Avoid hiring this company at all costs. Absolute clowns. Their workmanship is abysmal. Instead of using a proper miter saw, they resort to a grinder with a cutting wheel, resulting in crooked cuts, large gaps, and zero tolerances. The framing is bent, the wrong door was installed backward, and the screens are improperly installed and trimmed. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card. The owner or manager has yet to address this disaster, so a chargeback has been issued.

Windows and More is a great company and Daryl our rep is amazing! We used them for all the windows and a slider in our ‘fixer upper’. Quality, price, professionalism, and customer service all top notch. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.

MOST EXPENSIVE MISTAKE I EVER MADE . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! I purchased 10 windows and 1 door from Windows and More LLC out of Cabot Ar. So far my experience with them has been a nightmare. The installment of the window wrap was done so poorly, it had to be torn off and replaced . So two different guys came out to replace it and REPLACED IT WITH THE WRONG TYPE OF METAL. The door installment wrap was also done poorly. A different crew came out to replace the wrap and they cut some of my siding.That also was done poorly. So again they came back to redo it . Now after cutting my siding, they had to make the wrap way to wide to cover their mistakes. THE WIDE DOOR WRAP LOOKS SO AWFUL !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY !!! I'M STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH OTHER THINGS THAT WASN'T DONE RIGHT. They had someone come out to fix a window that is impossible to slide up and down, and it is still hard to slide. They can't seem to get anything right. Aug. 29 they came out for the 4th time to work on the door and replace the siding they cut too short. Still not happy with it. The door is still not right and there is a nail under the siding that is sticking out. It's ridiculous how many times they have to re-do things. I've had about enough of this company !!!!! So today , Aug. 30 they came out to fix the door. His solution was to put a nail in the wrap. Picture below is his solution to fix the problem. Both days they came, they had an attitude. The second day they came he put the nail in and said " There it's fixed" then left without fixing the siding that had a nail behind it.. I knew the moment they arrived they had an attitude. I can't believe the problems we are having with Windows and More LLC. On October 11, 2024 they came to replace all the j-channels on all windows and put in a whole new door frame. Again , after the 5th time of fixing their mistakes, it's not done right. It's like the door frame is twisted. Pictures is posted below. All my friends and family recommends Better Business Bureau. Today October 22, 2024 at 11:33am I called Daryl's phone and no one answered, so I left a message to call me back and no one ever called me back . I just want them to be aware that the repair on the door they done is still unacceptable. Today is October 23 , l still haven't received a call from Windows and More LLC. My wife had a review with photos and I guess they hid it so people couldn't see the photos of the awful work that was done. They will probably hide my review with photos of their work to keep people from seeing it. I finally received a call on Oct. 25, 2024. They will be here on Oct 29, 2024 to inspect the door. My wife and I have been so stressed out over this company. We are so ready to be done with this company. Never again will we use Windows and More LLC . Today , October 29, 2024 Daryl came out to inspect the door and found alot of things wrong with it. So I guess we'll hopefully hear something back from them soon. Its been going on like this for 6 months now. We're so stressed out and tired of this !!!!

Daryl was very thorough in her presentation and very responsive throughout the process. Any areas of concern were addressed. Overall very good process and prices were as good or better than other bids. Would highly recommend.

Instead of immediately telling me how she was going to fix it, she suggested that the repairs might be covered by the warranty with the company who did the work originally. Great company who actually care about their customers! They replaced windows, siding, and the roof of my house. I have zero complaints about any of the work they did. I want to do a little bragging on Windows and More in Cabot Arkansas. We got 16 windows Replaced and Installed a few weeks ago and we are so pleased with them. The functionality is Amazing. The ordering process was easy, they sent out a rep who did all the measuring and showed us the options. We placed our order and within 2 weeks the windows had arrived and we gat a call setting our installation day. The 3 man crew was professional and polite and they got all 11 windows replaced without incident. A company rep called and visited our house within 3 days afterward to ensure we were pleased and collect our final payment. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Windows and More did a fantastic job on our home, from our windows to our roof & gutter's and siding. We got hit hard by the June 2023 hail storm and did some severe damage and Daryl at Windows and More really took care off us!! I would definitely recommend them if you need any kind of repair or any kind of work done to your home.

