Premier did my asphalt shingle roof on a massive remodel and also did a brow roof of steel on the front of our house. The crews we clean, polite, great quality and craftsmanship and did the project on time and on budget. I definitely recommend Premier and Austin Smoes my sales rep.

They were here when they said they would be, they had all the equipment and materials that they needed. they took great pains to protect landscape and did very good job cleaning Up when they were finished. Wow! Once again the crew at Premier Roofing and Exterior have exceeded my expectations. My roof was replaced by them just under 3 years ago and I thought I had an installation problem come to light. I spoke with Jim Kelly, my 1st contact person from 3 years ago. Kyle called later that same day. The next day, Rick and Clay came and fixed an issue that I believe wasn't even their problem. Very professional from initial quote through to completion. Premiere did a great job! We had 3 quotes and decided to use them. They had the shortest lead time, great communication and were done quickly. Highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure what type of service to expect as this was my first new roof. Premier was incredible throughout the entire process, including communicating with my insurance company the entire time. I had quite a bit of repairs from the original roof that were not done properly and Premier fixed all of the old issues. This added some time but they were still done really fast and also provided updates (several times daily) and left a very clean yard when they were done. I was really impressed with the entire process but the two parts that really stood out were pricing and communication. If I need anything done in the future, I will be reaching out to Mike at Premier for sure.

I’ve had an appointment scheduled for a couple weeks and received a call that the company won’t come to perform the estimate for gutters. He called the night before he was to show up.

Very poor experience - don’t use them as they cannot even make an appointment for the night before. Poor service and don’t waste your time to get an estimate.

Highly recommend Premier for your roofing needs. Austin was great to work with. He was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions right away. Kyle’s team that replaced the roof were amazing! They were respectful of all of my flowers and plants and made sure they were protected. They put in long hours on a very hot day and finished the roof in one day. Clean up was quick and I could barely tell they had been there.

I have used Premier Roofing and exteriors for several jobs now. Jared Beckwith is always my point of contact and couldn’t be a nicer young man to work with. I’ve had my windows replaced, a new roof put on, a new vent put in and I’m getting a new window installed in my living room soon. There have been issues, as there are in construction, and they have been quick to correct anything that wasn’t 100%. I highly recommend this company. A great experience working with David G. and the team at Premier! They took this beat up old farm house and turned it into a fortress; with new Alside Siding, Standing Seam Roofing, SnowGuards and Gutters. This house sure was a challenge, yet they completed the job professionally, in budget and on time! Constant personable communication was excellent!

We were thoroughly satisfied from start to finish . Premier's initial in-person proposal presentation explained exactly what happens on installation day, and included samples of the materials they recommended and what advantages and warranties accompany those recommendations. Austin answered all my questions during, and after our meeting thoroughly and promptly. Premier set a high expectation for their work, and proved it was deserved on installation day.

Crews arrived early and set to work immediately on the two condo buildings contracted for roof tear-off and replacement. Everyone worked efficiently as a team. There was significant attention given to protecting surrounding exterior surfaces and adjacent landscape. We really appreciated that attention to detail. Clean up was thorough. The two buildings were completed in one (long) day. We also contracted for new gutters, downspouts, and leaf strainers, which were completed on another visit by crews that specifically do those.

Another aspect of their service that we appreciated was the assignment of an on-site project manager to supervise the roof work, and to handle any questions or explain solutions when tear-off might reveal some modification needed. Kyle was very helpful in that role.

Of the contractors we interviewed, Premier inspired the most confidence, and then earned it.

Austin was awesome! Called ahead of time to verify appointment, showed up 5 minutes early. He was very polite and explained everything clearly. He even did a little touch up work without a charge, very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Premier Roofing!

All I can say is wow! Marcus and Clint did so incredible. Took so much time to walk us through the process and give us all the options and the price was honorable and fair. We chose to put skylights in and both Marcus and Clint talked us through all the options and fought tooth and nail to make sure we were happy with what they were installing. Not one bad thing to say. I almost went through a couple close friends but I’m so thankful I looked at all the five star reviews and went with these guys. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

They were prompt in getting an estimate for me, explained all that was needed and gave me a range of options for roofing material. the job was done on the schedule they set and the guys who did the roof were great. We had a new roof put on our home this spring and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of Premier Roofing and Exteriors of Grand Rapids. First of all, I am an extreme perfectionist and very meticulous. We have had considerable construction projects done at our home and it is almost impossible to find companies that do a decent, quality job in this day and age. They all just want to get in, get the job done, move on and leave the customer living with shoddy workmanship.
Spending the money for a new roof, especially on a retirement income, is not a decision that is taken lightly. Our home is a large, sprawling ranch so the cost was significant. However, I cannot say enough about the quality, workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism of Premier Roofing. We interviewed and researched numerous companies before settling on Premier. Jared initially came to the house in late summer of 2024. He was upbeat, professional, and extremely accommodating. No high-pressure sales, only honest answers to our questions and concerns. He was very patient with us and our situation. It wasn’t until the winter of 2024 that we made our final decision. By then it was too cold to put a roof on.
So, in the spring of 2025 a team of 8 men arrived and did a fantastic job of tearing off the old roof and putting a new roof on our house in only three days! All highly skilled, friendly, and extremely hard working. I was amazed they were able to accomplish the task in that amount of time. They did a masterful job of keeping the property neat and free from debris as they worked. They put in 12 or more hours a day! Clay was the project supervisor, and Orlando was the team manager. Both did an outstanding job making sure everything was organized and done to our expectations. They asked multiple times if there was anything we wanted changed or done differently.
Sadly, two special rhododendrons I planted in memory of my parents were damaged. Jared and Clay made sure they were replaced, no questions asked. Which I deeply appreciated. The gutters and downspouts were put back on in better shape than when they were removed and a piece of siding had blown off in the high winds. Jarad came back out and reattached it on his own time. Jared and everyone involved were on top of all aspects of the job. They both returned upon completion for a final inspection and made sure all work had been completed to our standards and satisfaction. A pleasant, appreciated, and unusual scenario in today’s environment.
Our next project is new siding, and, without a doubt, Premier Roofing will be doing the job. Not going to even consider anyone else. As I initially stated, I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and service we received from Premier Roofing. I HIGHLY, HIGLHY recommend them! And coming from me, that is a MAJOR recommendation. Tour de Force to all from Premier Roofing!

