Premier recently replaced our roof & siding, & we are thrilled with the results! When starting the process, we didn't know what to expect, but Premier put us at ease immediately. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, professional & always willing to answer any questions we had. The work was done on time & on budget, & the work crews were very respectful of our property. We went from bland gray siding, missing gutters & a very old roof to a gorgeous Lighthouse Red siding, seamless gutters & beautiful roof that will last for years. We will definitely recommend Premier to family & friends.

Premier roofing and siding has done another great job in fixing issues with my roof from a previously installed roof years ago. They were priced reasonably and did the work in a timely manner would recommend and use them again in the future.

I hired Premier to do gutter work a few months ago. Their work was impeccable. So much so, I hired them again last month to replace my wooden porch rails with quality white vinyl rails. Again, they didn’t disappoint. Prompt professional service this time around again… they are now 2 for 2. Nothing but praise for this team of professionals from scheduling to installation to clean-up. I can’t wait to hire them for my roof and trim work in the future. Thanks Premier!

Premier Roofing made the whole process easy from start to finish. Rick, Ana, and Kristian were great to work with—super professional and responsive. The roofing crew showed up right on time at 6:45 AM, and all nine of them worked like a well-oiled machine. Kristian stopped by several times to check on the progress and took plenty of before photos. The crew was also really thorough with cleanup, even using a magnet sweeper to make sure no nails were left behind.

Overall, we’re very happy with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Plus, it’s great to support a solid local company in Virginia Beach

I chose Premier Roofing as it was highly recommended by my neighbor. They were the best quote of three different companies. They were quick and eager to please. Customer service was excellent and we were very happy with the overall service and beautiful new windows!

I had a new roof and siding installed by Premier about 5 or 6 years ago. First time the wind blew I had siding blow off. That issue was resolved but was caused by the workers not properly nailing the siding in.

The real issue is the roof. I had my old roof replaced because it was about 20 years old. I had no leaks or problems, just thought it was time. Since Premier installed my new roof, I have had nothing but issues. First was a leak in my bedroom. This turned out to be because the installers used siding nails instead of roofing nails at the flashing. Next came the big leak in the Living room. This leak continued for about 3 years. Premier did next to nothing to try and figure out where it was coming from. They guessed this and that but nothing stopped the leak. Finally, they replaced the shingles on the front side of my house (with different shingles that didn’t match). Their ceiling guy never showed to repair the damage inside my home.

Now, it’s leaking in my family room. No point in calling them so I’m going to have to go out of pocket and have a reputable company replace this roof. Not to mention the extra cost for repairing the ceiling that Premier did not take care of.

If just one person listens to me this is worth it. Do not use this company, do not waste your money. They are not there once the bill is paid. And, if they try and say I’m not in their data base, that is BS.

I didn't want to give any stars but the system wouldn't take this without at least one. They don't deserve the one!!!

Premier did a great job. Roof in one day with impeccable clean up. Cost was below what I expected. Extremely happy.

I hired them to do work on a detached garage: close in the garage front, siding all around, new windows, new door, new gutters, and reinstall a widow AC.

They did a good job, although it took a bit longer than expected. There were a couple of minor snafus, but they were resolved.

Process was pretty painless. Sales rep was knowledgeable and pleasant. Workers were on time and respectful of property. Company offered financing and there were no hiccups or issues with the whole process.

Premier did excellent work and has excellent customer service. They were also reasonably priced. My new windows look great. I highly recommend this company.

A definite 5 star review for Premier Roofing & Siding.., We had a major problem with our gutter leaking in several areas and They sent out Karl and Tim who inspected the gutter and fascia board... Determined the gutter did not have to come down but they had to repair the fascia board and re-caulked the gutter.., the work was completed within 30 mins... Additionally they took the time to inspect my neighbors gutter from the ground & determined it needs immediate repair and left a business card with note... My neighbor Thanked me and said she will call them soon... Well Done !!

This was a professional experience from beginning to end. After reviewing and getting quotes from 5 of the ones I felt were the best choices, Premier was an easy choice for me. With a background in construction myself, I was shocked by some things I was told from some of the candidates that came out to access my roof job. Luckily I knew better but Kevin with Premier was very honest, knowledgeable and straight forward. The crew that did the work did a great job from beginning to end, I know because I watched. I'm funny that way :-)

When we started calling different companies for quotes we were worried because it seemed like so many places were sending such unprofessional people who came quote us on the work, but theyd leave and say they'd email us with the specifics, but most of them didn't. Premier was different. The person they sent to give us the quote was professional, answered all our questions, showed us samples of the different styles and gave us a quote before he left. The price was reasonable, the materials came within the quoted time frame, the crew showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up before they left everyday. The crew took care to let us know when anything was wrong and helped us address issues when they arose. All in all I would hire them again, and will be keeping them in mind for future projects.

I have used Premier Roofing and Siding in th epast for my reefing needs so when I needed new siding I called them. Their estimate was very competitive . THey maintained good communications with me while my siding was on order and were able to work with me on scheduling. THe work was done very professionally, they cleaned up after themselves and helped my house look great. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

Premier has been a great roofing company to work with. We had an issue with our roof in Virginia Beach while we were out of state. We were able to get an estimate and the work completed remotely in an efficient and timely manner. The roof looks great and they cleaned up any debris. I will use them again if needed.

They came out on early and even took care of some of the preparations that I forgot to do. Completed all work the same day on a very large roof project.

We had a side of the house replaced , the crews worked around a fixed green house and some very sharp prickly plants and did no damage and job looks amazing.

Everything was great, and I have no complaints! I am waiting for Ann to come back and look at what could be a patch that does not have roofing shingles.
Customer service was excellent and i was kept informed during the process, and will have sinding completed in the near future.