In 2023 we decided that our house was in need of new windows so we called Windows and More and one other company. We interviewed both companies and listened to their proposals. Our interview with Daryl, the representative had us believing that Window’s and More was the right choice. She appeared to be honest, no special frills, and we felt no pressure. The price was where we wanted it to be and the timeline was very reasonable. As we agreed on a package and the replacements started, we experienced some bumps in the road which required more than what we originally expected. Their team was ready to adapt and make perfect accommodations. We love our new windows and our new glass sliding door and are looking forward to enjoying them for many years to come. I had my roof installed back in February, this is my vacation home. My new roof was install over rotted decking board and it took several calls and follow ups from me to get this corrected not to mention the horrible job they did around the chimney with an opening on one side of the chimney where you can clearly see water was getting through. I kept getting the round around every-time. The only person that was ever helpful was Adam. He was able to correct most of the mistakes and finally everything was some how corrected. I’m not totally satisfied with the repairs, cosmetically it is obvious there were repairs but at least there is no water coming through. I was planning to use this company to do my siding, I even pick a siding product but with everything that happened we’ll not be using this company to do my siding. Lost all the trust

POOR COMMUNICATIONS--SALES 0 STARS; INSTALLATION 5 STARS. OVERALL 2 STARS.
On 22 Aug 22, I reached out to Windows and More for an estimate on gutter replacement due to wind damage. Appointment was set for the 23rd and I was pleased for the promptness.VP Sales #1 (her title--#1--my designation) arrived on time and we proceeded to assess the needs and way ahead. I was a bit unsure of the technical qualifications as she seemed unsure of the task at hand and not very confident.
On the 24th I met with VP Sales #1 and the Sales Mgr (?) to finalize the contract. My insurance claim did not cover a portion of the damage so a supplemental claim was to be submitted. The estimated timeline was 8 weeks which was fine. On or about 20 Sep 22, I reached out to VP Sales #1 to check on the progress of the supplemental submission..."All good- and it was here job to keep me informed." In early Oct, I contacted my insurance company, no supplemental had been received. Visited office and was assured it was; but, I asked to see what was sent...discovered incorrect email address.
I sent supplement to insurance company--rejected two days later due to insufficient documentation. Sales Mgr said he'd send another rep out for better pictures. VP Sales #2 arrived next day and seemed a bit more confident/competent. He informed me he'd be in touch...never heard from him again. Week of 24 Oct, I visited office again...revised supplemental to be submitted by 31 Oct. Contacted insurance company on 4 Nov, no new supplemental received, I forwarded the "revised supplemental"...rejected again week of 7 Nov. Note, I'm the one following up with both Windows and More and the insurance company. Visited office again, strongly expressed my desire to proceed with the work, forget the supplement and let's move forward and wrap this relationship up. Note, I did defer other gutter work on another structure in order to complete the work on my primary residence. Install Tech was super /5 star and very helpful on how to proceed. Work was scheduled and completed on 21 Nov and payment was made shortly thereafter. BOTTOM LINE, COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMER CAME UP SHORT. I HAVE 17 WINDOWS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE/REPLACE BUT WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE.

We used Windows and More for a repairs and replacement for storm damage. They replaced our roof and vinyl siding and did an amazing job so we decided to replace our windows as well. The company is courteous and very knowledgeable, the work they performed was perfect. Their secret weapon is Daryl, she is what makes this company great! She took the time to explain what our options were and everything taking place through the entire process. She basically holds your hand and makes sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend this company.

I will give this company a five star rating, and when the crew came to put the windows in, it was done in a perfect and professional way. The crew was polite and very informative. When I get the money I am planning on having Windows and more put the windows in my guest house.

Windows and More replaced the rooftops of my mother’s house and storage shed. Then also installed new gutters. We were extremely pleased with the work and all the help we were given by the employees. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I have never had worst service!!! I had someone come out to quote on May 11th it is now May 27th and still have not even received a quote. I have made numerous calls into the office with no help. Even when I was told I would be made a priority every time I talk to them is like the first time. I would never use this company if this is any kind of indication of their customer service.

