Going to be kind of long, but worth the read.

I got a new roof in 2016 by Premier roofing, this was after having 2 other companies “fix”.
Everything was great. I deployed in 2017, my wife noticed a small leak . Called Keith and he fixed it quickly. Sent me videos to show me the issue ( missing mortar at flashing edge). He fixed it no issues. Could have easily taken advantage of the situation but didnt. I just recently had him back due to losing a few shingles over these crazy storms we had. It is hard to find someone ( a company) that is not only this dependable, but honest and trustworthy. Will stick by their work. Keith actually called the night of the tornado that hit just a few miles away, to see if we were ok. Hands down the best!

Keith and his crew made this project so easy and seamless. He was very informative and easy to get in touch with for any question we had. His team was prompt and thorough. They really did a great job all the way around!

We had a new roof installed today and I can’t think of a better company than Premier Roofing. If you want quality and the work done in a timely manner, this is the company for you. After all of work is completed, the crew makes sure that everything is cleaned up. Our new roof was completed in one day, but our house isn’t that big. Premier Roofing is the for all of your roofing needs.

Keith and staff do great work and were prompt and quick about getting scheduled. The work done was excellent and had really good communication through the process.

Keith came out promptly after calling about a roof leak, made a plan and implemented it quickly. He came out and called to check on the repair and took great care of me.

Keith and his crew are without a doubt the best you can get in home roofing and repairs. I had solar installation damage which required a complete roof replacement. Keith worth with me throughout the entire process, provided me with quotes and advice in dealing with the solar provider who caused the problem. After months of headaches with the solar provider, Keith and Premier Roofing, LLC came out and installed a new roof with new sub roof wood that really improved the overall condition of my house. The crew was professional and were very careful to provide A+ quality. I recommend this roofing company over any others that may try to win you with price. You get what you pay for.

We noticed our roof was leaking, called Premier Roofing because they were 24-7, the owner answered the phone at 9:30 at night and was ready and willing to help us in anyway. Tried to send someone out that night to put tarps up. Keith was very up front and informative from start to finish. Communication was great. Lots of pics and video on the customer portal. Keith puts a lot of work into selling himself and the company. My experience with Premier Roofing has been exceptional. The whole process was made simple and straightforward by the owner Keith. The crew that installed the roof were professional and took pride in their craft. After they finished and cleaned up, the only trace left behind was a beautiful new roof. Had a few different price quotes some was cheaper some was more but the transparency and friendship that Premier showed made it a black and white choice for me. We suffered storm damage to the roof of our house during a strong storm. We contacted Keith and he came out quickly to inspect. I have used other companies in the past. There was no comparison in the level of detail and communication Premier provided in their quote and the quote process compared to others.

Premier is very professional in the way they documented the project. Everything was in a customer portal and spelled out in detail. Their electronic documentation system made the process of reviewing and signing everything quick and easy.

We went into his showroom where you can physically, see/touch the material that would be used. We felt much more comfortable with our color selection after seeing all the options on houses similar to ours. We wouldn't have had that same level of comfort if we had to pick based solely on online selection.

Keith was very open with us on the timing of the project - when they could start and how long it would take. He worked with us to make sure the timing fit our schedule. There was a weather delay getting our project started, but he was able to get the whole job finished in one day. You couldn't even tell they had been there. It looks great.

Very professional, friendly, helpful through every step of the way, and answered all our questions. Did a very good job on our roof and got the trash cleaned up afterwards even some leaves that had accumulated against our garage door. As it gets dark early this time of year there was still some stuff left in the backyard; but they came back couple days later and took care of that without us even mentioning anything. We had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing because of hail damage in 2016, Keith's crew was awesome, they were clean and did an outstanding job! 7 years later I had a branch fall on on roof, I called Premier Roofing, Keith came out, did a full inspection and checked our roof for damage from the branch, he immediately saw what was damaged, showed me pics then later sent me an estimate through his awesome portal system he has. Easy communication, reasonable pricing, and quality tile. Highly recommend Premier Roofing, they do quality work, he uses quality material compared to the competition. He knows roofing, when in doubt visit his store front in Cabot you will be impressed with his knowledge and certifications.

