I have had the pleasure of utilizing premier twice. Only because of mother nature. Both times have been an enjoyable experience. Mike makes the experience a very painless experience. He always answers questions in a timely manner. The man has a great mannerisms and personality. He is just a joy to work with. And Andrea’s and his crew are pretty amazing group of people. They do great work. They are punctual and they are very thorough. Make sure there is no mess and no extra nail on the ground. I have to say Mike makes so easy as he deals with all the paperwork and the insurance company. The crew the scheduling. It really is painless. Getting a new roof in a short period of time is not what I wanted to do. But Mike and premier make the whole issue so much easier. Austin came out to our house to look at our roof and gutters. He said out roof looked good no damage but the caulking in the corner of the gutters was missing, and thats why the gutters were leaking everywhere. He put some caulking in the corners and we haven't had any problems since.

Great guys, did great work during the huge hailstorm that hit us back in 2024. Huge roof replacement job and they were more than patient and helpful when it came to helping us get the insurance company to compensate them for their work. Very professional helping us get those checks and waiting for us to get everything done. Highly recommend!

Had premier restoration replace my roof after a hail storm last year. Directly dealt with Austin through the process. He was always in contact with me, communicating with the insurance company. A lot of the insurance paperwork was very hard to understand be he was able to walk to though it and answer all of my questions. Will definitely give them a call for future work around the house.

I was in dire need of getting my roof done with having three layers of shingles and weather damage. It was time I had spoke with several different other roofing companies and almost went with one, but they were just trying to do the basic and when I asked for the upgraded shingles, he said that that’s not what my insurance covered then I asked about the gutters and he said they weren’t covering that either. Then I met with Premier restoration and construction and had the pleasure of working with Austin. He’s the one who handled our roof and let me tell you this company went above and beyond they got the upgraded shingles, all new decking, and gutters and vents as well they were punctual, professional, and clean up was great couldn’t even tell they were there! I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone in the market for getting there roof done these guys are top-tier in my book !

Roof leak caused about $20,000 worth of damage to my mountain cabin, mostly covered by insurance. Premier Solutions is a great company to work with. At first I did not really know who to go with as I had dozen companies knocking at my door for a roof quote. None stuck out, and I was worried I would get scammed. My worries were dispelled after talking to Angel at Premier Solutions. Angel was really easy going and friendly. He ensured everything that was damaged would get fixed. They started working without the first payment until the roof was repaired. Angel also helped get me in touch with other vendors on work I needed to get done outside of the hail damage. Every concern I had Angel immediately took care of it. They restored my house to like new again. Workmanship was definitely excellent. The company did not cut corners for profit. I highly recommend Premier Solutions, and ask for Angel.

Starting with arriving in the early morning, working all day in very cold weather, all the way until dark, the crew of Premier Restoration & Construction did a fantastic job. I was kept informed regular of their progress all through the day until they finished. My biggest concern was how well they would cleanup after they finished. I have a new roof and you would never know they had been there. The crew, all of them, kept picking up all day long, rotating from roof to ground. Such a fine, dedicated crew. The down side is, the job done, I most likely will never see them again, but I shall always hold the crew and company in very high regard. Thanks Premier Restoration & Construction and Andres' crew!

When Mike can to our door and offered to help us with our hail damaged roof, we were hesitant to use someone going door to door. Boy were we wrong! Mike was so helpful, professional and really went to bat for us. He wanted no money up front and no contract signed. That type of integrity does not exist in this business. He fought with our insurance company and got us twice as much as the adjuster was willing to pay. Even though he was only there for our roof, he was able to get us compensation for other damage to our property that we didn’t realize was possible. He deserves more than 5 stars!

Premier Restoration and Construction gave me a cold call to see if I would like them to make an judgement about the condition of my roof and if it needed work, an estimate. They assigned the job to a person named Angel. Angel said he would call on the way to my house. Angel did not call, but apparently showed up to my house where I was unable to hear him at the door. Angel called me after he left the house, which was still before the agreed upon appointment time. He asked if he could reschedule, and I said no, then he asked if he could call me after his next appointment. I said sure. I didn't receive a call until the next morning, at which point I told Angel that they had lost the opportunity to secure my business. At that point Angel decided to get verbally abusive over the phone and send nasty text messages and continue to call me with threats to come back to my house, not to work, but to inflict violence. I wouldn't have this company near my place, and I wouldn't let Angel out in polite society. Bad bad bad. Stay away.