This summer I had to get my whole roof replaced plus some additional repair to flashing and chimney. Premier had the best estimate, financing, and service of all the companies I got estimates from. Everyone answered a million questions from me, worked with my schedule, and really took the time to make sure I knew the next steps. I’m very happy with the end result and my overall experience. This our fifth time working with Premier Roofing and siding. We moved to Hertford North Carolina and bought a damsel in distress that really needed help. She’d been neglected and desperately needed new replacement windows. Premier was gracious enough to come all the way down here not once but twice to replace our old girls worn out windows. Did a nice job installing a new roof and skylights. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Provided local homes to be able to view potential shingle colors. Installation was on a very windy day with things blowing everywhere yet they cleaned up as if they were never there. I had two shingles come off in a wind storm, they were on the lowest course on the section with the lowest pitch. I called Premier because they did the installation 20 years ago - but had to come back twice and fix errors found by a contractor doing remodeling. Premier Roofing wrote an estimate for $650 citing the "minor repair." I was out of town and needed the work done, so his interaction was with my young adult daughter. I emailed back assuming that he had misquoted (sent someone else's quote) me as 2 shingles and 30 minutes (maximum) of work certainly is not fairly valued at $650. I never received a reply back. The work was ultimately completed by another roofing professional for $110. I can only assume that Premier Roofing was trying to take advantage of my absence and the women in my house or that they did not want the work, in which case I would have appreciated them just telling me so.

Very professional company, who will work with you to get the job done within your budget. Very efficient crew, and overall great experience. Would highly recommend!

Premier really came through for me and identified several problem areas creating the leaks in my home. Had other companies come out, but Premier was the only one who really took the time to work with me to resolve my issues. I needed quite a few things (including vinyl siding) and they worked with me to phase out the project. The crew was really amazing and cleaned the job site so well no one could ever tell they were there. The office kept open communication with me about scheduling and any concerns and took a personal interest in helping me fix my home issues.

We had a new roof installed with gutters in 2018. We love the roof and the gutters with gutter guard. They did an excellent job on our house. So this summer when we built an addition we used the same excellent roofing material and had Premier install the same gutter system on the new addition. We recommend Premier Roofing highly, and actually did to our neighbor and they contracted with Premier for a new roof as well.

Premier did an outstanding job removing 32 years of old siding and flashing from my home in only a few days, (5 working days I believe). The quality, craftsmanship and professionalism from the sidding team to the gutter team was amazing. All fees were explained during the initial consultation and daily text messages keep us up-to-date on the latest status of our installation. Premier replaced 15 windows and a patio sliding door in my home. The workers were very diligent in their work. They wasted no time and were very focused on their duties. I had no issues with the workers or the job they performed. I highly recommend Premier as that company had also done a wonderful job replacing my roof a couple of years ago.

Premier Roofing did an excellent job with the siding on my home. Everyone loves it and compliments it. They provided me with a quote and did not waver from that quote. The owner ensured that! This made me very happy!! I was informed of everything that was being done to my home, and if there were any changes, I was notified. When the light fixtures outside and house numbers came down, before putting them back up, they were nice enough and considerate enough to ask if I had anything new to replace the old. The owner came out to inspect the job personally on a daily basis. She also came out to speak with me for the final walk around and inspection. Great job, very professional, and they got the job done!

My home was built in 1926. I had one last exterior project I had been putting off. I needed to have the metal wrapping around the entire home redone. The old metal had years ago oxidized. One day I saw a Premier truck that listed siding as one of their services offered, so I immediately placed the call for an estimate. I figured maybe it was a sign to get my last exterior home project done!

When the project install date came, the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job on my home. Now the entire exterior has had a facelift and I couldn’t be happier with the work.

Well In had wonderful person name John Crabtree come into my business to be assisted an while working with I notice his shirt Asked him about what he dose for them he explain we exchange business card I called he came out reviewed what I need an was satisfy, so on with job. the company did my roof which is awesome and they also did the job of putting new seamless gutter and did some trim work and replace my soffit every thing is beautiful. My home looks lovely. Once all is complete I will take several pictures to share on here and Facebook.

Premier Roofing and Siding Contractors wrapped all of our house trim in the front and back of our home with either vinyl or PVC-coated aluminum. Damaged wood was removed and replaced when necessary. We were impressed with their expert craftsmanship. The communication was excellent each step of the way, starting with our sales consultant John, the office staff, the owner of the company, and the crew. Daily cleanup was fantastic and we were satisfied with how efficient they were in finishing the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone and if we need any work done in the future we are going straight to them. It looks like we have a brand new home!

I had my gutters removed and replaced with seamless and a leaf guard. Everything worked according to the specifications stated by the salesman. So far, I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.

Phase 2 has been completed and we couldn't be happier with the new look of our home and the professional installation of new Cedar Ridge insulated siding and new leafless gutter system. Ann and Chris came to the house during the installation process to make sure we had no concerns or questions, adding that personal touch that is missing in todays business world. The installation crew led by Carl are top-notch and professional. The utility shed siding installation turned out better than we ever thought possible. The shed matches the house because of Carl's creative ideas. We are very happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend Premier Roofing & Siding. Can't wait to start Phase 3 in April.

Phase 3 converting the backyard screened porch into an all-seasons room is now complete and we are absolutely amazed at the new look with lots of windows and sliding glass doors, and wrapping the outside walls with the same new Cedar Ridge insulated siding used on the house during phase weeks before. Once looked like a plain screened porch now looks like a finished room that has always been part of the house. The staff and installation crew are truly top-notch and professional. We HIGHLY recommend giving this team a call and letting them transform your home!!