Overall, we had a great experience with Keith and Premier Roofing. Keith was highly communicative, and he made sure we were aware of what was happening each step of the way. The portal where he uploaded all of our documents was, and still is, easily accessible anytime we need that information. The work itself was done well, and the contractors he chose were efficient. We have the added complication of solar panels, but Keith navigated the situation with confidence and ease. The price point was comparable to other companies in the area, and the products used are top-of-the-line. If we are ever in need of another roof replacement, Premier will definitely be our first choice.

Tornado hit our house on 31 Mar 2023. I called Premier roofing and asked if they could come out and do an emergency repair on our roof. Keith the owner came out that night and did a temp repair on our roof. I talked to Keith about getting my roof replaced and he went over all the options. I was so impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge I knew I wanted his company to replace my roof. I went to the Premier roofing store and Keith showed me examples and options for the replacement project. I wanted my roof repaired ASAP and did not want to wait on insurance. I signed up for the financing which was super easy and quick to do. Keith had his guys replacing my roof in just 2 weeks after the storm. I was the first house in my area to have its roof replaced. The guys that came out were totally awesome and did an outstanding job. 3 guys were on my roof for 3 days from sun up to sun down and were very professional as well. When the job was done they cleaned up everything and had a manager come out the day after they were done and inspected it and ran the magnet again over the yard to make sure no nails were left behind. Keith the owner also came out after the install and inspected it also. The insurance money came in like a month later and I paid off the financing and it cost me only about a $100 to do the financing which was well worth it to get the repair done quickly.
Keith was in contact with me throughout the installation from start to finish. The communication was super as I was able to call him anytime with questions and he kept me well aware of the project and where it was at.

Keith was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have in the past worked with other roofing companies and the difference in craftsmanship and customer service can’t be beat. I have small children and animals, so it was very important to me that the yard was cleaned from debri, nails, etc. They took the extra time to meticulously ensure the yard was mess free! Keith and his team were so helpful from start to finish with my new roofs. Keith will give you great service and stand behind the work he does. Hard to find that these days, and he has been in business locally for 15 years. This tells me he will be there if I need him in the future for anything that may pop up and my warranty is solid.

He delivers what he promises, and will go to the extreme to make sure you are satisfied with the job he has done. A local contractor, dependable and has been in Cabot 15 plus years. I would book Premier again for all my needs and value our local small business who have withstood the test of time.

The guys driving by in trucks going door to door for your business, or who have been in business less than 2 years aren't exactly the folks I want roofing the most expensive investment you own! Keith's crew is dependable and if your unhappy with anything...say so. They will make sure your are completely satisfied before leaving.

Premier also does sheet metal work for soffit and fascia damage. Sure is nice doing business with somebody who has their own machine shop locally. He will also provide referrals to dependable contractors for window repairs.

Keith's team got my quote in and home repaired before the next nearest local contractor could even give me a quote. Let alone take 8-12 weeks longer to finish the job at a higher price. I don't know about you, I am not one for plastic hanging on my house any longer than necessary.

With that said...they call it Premier roofing for a reason. Top notch service and work, beginning to end.

My last contractor locally from LR was a nightmare to deal with. Keith from Premier Roofing took care of everything, and I am very happy with the results. From quote to repair 2-3 weeks total, beating everyone in response times in repair.

Sometimes you get what you pay for in life, if Keith is a little bit more, I thought that's okay. He is dependable, timely and will back all work with a warranty for you. He has with stood the test of time in a market congested with wanna be contractors and free lance door ringers who pretend to be roofers. Sure they are cheap, for a reason

Thanks again Keith for giving me my home back in a timely manner. Storms come and go, now I keep the Premier magnet on the fridge because I always want the sharpest arrow in my quiver when the chips are down and my home is at risk. Folks just look for the Premier blue-monkey and know you made a great choice. Storms and disasters are bad, dealing with insurance is no picnic either, but Premier will restore your home to better than before and make it look easy. Nice store front property to shop roof shingles as well, nobody else has the samples for you to look as if they were on the roof, they just show you a photo or 4 inch sample. Again, its nice to see some class...Premier Roofing is my choice.

