A&J showed up at the expected time, and went straight to work cleaning my roof… They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and my roof looks great! the workmen were very professional, but yet friendly, and I have nothing but good things to say about them, and the job that they did.

This company is superb. I have been a customer for over 24 years. They installed my roof and gutter toppers in 2001 and I have been happy with both. Over the years when the roof or gutters were damaged by falling branches, they replaced the broken areas right away. They also did great job cleaning the roof a couple years ago. What I’m most grateful for is the fact they clean out my gutter toppers once a year when leaves and other debris accumulates.

Ulysses and Evan did the gutter cleaning on my house and did an excellent job. They announced their arrival in a friendly manner and then got right to work. They found the clogs , and took the care to take off and put back on some of the gutter guards to do a thorough cleaning . When finished they explained their findings and what they actually did and before leaving did a very respectable clean up afterwards so I didn’t have a mess . I felt they cared and worked at my house as if it was their own house . It was a pleasure to have this kind of experience, and level of customer service . Thank you!

We have been using A&J Reliable since 2010 for all of our roof jobs on our single family home and detached garage. Most recently in July 2025 they replaced the shingles on the lower roofing of our house. They were prompt, efficient and professional, and the cleanup was perfect - you would never know they were here all day for a big, messy job! We also have been using their gutter topper system for 25 years and just replaced it on the new roofing, we have been very happy with it. I highly recommend them!

The response for a free quote was quick. The price was fair and inline with other contractor companies. They showed up when they said they would with a small crew that was efficient and they bagged up the leaves and tossed them. The next rain the gutters flowed like new. I will do this every other year with them.

A&J Reliable isn’t just a name! I’ve primarily used A&J to install my Gutter Toppers 23 years ago. Although the toppers provide excellent protection for leaves, the thread-like seed pods will eventually accumulate over time. Realizing this I made sure to get a Lifetime Performance Warranty before having them installed. This leads me to the reason why you should only use A&J Reliable for your Roofing, Gutters etc..For over 2 decades this company has stood behind their product (and made good on their promise). Anytime debris has accumulated in my gutters, I need only give A&J a call. In a weeks time (sometimes less) I will promptly have two courteous workmen come out to clear them out. They not only perform the removal but will make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Over the years they have consistently gone “above and beyond” what you’d expect and hope for. You can rest assured A&J is indeed reliable!

A & J Reliable live up to their name . They called informing us they were coming the following day to clean the gutters that they installed in 2022. The men who came were professional and did a great job. Was once again very satisfied with the quality of their work. Yes the price to clean the gutters was on the high end but now I see why. This recommendation is long overdue. Been meaning to write it for months. Now that we have been outside more I felt it was important to write. A&J came to remove and install a new roof for our shed. The estimate came quickly and they scheduled themselves around our availability. They were so respectful, communicated what they would do and reached out along the way to match sure we liked the work. On top of that they were able to help me move some items and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor we had at the house in the last 20 years. We had a fantastic experience with A & J Reliable Inc in replacing our gutters and adding the gutter toppers. The sales consultant Mark Barak came to our house a few times and was very knowledgeable, prompt, accommodating, and helpful. He did not try to oversell any aspects of the job we didn’t need, and took the time to bring samples, and explain everything in great detail! He even let me record a few explanations of things on my phone, so I could show my wife who couldn’t be there for the initial consultation. I felt the pricing was fair and competitive. The job was done in just one day, and was scheduled right away the following Monday morning once everything was agreed upon. Mark kept ALL his promises which I truly appreciated…especially on a contracting job! Ulysses and his crew were just amazing! They were on time first thing in the morning, got the work done quickly, made a few adjustments on the fly after discussing where we wanted the downspouts to end up on the driveway, and thoroughly cleaned our property once there were finished. I have used A&J for a number of years now. They installed my gutters and they cleaned and made various repairs to my slate roof. Their work has always been first rate, and they are responsive and reasonably priced. It can be difficult to find a contractor who can repair a slate roof. Had a leaky roof. They came and said it was likely a chimney problem not a roof problem, even though they don't repair chimneys. Don't see that kind of integrity too often these days! Much appreciated! (Multiple roofing companies gave estimates for sectional to whole roof replacement!). If ever need roof repair or replacement, will definitely use them!

I shopped around for a gutter repair company. I received three quotes and A&J came in with the best price off the bat, also being half the price of another gutter company.

I scheduled the work and they were over in less than a week. Completed the job quickly and it looks great.

I haven't had much rain but I tested them out by shooting water from my hose and it looks to be in good working order!

We recently had a leak. Customer service dispatched a crew who quickly found the issue and fixed it. They also inspected the entire roof and re-caulked around the chimney for good measure. Gave us some reasonable options for a new gutter system and the best price among reputable gutter/roofing companies. Our handyman had offered to do it for a few hundred dollars less, but we wanted an experienced professional. Their installation crew was efficient, hard-working, pleasant, and fixed a problem with the roof shingles on one side of the house. They even had downspouts to match our house color. Glad we used A&J. Just wish we had known about them 12 years ago when we replaced our roof.

Recently had my roof done by A and J Reliable and can say I am extremely pleased. Price was fair and Joe the sales rep was very helpful and patient in helping to pick the right shingles and color and went out of his way to get sample boards for me, as well as helping with the villages extensive permitting process The work crew was very professional, courteous and the work was high quality. They also cleaned up area thoroughly and finished the job within one day as promised. In 2017 I used A and J to replace flat vinyl type roof section as well as replace all my gutters. I can say they were very professional and the workmanship has held up and have had no problems. Overall very satisfied with A and J Reliable!

Updated 2025 Review: Didn’t think we’d be replacing and reworking our gutters from A&J Reliable from 2019, but we had to after a backyard renovation. The gutter topper was a great investment (was reused for the replacement gutter) and after 6 years, there were only roof granules.

Joe came out to our property to make sure the crew were prepared with the material to hang a new gutter that pitched towards the back of the house to a new underground seepage pit connection. We removed the tripping hazard downspout that was on the driveway and couldn’t be happier. The gutter truck is also impressive!
