This post is in regards to service performed on 04/13/25 for a clogged kitchen drain at my apartment. Maintenance had been out twice in less than 24 hours but couldn’t solve the issue. Premier was called. Davion was the plumber. He arrived promptly, diagnosed and corrected the issue. He was fast, competent, professional, respectful, and kind. I would recommend this plumber specifically and based on his performance would recommend this company. Thank you!

I would never have thought that having a heater motor replaced could have been such an easy and pleasurable experience. VT, from Premier Building Services, was exceptional! Everything got completed with ease and excellence. Thank you VT for also educating me. Thank you also Linda, the office manager. You were so helpful.

We were referred to Premier Building Services by a General Contractor we are working with, and I read the positive reviews online. So it saddens me to write this review. Our experience was not good.

I called for an estimate for a garbage disposal install and they casually gave me an estimate over the phone: $500. At the time that amount seemed reasonable. I was not informed of their additional "service fee" PLUS their 2 hour minimum billed at $165 per hour-- above the cost of that estimate.

The plumber arrived 2 hours late for a routine garbage disposal installation. He then left for what seemed like a common part a plumber should have and he didn't return for hours. Ultimately the garbage disposal did get installed, but the bill came in at over $1200.

When we questioned it, the plumber charged us for the hours he was away from the house shopping for the flange (5 hours).

When I called to dispute the bill and asked to speak to the owner Ceasar, I was unable to get through to him and ended up talking with Linda, the office manager. She then told me about the 2 hour labor min. billed at $165 per hour in addition to the quoted job fee. She also could not explain why the plumber would bill for hours away from the house.

Bottom line, I felt taken advantage of. We have had other sub contractors to our home since we purchased the property and have had no problems. Everyone has been on time, professional, transparent with fees and very informative. I'd call all of them back for more work in the future.

But not Premier. The entire experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I have shared this with the GC who made the referral. I took a day and thought about what happened... before publishing this review, but I think that homeowners need to know and at the very least, push for a customized estimate based on your particular job. It would take a little longer, but you'd NOT get surprise billing which felt like a bait a switch and left me feeling taken advantage of.

I just witnessed one of their vans, cross the white lanes illegally into the express lane. Despite me driving quite quickly ride my ass, flash their lights and ride everyone else's ass down 70, 225 onto Alameda. Not a good luck for a business. If you can't get you work done quickly enough that is not reason enough to endanger those around you. Patience is free friends. Safety first !

VT was very efficient, thorough and personable. He took the time and effort to repair the heating issue. He was very pleasant to work with. He was concerned enough to make sure the heat was still working that he called to confirm everything was good. Thank you, VT!

VT came out and is very friendly and professional, he addressed the issue right away and had us up and running quickly!

I had the most amazing experience Friday and Today (1/06/25). VT serviced my baseboard heating system. I had been without heat for about two weeks. He was thorough and efficient with his troubleshooting. He was able to determine what the problem was quickly, corrected the problem and then checked back in to determine if the system was operating correctly (it is, the solution was a transformer). He is very professional, demonstrates high skill level and has great people skills. It shows that he likes his job and career. VT is a huge asset to his company considering the challenges of finding employees that are motivated, patient and engaged.I can’t say thank you enough VT. It has been a pleasure meeting you and I will be referring you to my realtor friends as a go to option for heating issues

Don’t search for any other company! They are the true Deal! Professional and kind :D one of their tech guys VT was amazing and did the job in no time ! Plus he was so kind to to explain the whole process and make the whole thing very simple for me but also to my not so easy to understand rental manager and property. Efficient and good solid quality expert work ! Also front ladies ( I only spoke to them via phone when they contacted me to schedule the work ) they were very polite and friendly ;)

Recently, I had an issue with not having hot water in my shower so that’s when I found Ismael from Premier Building Services, and I have to say it was one of the best experience I had he was very friendly, very professional, clean up all the mess and has very great customer service i would recommend everyone to call Ismael if anything is broken.

