Everyone on the Premier Pacific Roofing team were great to work with and were patient with all my questions during the process. The roofers worked long days to finish the roof before it rained and every evening they cleaned up the site before they left. They also took extra care not to damage a new section of lawn and several old cement planters I had on my patio. They did a great job.

Premier Pacific Roofing replaced my very old roof. The shingle they recommended is higher quality that those pitched by the other 2 companies I spoke with yet they came in with the lowest price of all three. I had some questions about the process and they worked with me until I felt I understood and listened to. The crew that worked on my roof were the nicest people and so was the project manager and the sales rep- who, incidentally, nailed exactly what I wanted from the beginning. Don't be afraid to ask questions or bring up issues- this company is top notch.

As a general contractor, we've partnered with Premier Pacific Roofing as our preferred trade partner for the majority of our roof replacement projects. In the fall of 2023, we reached out to Premier Pacific Roofing (PPR) in view of replacing our 30 year old composite shingles roof. Our house is in White Salmon and PPR had been recommended to us by friends in Hood River.

Saul Ramos arrived on schedule, inspected our roof, took pictures and measurements. We discussed composite shingles vs standing seam metal roofing, and requested a bid for both options. We were impressed: Saul was very professional and sent us a detailed bid within a couple of days. We selected the metal option due to the potential severity of winters in the Central Columbia Gorge area.

The project was started in September 2024. When I returned home from a work trip, the PPR crew was on site, already hard at work. I met the leader, Miguel, a very experienced carpenter, and his teammates, Leo and Martin. After watching them work for 15 minutes, it was obvious we had an awesome crew working on our house. They were extremely efficient, precise, took great care of protecting our landscaping and collecting all debris and roof nails from the surrounding of the house.

Several times during the project, Quality Control PPR representatives stopped by to look at the progress, coordinate with Miguel, and answer any questions.

This project was completed on schedule and on cost. The result was a superb standing seam metal roof and new gutters that changed the appearance of our house. It has performed very well so far this winter.

For us, this project was a complete success and we can only strongly recommend Premier Pacific Roofing.

We had several roofing companies come out to assess my roof which needed replacing. Out of all of them, Chris from Premier Roofing was outstanding. He thoroughly inspected the roof, inside and out, and addressed all of our concerns. He was honest, thorough, friendly, cheerful and genuinely seemed to care. The quote was reasonable, in fact, it came in below other quotes we had. I don't think I could have done better. They told me things I should get done, and things that can wait, or are unnecessary. I could not recommend Chris or his company more highly.

PPR were really great! They installed a new metal roof for us this summer. Everything is going great, no issues at all as we move into winter.

During the work everyone we interacted with at PPR was professional and polite. The crew onsite was accommodating and left our yard cleaner than they found it on multiple days. We even told them they didn't have to! Their quality control was excellent. The QC inspectors came regularly and even sent the crew back to rework something without added cost. We’ve worked with PPR for the last year. They communicated and coordinated with our other contractors to ensure all the aspects of roof repair, gutter repair were done in a timely manner. Estimates were clearly defined, well priced and provided extensive before and after photos detailing all completed work. Their roofing specialists were respectful of property, professional and polite. They did extensive cleaning around the perimeter of the house during and after. The entire PPR crew did an excellent job on our project. Augustin and his guys were always on time, worked hard on a difficult pitch and met the schedule for completion. Saul worked with us during the bid stage to help us get the project designed the way we wanted it, and their followup on some minor damages to a neighbor's house was prompt and efficient. We had good communication with the estimator, and thought the company was very professional. Great value as compared to other independent estimates! After they finished, they dropped by to do some touch ups without any trouble.

Recently, we had some contractors over for some unrelated work, and they enthusiastically commented on the high quality installation! Glad we chose this local firm. :)

We had three companies out to offer us bids. Premier Pacific was the first company to come out. I thought Victor was professional, and they ended up being the lowest price (which wasn't the number one criteria).
They tackled the project during a heat spell, but still put in full days. There were a few "issues", but they brought almost all of them to my attention. They made everything right.
Overall, I am pleased. They did what they said, cleaned up after themselves, and got the project done in a timely manner.

Excellent job installing a new composite roof. Professional, on time, and courteous. Good clean up when finished. I would definitely recommend these guys.

They rebuilt our chimney and installed a new large skylight with some unusual specifications, and they nailed it. Nice guys, hard workers. At one point I noticed an error in one part of the frame and they gladly redid it, no questions.

They came in slightly cheaper than our other two bids and they asked some smart questions that the others didn't. Woo!

I was given good information and a fair estimate from the start. The crew did a great job and repairs were done for a reasonable fee. My gutters look very nice.

My house needed a new roof. So, I contacted seven 5-star rated roofing companies, and each sent a representative to my house. I hired Premier Pacific Roofing, Inc. (PPR). Let me tell you why you should hire them, too.