Would highly recommend. After strong winds took half the shingles off my pole barn, I called Jim Kelly with Premier. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable about what the job would take. I was first impressed with the price but then I was blown away by how fast the job got done. The roof looks amazing! The crew had the new shingles on in a day and they didn't leave a mess behind.

David Gater with Premier Roofing and Exteriors, LLC went above and beyond to meet our needs. Overnight a neighbor's tree crashed onto our house a week before we were leaving on extended vacation. David came out that morning to assess and helped get everything organized. He inspected, and he and I concluded repairs could wait as no leaks would occur. He was professional, organized, helpful and extremely reliable. We/he worked together with the insurance inspector even while we were gone. Upon return David had the excellent roofing and siding teams out immediately. Both crews were excellent...great workers, skilled and cleaned up well.
Premier and David even honored a roof warranty from the previous owners and came out immediately on a prior occasion for a minor need earlier in the year. Excellent!

Very helpful, and provided a free temporary fix for loose shingles that were improperly installed by the previous homeowner. Gave very clear and detailed info on what the issue is, and what is needed to fix it long-term.

I don't know how you got so many stars if you treat people the way you treated me good luck. 25 thousand dollar job you lost because I daired to ask what time your sales person was coming . We just had our roof redone this week and I am AMAZED at how seamless the process was and how kind and professional the entire team was. Had I not seen the scores of people on my roof when I left for work, I would have never believed the manpower they put into the project because when I got home everything was spotless and our roof was beautifully redone! They are efficient, they are conscientious, and they do amazing work! I am so happy with how the roof looks!

I will also say- from a parenting perspective- the team was incredibly friendly when I brought my one year old outside to look at what all the noise was. She got lots of waves :). The neighborhood kids were also highly entertained. Not everyday you see grown ups on a roof!

Also, despite working around weather challenges, a complete deck over and beautiful new roof were put on both our house and garage in only one day, the Premier crew we had working very hard and efficiently, and cleaning up afterward. Plus, both Austin, our sales rep, and Kyle, our project manger, returned to do an inspection to make sure everything was done properly, with extra attention paid to not leaving any stray nails behind! (I appreciated all their efforts in helping us.) Premier also offers a lifetime workmanship warranty which is another reason I am glad I picked them! It makes a difference when there is a feeling of trust!

This is the best experience I’ve had with any contractor! Austin came out promptly after I had wind damage to my roof, patched it and got my insurance co to buy me a whole new roof! The communication throughout the process was exceptional. The crew did a fantastic job, were efficient, courteous, and the clean up was spotless. I would highly recommend.

I am thrilled with the work by Premier. New roof, gutters with covers and downspouts. Nine team members showed up yesterday at 7:15 am and worked until they left at 7:30 pm. Nate with Premier Roofing and Exteriors was amazing to deal with after our roof was damaged in a storm. He was able to fit us in same day and he kept us in the loop the entire time. Additionally he was very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance claim as well.

Premier roofing did a great job with our roof. It started with Andrew coming over and inspecting our old roof and suggesting what we should do, he had gave us a great quote and answered all of our questions. There was great communication throughout the whole process Tim our contractor came when they dropped off supplies and communicated during every step and any issues they came across during the process. I would really only suggest premier roofing for anyone in my family or friends.

I was driving down the highway when my tire blew on the camper. I was scared and didn't know what to do. Had no tools. Ben and Dana stopped and helped me put a new tire on the camper. Im at a loss for words with their kindness. I tried to pay them but the wouldn't take a dime. If this is the kind of kindness that Premier employees show I ca only imagine how well they would treat my home!

I was unable to get the day off to watch the progress of the roofers on my home but my daughter was home and she said they were very professional about The way they approached things They we're very conscientious of the retrieval of nails because of pets in the home I couldn't be happier with the outcome and all of the superintendent's sales personnel and delivery people stayed in communication with me even while I was at work I would recommend Premier to my most critical friends without hesitation

I'm so fortunate to get the top roofing company in my area to do my reroof. The . Maintenance on my 70+ year old metal roof was too much for me to keep up with. The professionals at Premier Roofing recommended a complete tear off down to the original deck, then redeck with OSB and install top quality shingles. They took on this tough project with a highly skilled team, to complete it in only two days! Their crew came at the start of the day, prepared for any setbacks due to weather or any other unforeseen things that they often encounter.