Had a water heater go out on us unexpectedly and was able to have a service member (Ismael) out to assist within just a few hours. He was great in instructing me what sort of water heater to purchase and where, so that we could save a little money, and took care of installation in just a few short hours. My heating during the colder months stopped working and thanks to Premier, they were able to get the problem fixed and the heating working quickly but also adorably.

I once lived in a house before premier building services LLC and it was always either too hot or too cold. After their services my house has a climate that is always where I need it to be at the tip of my fingers. It doesn’t smell dusty like it used to and all of the folks who were at my service were extremely helpful and friendly. It really doesn’t get easier than this. I cannot imagine life with out my dear Premier Building Service LLC. I love Premier Bulding Service LLC.

Our water heater recently broke and I freaked out so I had called Premier and they came out and helped us. They were very informative and patient. Explained everything to me and fixed our water heater within a decent timeframe . The whole process from calling and having someone come out to us went smoothly.

I had a leak on the back flow of my springler line. I called Premier for quote and servece date. We managed to agree to service date. Ismael was the tech that came over. He explaine the problem, helped me shut off the main valve inside house. He was efficient and proffesional.

We recently bought a house and we hade so issue with out down stairs bathroom sink was leaking and we had to replace a toilet. We made some calls to some friends and they recommended to call Premier which we did they sent down Ismael and let me tell he did an awesome job! Everything was done quickly! Definitely recommend this company. If your needing work done I would recommend Ismael. he came out to our town home because one of our pipes burst. He was very knowledgeable and reliable. He made sure to let us know what was wrong and what was going to be replaced. He was fast and efficient. We didn’t need to wait for hours and had our water back up and running in no time. Had another company come out for a back up job service in my home.Where they only had fix problem while being in my home after few hours same issues. Thats when I decide to call premier. When the tech arived he was very polite and took note of what the issues was . Ismael explained what was need to be done and have issues resolved and that it was great service and done right the first time. Thank you to Ismael and the premier team for your services!!

I called premier and wanted to replace 4 toilets , 2 angle stops and Ismael was the one who came out, he did very good job highly recommend he was very kind and polite and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and what’s happening in the situation. I called around and they were the most affordable ones . I would call them for future work again

Was referred by a friend. Called them for a down water heater. So they came out and were very professional with how they explained everything to me about the whole process. I had looked around and by far they were the best price for the job. Glad I chose them and will be returning customer for sure

I had Premier building services come over to my location and they switched my swamp cooler to my AC and they changed out my heater and they did a wonderful job

These guys are honest. I had three companies told me I needed a new boiler. Their tech came in and fixed it for under a thousand.

HOA contracts with Premier and Ismael has been over a few times to work on plumbing. Very friendly and did a great job.

Only leaving 2 stars because the first time I used them back in Dec, my plumber Tim was great.

This time however, I needed to schedule someone to come out for a plumbing issue and was very clear that it couldn’t be a drop in- I needed a firm appointment to make sure I would have time to step away from work. Instead of calling me back to schedule that like they said, someone just showed up and I wasn’t able to let him in. I called back later that day to try to schedule again and got confirmed for 11:30a the next day. But no one showed up and when I called around noon to check the status, they didn’t even have me in their books. So I’ve wasted 2 days just trying to get someone out here. It doesn’t matter how good their plumbers are (again, shout-out to Tim) if the office isn’t functional.

**Ford Transit license plate: ECP-A97** Driver was tailgating anyone in front of him, weaving in and out of traffic at over 80mph on C470 from I70 all the way past Lucent during a rainstorm. At least the company's logo was easy to read. Driving like you just got your license seems to be part of the company culture according to other reviews.

Today was the second time PBS worked on our plumbing needs. Both times we were very pleased with the work and the quality of the plumber. The people are knowledgeable, personable and highly competent. I would definitely recommend these plumbers.

This company is the worst ever!
My HOA sent these guys to my condo to check on the leak. They charged me $525 for putting temporary 1” of robber around the the little hose. Really?? $525 for it??? Unbelievable!!! They are ripping people off, don’t ever contact them or let them in to your home! I will make sure to submit a claim against them through Government Hot line. I will prey that this business will go down soon!!
