Premier General Contracting

PGC remodeled our bathroom in 2022. They corrected a shower leak in October 2023. We have other concerns with the quality and appearance of work done. We have contacted them more than a few times, sent pictures, pointed out the issues to members of their crew and still no effort made for a resolution.
EDIT: Current photo of shower installed in September 2022. Warranty work on water leak done 4+ times through October 2023. Still leaking.

After removing a wall in our home, the ceiling above started to bow and would eventually collapse if not fixed.

I contacted PGC, they promptly sent an estimator out for a quote. After accepting the bid, they sent Zach to complete the repairs.

Zach was fantastic! He came up with a game plan and executed it flawlessly. He was courteous, polite, and also worked around our schedule when we needed. He was also in constant contact with us throughout the project. I would definitely recommend PGC and Zach for any home repair/improvement you could need.

Company is very well rounded with their work. They have a huge variety of what they can do. Great group of guys that are very knowledgeable to say the least. The remodeled my kitchen & I was over the top happy with the end result. The crew showed up on time everyday, management stayed in contact with me often with updates. Would recommend this team to anyone.

Very poor communication, poor quality of work. Left vanity shimmed up with a board, flooring is now cracking, outlets jagged and not smoothed out. Areas around baseboards cracking. Work finished 3 months ago. Will not use again or recommend. Updating a little over two years later. Flooring is trash because they did not level the base floor before installing. They also ruined our heat/AC unit by not properly ventilating the basement remodel and allowed it to run while they had dust in the air instead of using proper ventilation. Plumbers have been here since the remodel because they painted our ceilings and have basically “froze” a main shut off valve in its place. Their mistakes have cost as much as the remodel! How about instead of saying if I use you again I will get 5 stars and come back and make this horrible job better on your own without me having to leave bad reviews to get it done! How about I give you the invoices from the businesses who are competent and you reimburse me for what I have paid to fix your mistakes? This remodel has cost me twice as much because it wasn’t done correctly in the first place. I don’t even give 1 star!! 0 star all day long!

Contractors that actually show up to do a job are difficult to find these days. I’m grateful that they kept their word and made a repair that I desperately needed. Their work is good quality and I plan on using them for all of my future remodeling.

I highly recommend Premier General Contracting. We needed a window replaced for 3 years. After calling numerous contractors who either never called back or said they’d do it, but never showed up, we found PGC. They responded immediately and were eager to help. They were easy to work with and very professional.

We have had PGC do several projects for us. They have repaired a wash out/water issue in our driveway, replaced a double door fence section, fixed a drainage issue in our yard and the latest project was to totally redo our deck and make it a screened in, mosquito free dream! It is incredibly beautiful!