Of the seven representatives, only two actually climbed on to the highly pitched roof to assess the condition. Given the pitch, there is no way to truly assess its condition unless you get on the roof. These two reps took photos to show what they found. PPR’s representative, Jorge Parra Duarte, climbed on the roof and his photos, assessment and explanation of the roof’s condition were thorough. Absolutely superior to the six other assessments.

Of the seven reps, only PPR’s rep, Jorge, was able to say who manufactured the shingles, the product line, and color. Perhaps the other reps could have provided the information with a little due diligence. Additionally, PPR did not install the 20-year-old existing roof on my house, but one of the other six companies did.

When meeting with each rep, I had specific requests that were atypical for the region in terms of ice and water protection, the number of nails per shingle, etc. Several reps simply delivered their standard estimate, failing to include any or all of the “extras’ I requested. PPR’s rep included all of the “extras” I requested. PPR’s estimate was by far the most detailed, specific and thorough. Price was important but not the only factor. PPR’s estimate was not the most nor least expensive bid.

Prior to the start date, Danny Escalante, PPR’s Production Coordinator, reached out by phone and follow-up emails to explain the project timeline and details. PPR’s roofing team Mynor Cifuentes, Rudy Cifuentes, and Rony Rodriguez showed up on time, every day and started working immediately. They worked extremely hard and cleaned up around my house at the end of each day so well that it looked better than when they showed up the first day. I was amazed at the lengths they took to protect the house and the grounds. Felix Franco and Agustin Garcia, Quality Control Managers, stopped by on the first day and periodically throughout the installation to assess progress and quality of the installation. Additionally, Jorge Parra Duarte stopped by the first day, which I appreciated. Francisco Mejia put the finishing touches on the roof after Felix’s final walk through and assessment. Each of these individuals was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and positive.

I trusted Jorge and his colleagues at PPR. They lived up to the contract and followed through on everything. The end result is we have a new roof that looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased to have found a company with employees who live up to their word and commitments. If you need a new roof, hire PPR. You will never, ever regret it.

I was very pleased with the job Premier did replacing my roof, They had tioremove two layers of old roofing. It was all done with efficiency and clean up was good. In fact, one of the owners came to my home once they were finished to check on the yard clean-up and make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

The PPR team was really super to work with! Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions as they came. The weather kept causing delays, but their communication and planning were great so there were no surprises or problems.

The app they use for tracking the project status was so helpful, because I could see the day's progress even though I was remote due to work.

The PPR team installed 6K gutters with max flow outlets and 3X4 corrugated downspouts with cleanouts. Did thorough work and we are very happy with the results.

Premier Pacific roofing was quick to respond to my request to fix the flashing around the chimney on our house. It was leaking into the attic and they came out within a day or so and we’re very pleasant and did a wonderful job.

Just survived a 3ft x 150-200 ft Doug fir blow down during brutal recent storm. Damage for sure, but with the previous skip-sheating & cedar roof that was there about 1 yr ago we would have been dead meat.

My pleasant experience working with Premier Pacific Roofing Started from the moment I frantically called the company when I realized my roof was leaking. Juan came out to check on the roof (on his day off) and set me up for the best and worst case scenario. He was able to provide me the solutions I need within my budget. I got total of 3 quotes but Juan is the only suggested a metal roof due to low pitch of the roof.

Time to complete the project is off due to raining season and waiting for metal panels to arrive but I was updated in a very timely manner. There were a few hiccups along the way but they immediately remedy the issues. I will definitely work with them again if I have to replace my roof for my rental property.

PPR installed a metal and asphalt roof replacement. Very processional offering me the 3 requested bids styles including material samples. The tradesmen were on-time and worked in calamitic weather to get the job completed with minimal downtime. The roof looks and functions perfectly. A very happy customer; I highly recommend.

PPR provided a quote working with additional needs related to but not directly the roof. One week later they were working on the roof even with significant heat. There were some needed after work adjustments needed and their quality crew were on top of it getting everything addressed. I recommend for others their good work and follow up as well.

PPR was very responsive while requesting a quote ; Jorge did a very detailed evaluation by checking our attics as well as the roof to confirm the roof conditions and check any possible leak for us. He honestly shared his opinion on our roof and give us a fair quote on it. Due to our home project priority planning, we might not replace our roof this year, but if I am replacing my roof, I will hire PPF.

They did a very good job on our very, very complex roof. They needed to replace a fair amount of decking and fascia and they did this at a reasonable cost. In addition they coordinated to get all gutters installed. We changed out 10 skylights which needed drywall repairs because of the old design. The quality control person came out and made sure the drywall was also completed. The crew was nice and worked a lot of long days. It wasn't cheap but I do feel it was a good price for the amount of work. Only downside it I am still finding the occasional screw/nail around the house but that is not that surprising. I would hire them again if we decide to change the garage.
