The work that needed to be done was a complete tear off and replacement of our roof.
Their work was completed in one day, their clean up was amazing, we had no complaints from our tenants and when folks returned back home in the afternoon, there was no trace that anyone had been there to do any work, Until we actually took a look at the roof.
We highly recommend Mikolaj and his associates were awesome! We certainly have them in mind for other future projects

The cedar siding edges near the ground at our home had deteriorated over. I was worried we would have to replace sections of siding.
Elite came up with an excellent long term solution that I am very pleased with. Their technicians were proficient and courteous.
At the end of the project I was given a 5 year warranty on the work (unexpected).

Elite Exteriors replaced my roof on my garage and did a excellent job. They came on the day that they promised , and the workers were neat and clean on the job.I had siding installed on the garage 1 year before by another company of which the fascia has some wrinkles. They would not come out to repair it. The owner of Elite said he would take care of the repair and he did. I would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors. Great people to deal with.

I had a terrible experience with this company.Too many negative things to list. Best advice I could give is to find a Roofing company that does not own a adjusting company as well it should be illegal, as it's a conflict of interest. Don't believe these five star reviews that you're reading. It was a total nightmare. Should have listened to my wife, She did not like nor trust their company from the day they came to our house as Elite Adjustors stating as I was told, "Your roof is in bad shape, it's like 99% sure of completely being for paid by your insurance." Their roofers were anything but skill trades, absolutely nothing showed that they were skilled trained professional carpenters.Or roofers, I watched them make mistake after mistake running out of material and/or not the correct material to complete the job had to come back. do yourself a favor and stay away.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Roofing for the renovation of my roof, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Not only did they handle the renovation with precision and professionalism, but they also made the process smooth and hassle-free by working directly with my insurance. Their team ensured that everything was taken care of, from coordinating the claim to completing the job on time and within the agreed budget.

We had a steep-pitched roof and gutters replaced at one of our investment properties. One face of the roof and gutter was a real challenge due to proximity to the neighbor's home. While another contractor was going to just add a second layer of shingles over the one existing layer, Miko noted that the roof sheeting underneath was too thin for the rafter spacing, causing the roof surface to be wavy. Elite replaced the sheeting with the correct thickness, put new architectural shingles, and replaced the gutters at a very competitive price compared to the other contractor. The job was done very quickly, in spite of the very hot weather. Clean-up of the property was excellent, and the roof looks great! Excellent job, Elite!

Elite Exteriors assisted with the insurance claim and once approved, I hired them to do a rear off roof and install new shingles. Elite did a great job fixing the storm damage on our house! Our siding was discontinued and the color was very hard to match, but they were able to find it! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Elite Exteriors was great. Initially we called due to roof piece flying off in a storm last year. They were able to come out immediately, fixed it and then when I replaced the roof the next summer they applied the fix cost to the replacement cost. Next winter our awning fell - the matched the siding and had if fixed in no time. They have been great!!

I discovered a leak inside my home after some heavy rain. I called a few places and Elite Exteriors gave me a reasonable quote to replace the flashing around my chimney. They came out quickly and took care of the issue right away. Staff was very friendly. Thank you guys again!

I called for a quote for a job. An appointment was made. The rep called twice on the day of appointment but didn’t show up at all. The rep called again to say that he was able to still provide a ‘report’. I haven’t received it. Totally wasted my time. I guess because the job required was not going to use insurance? I would not recommend.

Miko and his crew were recommended by another professional that has done work on our home.
They came on time, tore off my old roof, replaced with a new roof, we're clean and neat, even used a contraption to make sure no nails were left behind. Miko gave me a good honest quote, performed the work he said he would in a timely fashion. He even called after a storm to make sure we had no problems, we did not.
Elite has also corrected a balcony problem that I had, which caused a leak in my screen porch. He is the only person that took the time to analyze the problem and figure out a solution. I have recommended Miko to my family and friends.
