Vanessa and her team were great and she explained everything we needed for a new roof on our condo building. She was thorough, transparent, and more than fair! She was upfront when she presented the proposal that there might be added costs when the roof is torn off and some common reasons why, and when there were some minor added costs due to rotted plywood and rafters, she made sure to come by and show me the damage and why it needed to be replaced. There were no surprises and the crew did a great job-they were professional, clean, and timely!! Our HOA was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Premier Group! Thanks Vanessa!

I used Premier Group for both my business and my home. From the business side, they handled everything. From initial damage assessment, helping us file a claim, worked with our insurance company to find a resolution, and even oversaw construction. For my home, I had an issue pop up late on a Friday, Premier sent someone out same day and was able to get my problem resolved quickly. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. Will definitely use them again in the future. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, and professional.

With-in the same morning we contacted 4 roofers for a hail damage roof. Premier Group was the only company that returned our call that day. The other roofers took 4-5 days or not at all to get back to us. They came out for an estimate a few days later. Premier uses a public adjuster, who is someone that will go to your insurance company for you to get the highest price to cover your loss. Not only did we get a full new roof but it was determined that we need to replace the siding too. After meeting with the owner, Gabriel, our go to guy was Ethan. For us this was a big project. To remove all of our roofing and siding. Premier suggested to replace our aluminum siding with James Hardie Board. After researching the product, we took their suggestion. Everything turned out great and we love our new looking home. Ethan, our guy, was available basically 24/7. He worked with the production team to get everything order and answer all our questions and concerns. Once the work started, everything was done in a timely manner. We found them to be professional and easy to work with. Even after the project was done Ethan came back to check on our satisfaction. Who does that nowadays? The company gives you warranties for all their work. Hardie Board was an upgrade for us, out of pocket we only paid our deductible. If you go with Premier you'll be in good hands. I would ask for Ethan.

I had roof damage and met with Ethan who walked me through all of my options. He took over working directly with my insurance to get a new assessment with my insurance company in order to show more damage than originally documented by insurance. He was able to work with them to get my full roof covered. He communicated with me ever step of the way and saved me a lot of money and stress. While the process took a long time (thanks insurance) it was well worth it. The next time I have a roof issue, I will go directly to Ethan as I don't think there is a better contact to work with to make sure I am well informed on options and that actions will be taken with my best interest in mind. Ethan made the stressful and potentially expensive situation much easier.

We suffered serious structural damage to our condominium. Premier’s team worked diligently with our structural engineer to find the problems and fix them. It was an extraordinary situation that they handled extraordinarily well.

We've been working with Premier Group for the last couple of years and they are the best company, by far. They are professional, timely, hard working and really do great work. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work they've done for our home from our roof to our siding. We need to call out specifically Sandra, who is prompt and kind in getting the crew out to us when we need help in getting repairs. SHE IS THE BEST!!! She answers our calls no matter what time it is. Also, Joe who was our foreman. He was super friendly and the crew he brought with him was also great. We have been extremely happy with this company. If there was a zero star rating i would have selected that! First appointment set for 8am didnt get a call until 2 1/2 hours later telling us they have to reschedule our 1pm appointment for another day, smh. Then all the supplies dropped off previous to our initial appointment sat all over for over a week in the rain. Plywood and all. Then waited almost 2 hours late for the second appointment after calling and making sure the company had all communicated the correct time. Then calling after waiting and the company didnt know where they were and then said they were a half hour away. When they finally got here 2 of the younger men decided to wrestle in my driveway. I went outside and not one of the workers spoke any English at all! After a waiting to speak with someone finally someone who spoke english tells me they can not do all that was quoted. Finally after several calls back and forth with the office finally said they can. The 2 hours later call us back to say they need more plywood and charge $150 a sheet of plywood and we needed 3 more. So additional charge! And. When the job was done they wouldn’t leave the extra bundle of shingles we paid for until i argued. Never again!! Worst experience!

This company went more than out of there way to help accommodate our budget and get us what we needed to get the job complete, Vanessa went as far as helping me go over my insurance policy , and my financing application, and assisted us with finding other measure to get the project complete. After reviewing other estimates and the amount of work other companies where willing to do was minimal to what Premier was offering, Hands down great company and as soon as my financial situation becomes stable once again I will be calling Vanessa at Premier to get my project complete. She made herself available to answer any and all question even though she was not on the clock. The team who worked and completed the project did so in a very professional and efficient manner. At this time the only service I have recieved is a free estimate for siding installation.
The estimator was "Vanessa" and she arrived on time and called me a half hour before arrival (as was previously agreed) was courteous, explained herself very well and in my opinion was knowledgeable of her job. She answered my questions and showed concern for my opinions. Bottom line is I'm satisfied with the way she handled this appointment with me. She seems very professional. I give her 5 out of 5 stars.

What a great company and great Team; they helped me more than I expected, they were very professional, and the quality of work is the best! Thank you for all your help.

The relationship with Premier started out most favorably. I actually spoke to the owner Gabriel who gave me an education about the use of a licensed public adjuster. Things started to go south when we worked with a person who is now a former employee. R (the former employee) came out with a team who inspected in the late spring. He provided us with a quote for intermittent repair (the first part of their process) and asked that we sign the public adjuster agreement. We went away for a holiday in May happy that we had found such a great company. That didn’t last long. Turns out that R had separated from the company (which is why we couldn’t reach him by email or by phone) but nobody notified us. By June/July we were getting concerned and were finally able to reach someone in the main office who explained the employee was no longer there. So we started over with a new manager after a serious conversation with the owner (or at least I think he was). M (the new manager assigned) never came out, relied on pictures taken by R and then informed us that he doubted that this was a good fit for the process of challenging the insurance company. He stated that he wanted to check with “another person they worked with”. Sure enough, today we got an email saying that it wasn’t a good fit. I had asked for a repair estimate which seemed reasonable but the replacement cost was ridiculous! So why am I rating them a 3? Because we wasted 4 months due to their internal problems and frankly all Miguel seemed to be interested in was how much money we were willing to spend. He promised 3 quotes: mitigate (hold us for a few years), mid level (4-10 years) or “the Cadillac version). I got two quotes instead of the 3 promised. I would rate them a 0 if I could but I know those ratings on Google can hurt a business and that is not my goal. Zero would not be for the quality of their work but for the way in which this whole scenario was handled. How can one employee quote half of what another does? We wasted time and energy dealing with them and now we’re in a crunch to get this done before the weather breaks. I can’t speak to the quality of their work but our experience as a prospective customer was less than satisfactory to say the least. I know that they are in business to make money and to be clear Gabriel NEVER promised that we would qualify for the insurance claim challenge process. I get that. I also say that we shouldn’t have had to chase them down to get to the bottom of what was going on. I’d ask a lot of questions about their capacity before committing to this company. And yes, we selected them because of so may positive reviews. Hopefully our experience was just a blip—not their norm.
