Premier replaced my roof last week, and they did a fabulous job! Sean and Tyler were great about going over every aspect of the project and addressing any and all questions or concerns I had both before and after the project was completed. The workers were all very kind and respectful, and were patient with my dogs barking at them through the windows while they were working. I have witnessed several other companies that have workers who just sit around sometimes, but not the crew from Premier! Premier Roofing worked with us to replace our very old, damaged roof. Sean was friendly, informative, and oversaw everything, from working with the insurance company and giving us a bid, to checking on the job during installation and inspecting the job once it was finished. Sean was fantastic to work with! Premiere did a great job on our roof and really cleaned up afterward. They were far more reasonable than other quotes. They always showed up when they said they would and responded to every text, call, or email. If I needed a new roof again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. But with the warranty they include I shouldn't need to.

We had a solar system installed. The installation guys told us we had a leaky roof. I called Premire thinking they would not get to me for months. In two days they had a guy on our roof looking at the problem. He needed to have Sean do the estimate. Sean was at our house the following Monday. Told us what was needed and the price. Sean Brown was great to work with. I’ve known him for several years and he has always shown himself to be an honest and good guy. His crew was extremely proficient, getting my entire roof complete in two days. There was a big storm scheduled to roll in right when they were scheduled to install my roof, so instead of delaying, they moved some things around and got my roof water-tight before the storm hit. That’s the kind of guy Sean is.

It was great working with Sean at premier roofing. No high pressure sales pitch just great upfront information & options that worked with our budget and a fantastic work crew that jumped right in got to work they protected surrounding landscape etc got the job done quickly & did a great job cleaning up after. Premier Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. The entire process was seamless. We were guided in our questions about roofing options. Shawn took the time to explain details about shingle brands, installation and warranty aspects.
The workers removed and installed our new roof within one day and the workmanship was great. We also needed a few vents on the roof of our shop and they didn’t charge an exorbitant amount to install those. Additionally, all messes were cleaned up before they left. I was afraid we’d be finding nails and other debris after the install was complete. Not the case!

Getting a new roof is expensive, and finding a company that provides excellent work at an affordable price can be difficult. Premier Roofing truly deserves a 5 star rating. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Sean came out to do an inspection on my uniquely shaped roof. He let me know the roof is in great shape...it just needs a few things sealed up to keep bugs & mice out.

Sean has been great to work with especially with my first time going through a roof installation on my home. I inquired about a free quote on a new roof. He responded quickly, good communication throughout the process, was upfront about all pricing and if anything additional was necessary provided the cost of additional charges. Even did the shingles and drip edging on my basement stairwell roof that I wasn't anticipating.

I have worked with many contractors over the years. I have never had such a good experience as when i had the opportunity to work with Premier. They came when they said they would, and they completed a complete roofing project in 1 day when estimate was 2 days. I have never seen guys work as hard as they did. They also spent a great deal of time cleaning up after the project thoroughly searching for nails in the grass and flower beds. I hope i never need another roof again but if i do it will be Premier. I will certainly recommend them to anyone i hear of that needs roofing work.

I have worked closely with Sean from Premier Roofing for the past six months and he is always so honest and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Just recently I needed him to give me an estimate on a roof of a house that my in-laws wanted to buy that was in serious need of repair. He went out off his way to Sugar City get it to me that day and also stopped by my house in St Anthony to check out my roof as well. His assessment was honest and his pricing was more then fair! Highly recommend Premier Roofing! They replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. There were a couple small issues, but they responded promptly and took care of every issue quickly and professionally. They tarped the lawn and cleaned up after themselves fairly well. I went around my yard with a magnet after and was able to find a couple handfuls of nails, which I don't have any idea if that is a lot or a little, but based on how many I saw them haul away... it was a very small amount. I would do business here again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

We had a warranty repair of vent boots that CTI Roofing didn't replace when CTI did our roof after the big Hail storm. Dealing with CTI is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

However dealing with Premier Roofing was great. They communicate extremely well and went out of their way for the almost two months that CTI was stringing us both along. Many other companies would have given up on our job, but not Shawn. I wish more companies were like them.

These guys worked super fast! Within a week Sean and his siding guy came out and looked at a leak I had in a basement window which I’d been trying to get fixed for around a year. They diagnosed the original problem which was an issue with the window flashing being done incorrectly from the builders and corrected the issue. It then rained and started showing a lesser water leak than before. The siding guy came back out within 24hrs and noticed another issue with my siding and the direction the wind was coming at my house and reversed the seams of my siding. I have not had a leak since!

I definitely recommend these guys and will come back to them if I have any other issues with my house. They were reasonably priced and did very good work.

I had some leaking from a section of our roof that was causing some damage to our bathroom walls. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly for Sean to come out and inspect our roof. He was able to give me a quote right then and was really good about answering my questions. He had a team come out just a few hours later and repair that section of roof. It only took them a couple of hours to take off the old shingles and replace everything. We were impressed with how quickly they fixed the problem and the new roof looks great!

Sean and his crew were really amazing. They got here first thing in the morning and finished in about 6 hours. The quality of their work truly shows. They were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I just want to give a shout out to Shawn and his team for quickly resolving a recent issue with my plumbing roof vents. Another contractor who installed heat tape on my roof noticed all 4 vent pipe boots were completely deteriorated. I called Shawn that day and within two days he was on my roof replacing the boots. I’ve used Premier Roofing before to perform snow removal on my roof when an ice dam formed causing water leakage into my house. In both cases Premier Roofing has exceeded my expectations with their quick quality service. They’ve been worth every dollar I’ve spent for their services. Thanks guys!

Sean was very understanding and agreeable. The workman were very efficient and professional, they cleaned up after themselves very well. They were very honest and upfront about the products that they used and the process.

Premier Roofing was great to work with, and they were able to take care of my roofing and siding at the same time. After it was all fixed, we had a heavy windstorm come through and knock down some of the siding. Premier Roofing came over and fixed that too with no questions asked. Would highly recommend them.
