Buffalo Agency does a great job with life insurance too. My term life policy that I was paying $40 a month for hit the anniversary date. To keep it I was going to have to start paying $296 a month. JD was able to get me the same coverage for $60 a month. Quoted it and had it approved on the same day I asked him to check for me.

For the last five or six years I've used the Buffalo Insurance Agency. Ron Wood is always very prompt with replies to my questions and explains what I need to do to get results. I was having a difficult time recently with another agent and I notified Ron and explained the situation. Ron told me he thought the person might not understand the policy wording and he would contact him. Within hours I was relieved to find out Ron was correct and the other person was misinformed. We have been with Buffalo Insurance in Cabot for a long time. We just opened another business in our town and have been working with Traci Holloway with the insurance on that and she has been on top of it since the word go!! I recently moved my home and auto insurance to Buffalo Insurance Agency, I did not know of these guys prior to moving my business, but a friend recommended them. I had many question and request in helping me make a clean switch while I was in the middle of refinancing my home loan. Every request I made was taken care of by Ron within minutes. I was most impressed by his quick and thorough responses.

I've been with them for about 10 years. They are always nice. However, I couldn't get through via telephone and left a message on the website requesting for one of them to contact me. Nobody did. I finally got through and talked with someone. She took care of the whole situation in about two minutes. Were it not for thatand the fact that they have been awesome from day one, I would be posting a lower rating. All in all, I'm going to stay with them as anyone can have a bad season.