I was singing their praise when I set up appt for estimates. I live in area that we had 3 hail storms in a span of 6 months. They came out the second time, noted no damage. Third time there was damage. Each time they will email you a report with everything that makes it easy to file claim with insurance.Keith was super nice and helpful. Requested I call and set up for him to come when insurance adjuster was here. I called office and set this up in early July. This morning came and no one showed, no answer on phones, no email answers, no text answer. Long story short my insurance has denied my claim when I was lead to believe it would be approved if Keith would have been here to show/talk to person.

*EDIT* after the laughable/uncalled for comment the business left. I honestly am not mad about the claim denial. I am mad, Keith never showed and no one would answer calls/emails/text it is 6 hours later and Premier still has yet to call/email/text me to apologize. They rather try to claim I am discrediting their company due to their failure. Could have been a 3 star had I gotten some apology instead of a claim that I am the one in wrong.

Premier Roofing was so great and easy to work with! Keith is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and very friendly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.

We had a leak around our chimney and I contacted Premier Roofing and Keith the owner came out the next day. He agreed that we had a problem plus hail damage. Our insurance company declined 2 independent roofers plus Premier Roofing. Keith fought for us to no avail so we decided to go with his company. He personally helped us decide what we needed and kept us informed. He even called me on vacation from Mexico to address a question I had. Premier Roofing, LLC and the owner Keith were outstanding! His crews were also top notch!

Service after the sale, I thought
I had a roof leak 6 years after they Installed a complete roof on my house. There staff came and inspected my roof and found no leak at all. They determined it was a settling issue and tested for moisture around suspect locations with electronic test equipment.
Prompt, professional service after the sale. Don't see that much these days!

The custom made chimney cap, flashing, and gutters all match the siding on the house. It looks flawless. They also fixed the cricket that was rotted and replaced it. Great quality, and absolutely pleased with their service.

Keith and his crew are the best of the best when it comes to roofing professionals! My experience with Premier started several months ago when our 4 year old metal roof (from a contractor, who is no longer in business) developed a leak. I contracted with Premier to fix the leak and Keith and his crew started promptly. They completed the initial work quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, roof leaks are never that simple. The leak persisted and Keith came out many times to systematically try to stop the leak. After trying his best, the leak persisted and I decided to go to the final measure and contract with Premier to put a new shingle roof on the house. By this time, I had developed a good relationship with Keith and I trusted that he had done all he could to stop the leak. It was well that I went with the new roof option! It turned out that there was 3 places under the metal roof that were leaking and they were in places that seemed impossible to cause the leak to show up inside where it was. Long story short, Keith's amazing crew came out and had the new architectural shingle roof on in one day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the property very satisfactorily. The cost for the roof was reasonable and Keith even gave a substantial credit from the leak job. I am very pleased with my new roof and I highly recommend Premier Roofing for your next shingle roofing job!

Their contract is designed to protect the company only, get an attorney. Their word and handshake means nothing as the contract overrides all of that. Buyer beware. I was left a mess to pick up for a premium price. I was also expected to pay the remaining portion of the roofing job before a walk around was performed. Their word means nothing!

WAY TO GO! Keith and team have been amazing. I first used Premier Roofing more than 15 years ago when I needed some roof repair. Not only did he do an excellent job, he fixed problems caused by non-roofing construction. Premier Roofing was first on my list when I started building our new home. And again, he was fixing problems that weren't associated with his work. Keith is honest, dependable, and provides the highest quality work. He will go above and beyond in helping you understand any roofing issues you may be having. You should give Premier Roofing a try. You will not regret it.
