Jose, Mauro did an excellent job with my house they did the roof and it turned out absolutely amazing. Danny was a great project manager. The secretaries made sure everything was right and on point to my liking.

I recently had Cunin Construction replace my 20 sq roof & I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was fantastic and professional,they took great care in making sure everything was done to perfection. Jenny was awesome throughout the whole process, always keeping me and my husband in the loop and making sure everything was scheduled smoothly. It was clear that they really care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend them!

The job went smoothly from start to finish, with no surprises. Communication was fantastic by everyone involved, especially Eddie and Danny. The workmanship was excellent. They went to the trouble of finding the right size siding, so the replacement doesn't look like a replacement.

Jose, Mauro, and team did a great job on replacing our roof, skylight, and soffits. Unrelated to the roof, I also had an issue where a small section of wood sheathing popped loose under a section of siding on the house. They opened the section of siding, re-secured the wood, and reattached the siding at no cost. Their front office team was also very easy to work with. I would recommend!

Cunin finished work on our house today. We were very happy with the results. The team was fast and very diligent. The project manager was excellent at communicating with me when they encountered any sort of issues. Our project had some special issues that came up and required creative solutions. I was amazed at their creativity and ingenuity. These guys are great, highly recommend.

I just got my roof replaced by CUNIN Construction LLC Enjoy my experience with jose and his crew. Very professional and hardworking. Great communication. The crew even sent me photos when the job was in progress when they were on the top of the roof to keep me informed. They started early and finished late. I got my entire roof replaced in 3 days, including all of my plywood. They left my attic and yard clean. I highly recommend it to everyone. Now I don’t have to worry about my roof anymore because I know I am covered with GAF 50 years UHD shingles and with a job that was done right.

Mauro and his team are very thorough and professional. They come early and get the job fast. They even clean up after their work. Cunin replaced our flat roof on our screened in porch. Took out two skylights and replaced with a new roof. As someone with nearly 20 years experience in NYC commercial construction management, I have pretty high standards when it comes to getting work done on my house! Jose, Andreas, Rosa and the whole Cunin team were outstanding when it came to providing our new roof . I've been around plenty of 'contractors' who just over promise and under deliver. Not these guys! Rest assured you will get A+ workmanship at the most affordable price (and i got plenty of quotes from others). I could not be happier with the roofing and gutter service I received from Mauro and his crew. This review is long overdue. Cunin Contractors did an exceptional job redoing our roof, installing new gutters and leads, and adding 8 skylights. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. A word of caution for those with older roofs: when the old shingles were removed, we discovered significant damage to the plywood underlayer, which had to be replaced, increasing the overall cost. Despite this unexpected expense, Cunin Contractors worked with us to make the repairs affordable. The quality of their work was outstanding, showcasing excellent craftsmanship, and they left our property in pristine condition. I am deeply appreciative of the efforts of Mauro, Jose, and the entire crew. I highly recommend Cunin Contractors and would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Before I knew about CUNIN construction LLC , I called a few roofers and got a quote from fairly large roofing company but once we signed the contract they wanted to increase the price, by a lot! I then went to a local roofing supply company and they suggested CUNIN construction LLC . The owner of the supply company said he had recommended CUNIN construction LLC to several friends and they were very satisfied, so I went with them and am more than satisfied.

I was in the market for a complete Siding and Roofing job for my house in Woodbridge Township. I received 4 quotes from licensed contractors. Based on the pricing, which varied significantly, as well as an immediate comfort level, I chose Cunin Construction. They quote was the best, and actually gave me more than the others were quoting. The job was done last summer. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the remodel, including the responsiveness and friendliness of the entire staff. They were always on-time, as well as clean up each day. I needed them to comeback recently for a small repair due to squirrels, and they came back the same week and performed the repair. i have nothing but praise for the entire job, and would HIGHLY recommend them! I am very pleased with Cunin Construction for our replacement of roof shingles. Firstly, they reached out immediately and set up estimate quickly. They clearly outlined what was needed and gave a reasonable price. They arrived with their team at agreed upon date and time.
The teams leader explained clearly with pictures the roof's condition and worked with us for best options for us. They got the job done quickly and before bad weather set in, thereby averting more damage from a leak. They cleaned up completely. Had a a problem with a back slope fascia trim. Saw Mr Cunin roofing company via a yard sign on his recent roof work . I figure I’d try his company to take care of my mom’s roof trim. Mr Cunin was prompt, polite and professional. He immediately delivered an estimate and then scheduled me within the week. He is great and not pricey at all. Give him a try.

My roof had some damage which I didn't know and it started to leak when it rained for 2 days . The leak wasn't a lot but enough to drip through attic to the floor below. It was 30 degrees and prediction for snow in two days. On Saturday I posted a project on thumbtack and Cunin responded in 2 minutes. They came within an hour to give an estimate. They were very professional, courteous and honest. We scheduled the service for Sunday morning because it was going to rain/snow again on Monday. They came on time, took pictures of all the before/after work and cleaned the roof and gutters! And they gave warranty for the work. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I needed a small section of my roof repaired after a tree hit it. Cunin quickly responded to my inquiry and sent someone to give me an estimate 2 days later.
