They were easy to communicate with, always available, and handled everything professionally. Their quotes were reasonable, and they made dealing with my HOA—a process that’s always a headache—completely painless with all of the paperwork done fast and properly. I was out of town during the entire renovation period so I appreciated the regular photo and video updates, which kept me in the loop without needing to be there. Premium Construction just built a 33 x16 deck for me out of Trex. They did a fabulous job. They were reliable and efficient and responded to questions very quickly. They were easy to talk to and had some great ideas as to how to do the job the best way possible. There was no problem with passing inspection. I am thrilled with the way the deck looks and how sturdy it is. I give them my highest recommendation.

Excellent service and repair. The company and workers were most professional and personable. The ceiling repair, with sheet rock, taping and spackling was perfect. Premium Construction and Development delivered again! After doing a great job adding new front steps and a paver walk, they did a complete renovation of our master bathroom and painted the interior of our home. The bathroom looks amazing with all new fixtures. We have an air bubble freestanding bathtub, larger shower with glass enclosure and niche, one-piece toilet and a two-drawer vanity. In addition, a new Exhaust with an LED light that includes Bluetooth to go along with four recessed LED lights, and an LED mirror were installed. The interior painting looks great. We're extremely pleased and happy with all the work that Premium Construction and Development completed for us. It's been great to find someone as versatile and capable as Premium Construction and Development is, and we plan on using them for future projects.

Premium Construction (John, David, and Team) & Development tore down old run-down brick front steps and wall, and a concrete walk, and transformed it into a beautiful front entrance consisting of a new retaining wall with limestone steps in between, and a two-level paver walkway. My wife and I couldn’t be happier, and every time we step outside the front door, we’re so impressed with how great the entryway looks. Premium Construction far exceeded our expectations. We have found Premium Construction to be a company that you can trust and count on to do excellent work, and we have hired them to remodel our master bath. We can’t wait for it to be completed.

I don’t really know how to begin - John has been an excellent project leader with his team. We hired premium construction for the general construction of a commercial restaurant project and they did such a great job with executing our design ideas. They built the walls, painted them and our open ceiling. We asked his team to build us a soffit and add ACT to our ceiling in the kitchen and build an ADA restroom. It’s 800 SF, but the tiling was complex and time consuming and they did a great job. We felt like they always went above and beyond - we always felt like a priority. Thanks so much John and team! I hired premium construction for a gutter cleaning and they did an amazing job! John was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend!

I contacted Premium Construction regarding small handyman projects. John, the owner, returned my call within the hour. I was very surprised he was willing to do small projects. And I was more surprised he was willing to come to look at my project list at 8:00 pm that night. Upon meeting him, I could tell he was professional, friendly and customer service oriented. He told me I would have my quote the next day. The next morning, I had my quote, which indicated reliability from the start.

I changed my project list several times. John sent me a new quote for each revision. He worked within my budget and adjusted his pricing whenever he could. His rates were fair and reasonable. On the day of my project, he showed up early, went over everything and then his team started working immediately. If I wanted something touched-up or changed, there was no hesitation to re-do anything. His team also stayed late to make sure they completed everything on my list, including some extra stuff, as John indicated, everything would be done in one day. And after working over 8 hours, when one of the workers noticed a small leak in my washing machine hose (the machine was not even on my list), he came back the next day, as promised, worked around my schedule, installed the new hose and would not accept any extra money for the hose nor his time.

When my projects were completed, I could tell everything was done by professionals who were skilled in their craft. John communicated with me every step of the way, responded to all of my questions, proved he was trustworthy, reliable, and deserved his 5 star ratings (think he deserves more than a 5). Not only did everything on my project list, came out better than I expected, he also contacted me a week later to make sure everything was fine. And if needed, was willing to change anything I was not happy with. He truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I called Premium Construction to come and take a look at a leak I had by my chimney. I signed with them and within a few days John and his team came out and fixed everything up by far the best roofing company I have ever dealt with it was very professional and a great job !

I reached out for quote and I never heard back. If there is a job minimum or “standard” you that have, that should have been made clear prior or upon setting an appointment and taking pictures of people’s homes. It’s offensive, and I hope this hasn’t been done too other people. God Bless!