Everything went smoothly and professional. We are very satisfied with the process from beginning to the end.

We have contacted you numerous times regarding leaks from the roof. Also, the door is backwards and needs to be corrected. Why do you not respond to our requests to complete your job that you have received payment for? I would appreciate you completing the job so further action will not be taken.

Before you have any work done with this company, do your home work. You are more than welcome to come and see the shoddy work they did for us on our house. They erected a patio cover. The panels were sratched and dented and one panel even got cut in half that wasn't even suppose to cut. The columns are out of plumb by more than 1 inch and the top leaks when it rains where it is connected to the house. As I said, feel free to come by and see for yourself. These folks do what they say they're going to do. Fair price on great windows that are built here in Arkansas. Installation crew was professional and efficient. These days it's hard to find quality products and service, what a breath of fresh air..

Gutters were installed quickly and professionally. Adam was our sales point of contact and it has been a pleasure dealing with him. He promptly responds to calls, texts and emails. Billing was fair priced and expectations clearly detailed. I will definitely be back for more work on my house.

I have done business with this company several times in the last few years. They are professional, they keep their promises, and they do great work. Not many companies recommended by me but this one is.

Windows & More installed our new siding and did a fantastic job. House looks so much better. They also replaced rotten boards and I am so excited to be able to not worry about wood rot anymore. BTW, they also put a cap on our chimney that really adds to the appearance of the house. Very happy!!

From the moment we signed the contract to job completion everything was great. Pandemic delays caused things to start a bit late, understandably. Once started everything went smoothly from windows, to siding, to gutters. All the installers were professional and courteous. I plan to use them again in the future.

Anyone who knows how services use to be can find it here, very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and affordable, I'm old school so I expect high standards and that's what I I received, the salesperson was down to earth on explaining the process, the installers were very hard workers and curious and informative of installation of windows and cleaned up completely after the installation, then two days later the salesperson came back to inspect and to make sure I was completely satisfied, I will use this service again.

reached out to them to get a quote for siding installation on my 3500sqft house in greenbrier. He was all game and tried to schedule a time to come out until he found out that I wasn't trying to sign a contract with him on the spot and I just needed a quote right now. At that point, he told me to find someone else as their 30-40 minute drive wasn't worth it. Well I will spend my large dollars elsewhere, if coming to quote me is too much of an inconvenience for you when you can't guarantee an immediate sale. I'm guessing they don't want you comparing bids with others, because they are much more expensive than anyone else? I won't ever know because i will not ever call them back or refer anyone to them.

they stated in their response a 35 mile radius from their office. just google mapped the distance and it is only 32 miles from their office to my property, so that is not a valid response to why they wouldn't come out after saying they would and tried to schedule a time next week on Thursday at 1pm. After i told him i wouldn't be there and wasn't going to sign any contract immediately and that i just needed a quote, he straight up told me to find someone else, as that is too far for them. AGAIN, ONLY AFTER I TOLD HIM THIS, did he retract his scheduling offer.

Everyone we worked with/spoke to at Windows and More were very knowledgeable and professional. We had some gutter work done, a storm door replaced, and a new insert put in a door. Everything looked great! Would definitely recommend, and will use again should the occasion arise in the future.

We had gutters and window installed. Adam was great to work with. He made several suggestions to not only save a few dollars here and there but also recommended different options on styles of windows available. Very pleased with the installation crew and the windows appear to be of excellent quality. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and end results with Windows and More.

Called and asked for a quote. Salesman, Joel arrived next day and had a quote ready in a couple days. They included references, certificates of insurance, warranty details up front. Very professional. Paid half down and the work (roofing material replacement) was schedule to start two days later. Crew worked from 7 am till 8 pm for three straight days. Cleaned job site afterwards. Roof looks great. In the dictionary under service excellence, you will find this company. I’ll update the review if my experience changes in the coming months.

This place is great!! I needed a roof done before the date I was quoted (as I was selling a house) and they was about to move it up and get it done in one day!! Mike, David and Adam was all fantastic to work with!!
