Service was great! Technician was available on the same day as my call and arrived at the scheduled time. Price was reasonable and an accurate estimate was provided before the work was completed.

While this company did send someone to do a simple repair on my AC unit, I think the price gouging is really bad. I was quoted $95 for a service call. The repairman came out, replaced a contactor (which costs about $30 at the most), and a few wires, taking about an hour of labor. My bill was $430. I should have asked before he started working what this was going to cost. So, buyer beware!

We have called on Jesus a number of times to inspect the HVAC systems of homes we were buying—- always good to do if the system is over 10 years old! He is always on time, very thorough, and always recommends what you do need and nothing you don’t. We recommend him highly.

Buying a house. Jesus’ team did a last minute inspection for us. Very timely and responsive, on a Friday afternoon, no less! We can’t ask for more, and Premier will be providing our service as homeowners.

Was scheduled for a quote on 14 August 20024 at 1600-1630 with Jesus Hidalgo. Jesus was a no show and did not call to inform me he would not be able to show up. I cleared my schedule to meet this appointment but was left hanging. Be cautious when scheduling an appointment with this company. He will not show up or even give a courtesy call that he will not be able to make the appointment.

I contacted Premier HVAC Services via their text within their website. I got an answer from their tech within minutes. They were able to schedule my job that day. The blower had to be replaced. They found 1 in El Paso. My system is up and running sooner than they said they could get back. I am very satisfied. I will used Premier HVAC Services again.

The owner came to our house he was very knowledgeable and he even arrived early. He did the repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend him to everyone needing Air Conditioning service.

This is a truly local, family-owned business which means Jesus and his team have a vested interest in his neighbors - AND IT SHOWS! They were courteous and kind, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to obtain precise home measurements to ensure a custom system and precise system sizing to meet our needs. Jesus took the time to pick out a simple but rock-solid thermostat and took the time to show my elderly mother how to use it. Their work was clean and thorough and they even sealed an unrelated roof duct at my request with the materials on hand. I would recommend Jesus to all who are unsure about who to call for quick and knowledgeable HVAC services!
